Reached out to Kim at Real Thread for a last minute, fairly large order to give away for the new year. Kim and Tiff were on it! Every time I emailed, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and very kind. They offered suggestions and helped us when we needed orders to go to four different locations. The hoodies arrived on time and I am confident my team is going to love them. Thank you Kim and team for taking care of me and my team over the holidays.
