Horrible experience- word of advice: do not work with Troy Hageman. I was trying to rent a house with my fiance and roommate and Troy was our main contact. He does not return calls and is very rude in general. Called both his cell and office, left messages but didn't hear anything back from him. Only after my roommate (a guy) called three times did he answer and let us know that they were going to rent the house to someone else with a higher credit score. Its understandable to rent it to someone else, but no one let us know-for days. Unprofessional ignoramus.

Erica and her team are awesome. They really go above and beyond to make everything as painless and smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them!!

Very positive experience. Troy was the property manager on my condo for 2 years. He also manages my son s condo here in Colorado. My renters were excellent and I attribute that to Troy s vetting process. Monthly payments were timely. Only repair to be done was on the dryer which was 10+ yrs old so no surprise there. My condo was left in excellent condition when they moved out.

Since I was out of state we corresponded mostly via text. Troy was responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this management company.

The agents in this organization are very knowledgeable. The owners offer continual education for their agents, and are always ready to stand up and help in any situation.

Very rude, I mean I just called to see the requirements for a rental property would cost and I this man responded "I don't think that your listening, we don't do that here." I think this is the worst someone has talked to me. Not recommended. Horrible service.

If we could make this a 10-Star rating we would! To say that Mike went above and beyond for us would be a monumental understatement! We had health issues forcing us to downsize and there were a lot of deferred-maintenance issues, secondary to my husband s ill-health. Mike s many years as a contractor were invaluable to us...he organized EVERYTHING that needed to be replaced or repaired! AND, his negotiating skills (and tenacity) netted us several thousand dollars above the asking price....after only 2 days on the market!!! We honestly don t believe we could have found a more honest, capable, tenacious, or CARING agent to act on our behalf! Bottom line....if you are planning to sell your house, this is the agent you want!!!

AVOID TROY HAGEMAN AT ALL COSTS!!! When dealing with Remax Momentum and specifically Troy Hageman, we were only treated fairly when he wanted our application and deposit. After that, our experience was characterized by slow or no responses for maintenance (we learned to just directly reach out to the maintenance man instead of going to Troy), no help in explaining how to deal with a terrible HOA group who have nothing better to do than play favorites in how they enforce rules (Troy never supplies us temporary parking passes in 2 years), and worst of all, a defensive and combative attitude when our residence was found to have bed bugs. (The exterminator we used explained that the bugs were in the residence for at least 4-6 months based on his 10+ years experience and we had lived there about a month when they were discovered. Troy refused to believe it could have been a prior tenant, and we were refused an audience when we asked if there would be any help with payment.) So if you don t want that type of experience (who would?), then steer clear of this company and especially Troy. You can tell he s terrible at his job if you simply look at the trail of bad reviews involving him on Google. There are even nondescript reviews from people of the same last name (I assume his family) trying to lazily boost the company reviews that he has single handed lowered. What a dishonest way to try to hide your poor track record of service, but I m not surprised.

My wife and I emailed Mr. Hageman about a home he had listed on Craigslist, we are looking to open sober living home to help people get a second chance in life and sent him a very nice email explain exactly what our intentions are with the house and to see if they would be interested in renting to that type of use. He responded with the rudest email I have ever seen telling her to go get a real job and benefit society! I can't believe that he can call himself a professional and talk to someone like that who he has never meet or knows nothing about. If I ever meet him I would punch him in the face for talking to my wife like that. Do your research on this dirt bag before you do business with him. People only treat other that way when they have void in their life of friends and meaningful relationships

Was trying to inquire about a house available and received a very rude response from Troy. Of all the places I inquired to live he by far from the most rude. I would avoid doing business with this company in the future. Very unprofessional.
