Horrible experience- word of advice: do not work with Troy Hageman. I was trying to rent a house with my fiance and roommate and Troy was our main contact. He does not return calls and is very rude in general. Called both his cell and office, left messages but didn't hear anything back from him. Only after my roommate (a guy) called three times did he answer and let us know that they were going to rent the house to someone else with a higher credit score. Its understandable to rent it to someone else, but no one let us know-for days. Unprofessional ignoramus.
