Very positive experience. Troy was the property manager on my condo for 2 years. He also manages my son s condo here in Colorado. My renters were excellent and I attribute that to Troy s vetting process. Monthly payments were timely. Only repair to be done was on the dryer which was 10+ yrs old so no surprise there. My condo was left in excellent condition when they moved out.

Since I was out of state we corresponded mostly via text. Troy was responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this management company.
