It was the most disappointing experience. People come to the hotel to relax, not to listen from the staff all the time to keep a distance and wear mask. Around 100 people including kids were outside for 2 hours waiting for check in. If you can't give good service, dont sell so many rooms. Fairmont even don't have a doctor, and couldn't help a child who foll down and was bleeding. They think only about making many especially on an alcohol plus put in the bill extra what you never order and which they cannot prove. To spoil sach a good hotel a big shame!

Lovely hotel generally , helpfully staff and very spacious rooms , as soon as you arrive you are welcomed with a not so great exterior for the building but as soon as you enter it's a whole different world inside , very modern, contemporary interior with a nice Arabian twist.
Great experience overall and worth a visit, my only take is the pool that looks amazing on photos , but in reality is 1.3m deep at the deepest point.
Went to Fujairah Beach Resort for my wife s birthday. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were huge with great sea view. Amazing hospitality of the staff. We had breakfast included so didn t have to pay for the over expensive breakfast either. Overall a great experience. A must visit
The service at the Fairmont in Fujeirah goes out of its way for the guests. We were a group of 18 on a school trip. The staff was patient with the kids and very accommodating. Everyone was friendly. It is clear that the staff is treated well.
The facilities are beautiful without being over the top. There are two great pools an out of this world spa. The Canvas restaurant has a different themed buffet each week night.
Possibly the only true 5 star stay I've had in 12 years in the UAE.
Amazing experience, beautiful view, relaxing place, wide range of food at the buffet, loved the swiming pools, and the most thing i loved the staff and the service very polite and welcoming which you don't find in many destinations, i am very delighted to be here and will definitely come again

Clean hotel, Fresh Lobby scent, amazing clean rooms! They gave us extra toiletries which is nice. Huge bathroom I must say. Nice huge pool! 7/11 is one stop shop
Honestly, the hotel is beautiful and overlooks the sea, the services are excellent, the Rusbashn have a sweet style, especially Sultan, and the most important thing to book is (Sultan Sweet)
The place is great, the decor is modern and nice, but the bed is uncomfortable, the service is excellent and the breakfast is delicious and varied I thank waiter Mohamed El Maghribi.
Very nice location , beach , mountain and camping areas, quite and peaceful environment, 5 stars in everything, great staff helpful and available to help and assist, very nice room size comfortable bed nice bathroom, due to COVID-19 pandemic no breakfast buffet, but the menu breakfast is really great , swimming pools for every one, lifeguards available, car park available but you have to park your car by your self, it was enjoyable time with fairmont hotel
The hotel is located on the outskirts around the building, this is the fault of the hotel, of course not. I put 4 for the beach, since it is very small. But he is private, there is enough space for everyone. Overall, the hotel is good, new, clean. The staff is very friendly, there are Russian-speaking people, which is very good.

Clean hotel, super comfortable bed.. the big bathrooms are amazing and lovely rooms, very clean. The lobby is so fresh with a nice flower arrangement as you walk in. The staff are great, so friendly and helpful
We stayed in Fairmont for five days. When we reached, guy at the entrance told us to take our bags and suitcases inside and to park the car. There wad noone to help nor trolley was allowed to use. There was no parking(allowed in the building), but the guy told us to park outside of the hotel ramp. Car was on the sun for 5 days. On the last day I noticed that cars are going to the basement parking, noone informed us about this. There was a big mess with the check in, people screaming and shouting as receptionists didn't want to give people keys, saying that rooms at not ready. We came at 14:45, lady did a check in and told us to come in 15mins for the key. Five star hotel and are not allowing people to enter the room 14.45. At 15:15, we were fighting for our key. Some people stayed till 17h downstairs without a room. They are telling you to go and wait by the pool. It was Saturday that day, during week days we didn't see any crowed. Room id very nice and clean and all rooms have balcony with the sea view. Cleaner came on the second day and put do not disturb sign and a not that he came but we put the sign. We didn't as I prepared trash for him to throw and wanted him to enter the room. In the evening I called for the cleaner (when we reached our room) and they promised him in 30mins.He never came. This was all a disappointment for us because it's a "five" star hotel and we could book another one with the same price. There is a small pool, big pool and a beach. Sunrise view is amazing. Restaurants are expensive so we ate outside. 2 coffees we paid 90aed. There was no buffet breakfast. Would we come here again? No.
It was a great experience and I advise everyone to try it. The sea view, the room is very wonderful, the breakfast at the buffet is wonderful and varied, the menu in the rooms is beautiful and the food prices are appropriate, and do not forget to try the seafood restaurant, its meals are delicious, the service is good, and the place is calm and beautiful I will repeat the experience very soon

What amounts to a hotel, the rooms are old and consumed, and the interior is like hotel apartments, and the photos on the site have no connection with reality, the smell of the place is foul, and the conditioner is ruined, and I would not recommend visiting it at all. "
We stayed in a family room (twin interconnected rooms). The rooms were spacious and the view from the balconies was spectacular. Breakfast was good. However, the swimming pool for kids was a bit too shallow and the other one where kids could go was a bit too deep for beginner level swimmers.
Food was delicious but expensive and other than the breakfast, the serving size wasn't enough.
One thing to say about Dibba is that there is nothing interesting nearby other than what the hotel offers.
Smells like fish I understand you would think Yeah its next to the beach its suppose to smell like that. But something can be done with the smell Learn from Florida hotels, Geelong Australia or if you want something closer is all Saadiat hotels especially St regis
Location wise its amazing a dream location
One more thing i waited a long time to check in because the staff was picking and choosing tourists over me even though i was there first 2 Stars for the Location
The reception staff and the helper staff at the gate as well as at the resturant were nice and friendly, we have taken a family room, it was great and nice. The swmming pool was very nice and safe to accomodate kids guarded by thier parents, depth is 1.3m onl. The bad thing about this resort is its beach, its beach a very narrow and it is not pure sand, it is full will sharp edges small stones, so basically you can t swim in the sea, it is only pool, the second, they have acqua bounce for kids as well as for adults, it is completely unsafe, beneath it the sea bed is full of sharp stones, our children got injured in thier feet due to that. I believe Fairmont should consider this lack in thier resort, especially their beach is narrow and not purely sand, Rotana resort beside it, it has a fantastic beach very clean and wider, so fairmont should review thier price, I don t think I will be back for the offered price, the value I m getting much less than the money paid!

This is a beautiful hotel! As expected from the Fairmont brand of hotels, the hotel is a picture of grandeur and fits in perfectly with the landscape of the top tiered hotels already resident in Fujairah.
We enjoyed very much with you, and it was more than a wonderful vacation. The hotel is very beautiful and wonderful. This is my favorite hotel. I thank the colleagues who helped us in everything. Dear brother Islam, dear brother, my grandfather and brother Mustafa and Christine were cooperative. I hope the management will thank them for their good cooperation with us.
Its a good place to stay. Staffs are accommodating and serves is well with respect. Though the beach area is not that big, there are lifeguards on standby and there are place to paly volleyball. And there are pool area too with a bar. So you can relax. One thing we dont like is that they are closing early. When we were there, bars were closing by 11pm. But all in all, services and place are good. And just a tip, if you dont have a service, better hire a service going to the hotel. If not, travelling might be a trouble.
An ideal place to relax .. even the children calm down)) lounge zone. Smoothly turning into the beach club "Lava" zone and for dessert the cool ocean ... dissolve in comfort and not lose control of the children.
Worst check-in experience ever! Three people at the front desk were working and kept saying that the wait will be 5 more minutes and I waited 1 hour!!! They didn t apologize for the long wait and were very rude about it. Also, I checked it at 5pm so there s no reason that they shouldn t have the rooms ready! Very disappointing.
Plus, there is constant construction outside, very loud!

One of the latest hotels in Dibba Al Fujairah, its interior is distinctive, and its view of the sea is amazing, the outdoor session is beautiful and overlooks the sea.
This hotel was the first to be booked after its opening but I was shocked by the treatment of the dry reception staff and their lack of respect for the guest except for their European nationalities. I booked the first day of Ramadan and paid for the suhour and when the suhoor time went by I was told that it was too late for the suhoor. They refused to compensate me, and I extended my exit time to 6 o'clock. They were told to leave at 12 o'clock. After that, it turned out that the night shift was not informed of the morning shift. They did not apologize for this mistake and they did not respect me and my family. I do not think of holding them again because they are respected before the place and the luxury.
Beautiful property in Dibba with a private beach, adults only pool, family pool and water sports. They have live entertainment (singer and belly dancer) and happy hours every night which is not to be missed. The staff is excellent and super helpful. The food and drinks are delicious. Overall a great staycation / vacation spot.
Unfortunately lower than my expectations Old facility, no interested in customer especially the self parking outside the hotel and you have to wait more than 15 minutes almost for the golf car to pick up you.
Staff has been reduced up to 90% maybe which has been affected the services
it's only 3 stars,first of all I am a nanny and 1 of the restaurant don't allow me to sit with my boss family.nxt is u can have only limited water bottle,shampoo and other stuffs in ur room not like other hotel we visit.but we like the food in canvass resto.
