Came in for an oil change. Got me in, fast friendly service.

With the amount of money I was offing to this dealership I was for sure I was goin to walk out wit something nice I tried 8k they approve me but at the last and final step a guy walks in in tell me the price of the car went up 3k witch didn t make any since for a 2012 Durango that was only worth 18877 on kbb but that was all I needed to hear so I left with confusion on me face not to happy if you buy a car don t buy form this ray skillman they will beat you n jack up your price to make there pocket fat they don t care about you !!!!

This is our fifth vehicle we have purchased from Buick/GMC. Working with Zip Macklin was awesome! He made our last two purchases super easy, and fast. He is great and very professional. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, make sure to check out this place.

I purchased my vehicle on 12/26/17 from Josh Falcon, I had to wait all day...I turned in my leased vehicle with 1 month left on my lease, I was first told I wouldn't have to pay the last month's lease, but at the end I was charged...I never felt as a priority whatsoever! I was lied to about my lease to begin with...then I was also told that my credit score wouldn't be affected if they apply to different companies to get me the best deal...THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE TOO! Josh called me and told me he needed more paperwork from me a few days later...I went and had copies made, paid for it as well as the shipping on my FOB KEY...I get a letter from my leasing company saying my FOB key wasn't returned. I called Josh but he wouldn't answer so I left a voice mail, still no call back. I had to call the leasing company to take care of it myself. They kept my original license plate which is illegal. I've tried calling 6 times, even to his manager but no call back...I'm now talking to my attorney to handle it...buyer beware, this was my 3rd and last purchase from Ray Skillman. They don't care about their customers whatsoever! Very dissatisfied with them!

I've never had a problem with these guys they are awesome always have treated me with dignity and respect

U can never get ahold of anyone or actually talk to anyone they are more worried about getting new customers than keeping and taking care of there past customers.Told the guy who done the final deal the car was a trade in for the car I wanted we did not have cash to put down they said they could make it work without down payment.A month later they refuse to give a paper plate unless I pay 500 down place is a joke go elsewhere.They just push you through the deal to make there money I will tell everyone I know to stay away go somewhere better.

Where should we begin? This place is amazing!!! You can start with the eye catching way it looks from the street, to the beautiful cars sitting on the lot. Or, you could start from the warm hearted welcome you receive as you walk to look at a car, to the way you feel like a member of the Ray Skillman family even before your purchase is complete. (We took our 4 youngest kids in and everyone was so nice to them. We even had the greatest babysitter ever, as we signed our contract. Thanks again, Miss Kathy Pancake!!!) As I stated, the vehicles are beautiful and the sales office is so clean.

It all starts when you get out of your car to look at a possible future vehicle. This is where we met the funny and very helpful Jim Schofield. While he push, push, pushes you to buy the most expensive vehicle, he does it with charm. (JUST KIDDING! He is very sweet helps you to find the perfect vehicle for you/your family, and one that fits your budget too!) From showing us the inside and out of what became our new family van, he even got under the hood with my husband and showed us around. Hehehe! He helped us to find just what we were looking for, in our budget, and went over and beyond his duty to make sure we got the best deal. It's so nice when a "car salesman" is rooting for you in a real way.

Would like to send a special thank you to Mr. Kevin Barton for taking such amazing care of us (The Adams Family). We really appreciate how you explained our vehicle contract to us (the drawings are very helpful. Hahaha!) Thank you also for sharing your wonderful, and funny, stories with us. You truly made purchasing our van such a pleasant experience. We'll be sure to pay fast, as to not let the "big man" get our extra money. Hehehe!

And we can never forget Ms. Kathy Pancake. You have to understand that we have 4 very hyper, active, and LOUD young children. She took the time to sit with them and color, read books, play games and entertain them so that we could handle "business" with Mr. Barton. Our children absolutely adore you and we are so grateful for your willingness to watch over our children so that we could get the vehicle we so desperately needed. Hoping you have an amazing time in Florida. (Forgot to tell you how nicely John and I fit in suitcases. You could've taken us with you!!! Or, since you're so good with them, you could just take the kids. Hahaha!)

We truly can't say enough about this facility and it's staff. You are all absolutely wonderful and we feel like you are now part of our large family. Can't wait to come back with the kids and get them their first cars from you. It has been a pleasure to say the least.

This was my first experience at Ray Skillman Northeast and won't be my last. First time purchasing a vehicle ever and the service I received - especially from Brandon, Joe, and BobbyLee - was outstanding. I recommend this dealership without hesitation for those interested in purchasing a GMC/Buick product. Have not had any experience with the service department as of yet but expect the same attention to detail from their service department as there is on the sales floor.

I was preapproved before I got to the lot. My wife and I was walking around the lot and when we were walking back in to get our car from getting a oil change 15 mins later someone asked were we ok. I have bought 3 brand new cars from here but never again. Now if I came there right from work with my slacks and tie it may have been better service. And I only seen 1 person of color working here. So you will never get a dime of my money again.

Negotiations on truck trade value were fair and timely. No time wasted. Easy and honorable to deal with.

Gunter or whatever his name was is the most unprofessional salesperson at this dealership. He's rude, disrespectful, and a sorry excuse of a human. How do you wait until I'm alone and start harassing me to buy a car after I told him several times that I wanted to go? He not only was hounding me and laughing at the fact that I wanted to think things over but he also sent a few people afterward to try to force me to buy something that I wasn't sure about doing. How many families have they done this to? They're lucky that we were even considering buying a car during these times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will also be reaching out to the BBB as well!

I have had several opportunities to purchase from Ray Skillman Buy-Here-Pay-Here. For the first time I did, and that was the best decision of my life. I told Jim and Kevin what I wanted and how I wanted to make this work. They HOOKED me up. On the cold day of going to sit down with the two, I realized that Jim was a sweetheart and Kevin was NUTS... I left running out of there in tears becuase they had me laughing too much. This was one of the best car sales deal I have ever closed on. I am not originally from Indianapolis, but this is the only car dealership I will go to and have purchased cars from here since 2000.

I met Kathy Pancake a few months ago when we stopped by looking for a car for my stepdaughter. She gave me her card because I told her I would be in the market for a car soon. I am beyond happy and will be a long time customer!!

I was in a car accident in which my car was totaled, and I needed to buy a new one ASAP. I had very poor credit, but had money from the insurance settlement for a down payment. The people at Ray Skillman got me financed without a co-signer, which was unbelievable to me. They also had a huge used car selection, and found the perfect vehicle for me. The sales man was very helpful, and did not pressure me at all. Buying a new car can be scary, and after this experience I am confident that I bought the right car from the right person.

Went in for oil change, they were rude an disrespectful, I've been coming there for years but they are not what they used to be, didn't wash my truck didn't offer shuttle service an told me I could take my truck else where. Very disappointed with them!

They are very nice people I come in without appointment and I. Got my oil change just don't go if you are in a hurry but the wait was worth it thank you
