I've used Autodesk products for 24 years, no matter the year version, products always have problems. I resisted their "subscription" method, which is a way to profit more for less quality, until "perpetual license" wasn't supported anymore. Now paying per year, and just getting new Revit installed, cannot even create a new project, things that suppose to come with the installation won't upload, I tried the suggested methods, uninstall, re-installation, nothing works, and for a company worth $ 2.0 + billion don't even have the decency to provide a phone number to get help for a product that doesn't work properly you just bought, for me that's a total "sham company", every year I keep saying will switch to different product from totally different company, and I keep buying. They know they have managed to become the standard for architects and engineers, and don't care to produce a decent product without flaws, not even care to provide a real customer service.

I had been using Autocad for over 20 years. I have a personal copy of Autocad 2013 that I have been using for years, they will no longer allow me to use it even though I bought it as a perpetual license. They have NO customer service at all via the phone and do not bother responding to pesky e-mails. WORST COMPANY EVER! Would go below 1 star if I could

just downloaded and expired my 30 day free trial in 1 second

WORST HELP CENTER EVER !!!!!!! they never answer their phone, and the online chat support is ALWAYS busy!!!!

Very disappointed in our $15,000+ purchase with this company, the website doesn't really help with support, chat is too busy to help, and you can't find a phone number on the website to save your life. Customer Service/Technical support is depressing. Will not use this company again.
