I purchased my vehicle on 12/26/17 from Josh Falcon, I had to wait all day...I turned in my leased vehicle with 1 month left on my lease, I was first told I wouldn't have to pay the last month's lease, but at the end I was charged...I never felt as a priority whatsoever! I was lied to about my lease to begin with...then I was also told that my credit score wouldn't be affected if they apply to different companies to get me the best deal...THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE TOO! Josh called me and told me he needed more paperwork from me a few days later...I went and had copies made, paid for it as well as the shipping on my FOB KEY...I get a letter from my leasing company saying my FOB key wasn't returned. I called Josh but he wouldn't answer so I left a voice mail, still no call back. I had to call the leasing company to take care of it myself. They kept my original license plate which is illegal. I've tried calling 6 times, even to his manager but no call back...I'm now talking to my attorney to handle it...buyer beware, this was my 3rd and last purchase from Ray Skillman. They don't care about their customers whatsoever! Very dissatisfied with them!
