The second year of coverage will be at a cost of $150. Furthermore, I subscribed to the firms "Dr. Ratchet" virus protection program covering a period of 3 years for an additional $150. After 10 days since subscribing to the above services, all is well with the PC's operation. All work was performed successfully by the firm's technician after turning over control of the PC to the technician. What prompted my contact with the firm was a software problem with my Epson printer. In going to Epson's Website, I was referred to Ratchet's US domestic telephone number which I called.
