This is now the second time I have had something repaired at iExpert in Aarhus. The first time was my macbook pro and today I got my Iphone 5c repaired. They are fast and service is top notch. Their advice also seems sincere. Furthermore, I do not get the feeling that they just want to make as much money as possible in one, but on the other hand they listen to the customer's needs. In addition, the price is really fair and they are good at giving a discount. I will definitely come again and I also recommend the place to my friends.
I always leave the store without feeling like I've been cheated.

Went to iExpert Aarhus after a bad experience at another workshop (iHero Aarhus). In less than a week, my Samsung mobile screen was fixed at a fair price. In addition, the service is good and clear. I would totally recommend the workshop to people I know.

I got progress messages on progress etc and high grade counseling the week they tried to save my data from my iMac. Everyone was very accommodating both in the store and over the phone, as well as competent and helpful but at the same time concrete and accurate.

Super amazing! Great service, the best problem solvers and great price rents. The boys here can do just about anything in Androids and tablets of any kind. So don't throw out the phone because everywhere else it says it will cost a mansion to fix. Here you get a really good price for a repair and do not have to waste money on something out of date, hassle with saving pictures, should you put in a new lift, try to remember numbers that disappeared, etc. Here you get your lovely, faithful square companion in hand after a short time with nice new screen and tip top features. Fantastic!

I got my Macbook Pro repaired after spilling milk in it, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. The service was incredibly good and the wait was short - I have nothing but praise left!

Worst experience on Danish soil. Lies, dishonest service. Did not get the rep I paid dearly, but a more simple "rep" which did not cost a tenth. Then they will not stand for what they promised. Never got that much money back.

My experience today:

I come to the "shop" / stand in Field's. The employee seems uninterested in helping me and responds to various text messages / calls during our conversation about the Macbook Pro and iPhone I need to have repaired.

He says it takes 45 minutes to get products made. It takes just under two hours.

During the repair, I walk past the stand in Field's and notice that my Macbook Pro is lying freely in front of the counter, opened up so that its fragile components are freely exposed to dirt and other things. There was even a customer standing inside the counter and bumping into the "bottom plate" of my computer.

I receive the products and get a friendly service from a new employee who is now in the booth.

Now I have come home and can find that my phone's silent button on the side does not work after it has got a new battery.

I do not recommend iExpert

Then the screen of my phone had changed. It has worked impeccably ever since

Have had my screen changed with them. After that the screen starts to freeze so I have to restart several times a day and then the screen also sits loosely at the bottom. There I make a huge mistake !! I press in to get it in place, the screen cracks a little bit in the bottom corner.
As a result, they will not watch it freeze.
They even told me that it has nothing to do with each other, but that it will cost 1200 DKK to get it fixed !!? (The fact that it freezes)
I thought it was crazy that even though I do not need to get a new screen, it should cost me 1200 kr, when the error has nothing to do with the glass, and that you can make it without changing the screen ?!
I am definitely not satisfied and pick up my mobile and get it made somewhere else ..

Tried to cheat and install and inferior screen in my Sony smartphone

Fast and efficient service with friendly service. This is the second time I use them for my One + mobile phone and it is nice to have the phone made quickly when an accident occurs as it is difficult to do without.

Quick and immediate fine repairs, BUT I experienced incorrect diagnosis / guidance, which caused me to pay for two repairs (first DKK 400 and then DKK 600), even though they were the ones who had been misdiagnosed and repair number two even destroyed the first!

The problem was that my camera on my cell phone took pictures that were filled with something that looked like dust and dots all over the picture. "Expert" said that it should be fixed by replacing the gasket on the back and at the same time cleaning the glass. When that was done, there were still a few larger dots on the pictures. After being taken down there again, I was told that it was the camera module that was broken! This they would have full price to repair, as it, according to them, was not a fault of my last repair, which on paper was merely the replacement of the gasket; this I had, as I said, otherwise previously been told would arrange the camera, but the clerk completely did not care.

- I can not recommend the place.

Really good service. Quick to find the bug and then make my Mac book Pro. Extremely credible and clearly recommended.

New glass had to be glued to the back of my phone. Now my volume (up) is no longer working so obviously too much glue has come on. Otherwise, service and work tend to be top notch.

Good people. Quick rep. A little deaf guy in the reception - make sure he gets it all.

I have not had a bad experience with the iExpert - they have always provided good treatment and fair prices no matter what phone my family came with.
