My experience with this company was terrible. I was told that the crew would arrive between 11 and 12, and would receive a phone call when they were on there way to my home. At 230 I hadn't heard anything and called to see what was going on. They said they were still at another job. 330 I called again and same thing. Our day was ruined because we had to wait around to let the guys in through the gate in our yard. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow through. Canceled our appointment and will find another company that knows how to keep a schedule:

Beware. Rasmussen Lawns will purposely overcharge you for services and then begin thug tactics to get you to pay. In fact their unskilled sprinkler workers flooded our lawn and basement, the manager Landon promised he would remedy the situation and pay for damages. He avoided calls and they had the nerve to keep billing me for their shoddy work and overpriced services.

Additionally, their billing is completely dishonest. We were billed for workers that spent the day hanging out in their trucks st the end of the street (apparently they bill off of GPS trackers on the truck, not actually if they are working or not). We asked for yard cleanup and were sent so many workers that they all sat around all day long. Turns out we were billed hourly for all of them, even when none were working.

Avoid this business!

They have done our weekly lawn care, fall and spring clean ups for years. We are very happy with the service they have always given us. Be specific about what you want done and they are all over it!

My yard looks amazing!! I initially had issues with our service from Rasmussen, however Marcus from Rasmussen contacted me and quickly resolved concerns and even came out himself with a crew to verify the work met the quality they are striving to be known for. Thank you Marcus for caring about both your customers and the quality of work.

Well supervised crew of 4 did lots deferred maintenance labor checking carefully to be sure they were doing what I wanted. Good work!

Called to setup an appointment for a landscaping bid/project on backyard. Spoke to a female who told me to expect a phone call from their landscaping manager to make his own appointment to come to my house. Never got a call from him or from the original female with whom I spoke.

Waited on hold 3 different times for over 10 minutes and never talked to a live person. One time the wait was 20 minutes long! They are not saving me time or money!

Rasmussen is awesome. I would definetly recomend them.

Horrible service! I would never recommend Rasmussen! We contracted with them this past spring for lawn cutting and weed control. They never showed up on the scheduled day for cutting which was to be on Fridays. This was frustrating as we had a gate we had to leave open for them. Never knew when they'd show except when awakened by them twice at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. While trimming, they cut down plants that were not to be cut. Weed control did absolutely nothing! Very patiently tried to work with representatives to resolve problems to absolutely no avail! Had to let them go.

Their teams consistently do excellent work. Very reliable. I have been a customer for many, many years.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because their customer service
is uneven and infuriating.

Rasmussen has always done a great job for us. If there"s ever been a problem it has been taken care of swiftly and courteously I would recommend Rasmussen to any of my friends.

They were on time and very responsive to our questions. They drastically updated our system. Some of the new sprinkler heads were not working as expected when they were installed. Rasmussen promptly came out and resolved the issue. Incredible customer service.

I wish I didn't even have to pick a star. They don't even deserve one star. Worst company ever. Ripped off myself, and my Mom. DO NOT PAY for the spring clean up - because they charge you for time that they are NOT even working. I paid for 4 hours, showed up at hour 2 on my lunch break, and nobody was there. Went back to work thinking that they would only charge me for 2 hours and less. When I got the bill - they billed me for 4 total hours. Tried to dispute it, and got nowhere. Same thing happened to my Mom...billing for work not done. Also paid for weekly service - and one week they didn't show up, but billed me. Then they showed up 2 days in a row to 'make up' for the day they missed the last week. WHY WOULD I need weekly service 2 consecutive days? Do not waste your time, energy or money on these scam artists. What a joke!

Rasmussen Landscapes is always dependable, thorough, and leaves my yard mowed, edged and clean. Their additional services are great too. I loved the turnoff and blow out of the sprinklers and the turn on in the spring. The office staff is quick to respond to additional services of tree trimming and yard clean up. Very professional workers who are courteous and fast. I highly recommend Rasmussen Landscapes.

Rasmussen Landscape company does a great yard service. They have been mowing my lawn, edging and blowing the debris off my sidewalk and driveway. The men are always polite and do a great job.

We had an issue. Rasmussen took full responsibility and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Nice experience after all.

First time I've ever felt compelled to leave a negative review in the interest of those still deciding whether or not to work with this company. My experience with them was a nightmare from start to finish. Horrible communication, customer service, and execution of the tasks I hired then for. I urge all to speak with their wallets and not hire this sub-par company.

Very impressed that they followed up on the below issue. The company said they our unsavory experience as a training opportunity for their crew.

Do NOT us this company! We hired them for a lawn clean-up and were over-charged and left with an unfinished project.
The crew was through, but AWFULLY slow.
I wish I had read the reviews as this seems to be business as usual for them. The bill for this unfinished job was $656.25 UNBELIEVABLE. In fact, we hired another company who FINISHED the front lawn for only $70.
The office representatives are pleasant and apologetic, but their charm does not make-up for the lack of communication (keep in mind we cancelled) or the price.
They were supposed to show up at 7:30 am and never showed up. At 9:30 am we called and asked why their crew never showed up. The office representative said they read their schedule wrong and would show up after 11:30 am. We said no and cancelled. I called the office to request a written confirmation of the cancellation, which we received.
Around 11:15 am I looked out our window and three workers were working on our yard. We went to speak with them, but no one spoke English. We called the office and asked why the crew was working on our yard. The office representative had no idea the crew arrived.
We will NEVER use this company again. We are VERY angry and from reading the other reviews, we are not alone.

I hired Rasmussen to come out and weed my yard. Custom landscaping with river and lots of plants and shrubs. It was a mess because I dislike doing it. 2 guys showed up and were amazing at how meticulous they were. Worked hard all day and kept me informed of their progress. The support staff was also very impressive from the initial scheduling call to the appointment confirmation to the person that surprisingly called while they were there to see how it was going and handling quality control.

I have hired a lot of contractors and must say this operation is very on top of their business. The price quoted was fair and they did everything and more that I expected. I have them coming out again for the next project we have here in the St. Mary's area of Salt Lake.

Had the team come and do a fall yard cleanup. Since I'm home (COVID) I watched how much work they did and how hard they worked. That is one hardworking crew! And they did a fantastic job on the yard. Weeded, trimmed, hauled off a ton of leaves...fantastic work.

They do fine work but the workers are completely dishonest & add extra hours stating they worked more than what they actually did. Overcharged us.

Update: Thanks to their GPS on the trucks, the issue has been resolved. Thank you for taking care of this matter so quickly.

I do not recommend any Latino to work in this company. He is very poorly paid and ill treated. In addition to terrible conditions, they give him a dirty, unwashed uniform and few elements of protection for work. There is a manager named David David and he tries to humiliate the Personal and too unprofessional, more than an old and new employee lived unconformity and they said that they really wanted to "leave the mother" if they want to go to waste their time and put him out of jail and pay him what is not for that in my 3 checks they took days away from the ineptitude of the manager at the time of clocking go and work with this company

Always a beautiful job! I won the Millcreek beautiful yard contest last year and I know that Rasmussen landscapes had a big part in that. The guys are always courteous and always go the extra mile! My yard is gorgeous!

The end result looked good, but I can't recommend Rasmussen because I believe that their billed hours were dishonest. The way they track hours/people is flawed and doesn't give the customer any confidence in the service they're paying for. I hired them to come and clean out our flower beds and put down weed barrier in May and I'm still dealing with the office about the bill. When I first hired them the reviews here weren't bad...I see over the last few months many others have had similar experiences to my own.

My first issue with the company is that they don't come out to look at your project to bid. They give you hourly rates based on the number of people who will be on the job and tell you that there will be either a 2 or 3 man crew. It worried me that they couldn't give an estimate or tell me exactly how many people I was paying for, so I kept track of how many hours and people were there (luckily I work from home often and have outdoor cameras) to get a gauge of cost. The first day out they finally looked at the job and told me it would be a full day and that they'd be there until dusk to get it done. The crew left at 2 pm and never came back. I called the office and they let me know they'd be back a couple of days later first thing in the morning. The crew showed up at noon, worked until 5 and when I called the office because the job wasn't complete as estimated, they said they needed another half day. Two more half days later the job was finally complete.

My second issue is with being overcharged. The invoice I got reflected $1,300 more in labor than I had tracked and I noted that on each day the bill reflected 3 crew members, when for the most part there were only 2. I was also billed a full day (for 3 people) for the last day when in reality, 2 people were there for a half day finishing up. There wasn't enough work left for a full day regardless. In working with the office, they've given their own explanations for why I might have only seen 2 people and offered to make one adjustment for a crew member who I told them had been sitting in our neighborhood gas station parking lot for two hours one of the days, but they don't seem to be considering that the crews might actually be inflating hours and manpower. Like another customer, I also had an issue where they worked on a section of the yard I explicitly told the office and crew I didn't want worked on. I originally let that go because it was an obvious lack of communication from one crew to another and not as big of a deal as other issues on the bill, but if they charged 2 hours for 3 guys for that work, that's a $270 miscommunication.

My suggestion to Rasmussen is to check in and out with the customer each day letting them know how many people are there and allowing the customer to verify or correct them, especially for larger projects. They also must be able to bid a job and provide an estimate that they can stick close to. We all know that big projects sometimes end up being more complex and taking longer than anticipated, but they've been around long enough they should be able to give ball park estimates or a range. Based on these reviews, hopefully they'll implement some of the suggestions from dissatisfied customers to improve their service and billing.

They have done the Elmtree apts on 200 east for many years until a change in owners last fall. Now, many tenants are going to reccomend that the new owners go back to them. I sure hope they do as good as we remember or the new owners will never listen to us again.

Signed the contract, paid a deposit, they sent out a guy to work on the sprinklers, but he doesn't understand English. I spend 15 minutes trying to explain what I want done, which he doesn't understand and I'm paying $75/hour for this? You have to be kidding me! I call the office, they're sending out a foreman, but I'll probably be charged for the time the guy is sitting around not knowing what to do.

Rasmussen's crews are fast and efficient. Neighbors admire the look of my lawn. The price is great for the quality of work.

Wolfnest property management hired them to mow my lawn. Their workers damaged my sons car and I have video of how it happened. They still denied responsibility. Now I m stuck with a damaged windshield and it s a real shame that companies can provide a service make an honest mistake and then deny any responsibility because a couple hundred bucks is all their integrity is worth. Thanks for proving that yet another Utah business is a fine example of what poor business practice looks like. *Update* I provided VIDEO of the incident happening and they STILL refused to make it right. They had my telephone number to contact me, and they just hid behind their "it wasn't our fault" but good job for standing up for doing the right thing. Oh wait...you didn't

First I need to start out by saying that the lawn cuts are actually very well done and I appreciate the workers who do them. That being said--their office is HORRIBLE at doing their job and I am constantly having to call in and get things corrected. So keep that in mind if you decide to go with this company--watch the bills and invoices carefully (they often creep up beyond the amount your contract states) and just resign yourself to the fact that you'll have to call in often to get things corrected. Frankly the only reason I'm still with this company is because they're cheaper than other places I've looked at. XD So in summary: good cuts but lousy office. You'll get a cheaper price here but at the cost of having to babysit the office.

Rasmussen Landscape crews are professional, do excellent and complete work and they guarantee their jobs, I have used four of their crews: the basic lawn mow group (so affordable), the site enhancement crew, the irrigation specialists and the winter shut down group. My wife and I have both always been very pleased with their work. Finally, their office customer service has been consistently great do experience, easy to work with. We have been customers since the spring of 2013 and I don't see that changing!

We have not had a good experience with this company. The communication has been very poor and it has been impossible to get them to follow through with the contract. We hired them to spring clean our yard but are now way over the initial time estimate, thousands of dollars in and the work is still not complete. They keep telling us that they are finished when the work is very clearly not done. In our contract we asked that they clear and till the garden but it still is not done. We have contacted them over and over but it seems there is a disconnect between them and the workers they send as things still are not finished. I hope we can work this out but I would never recommend them to anyone.

Rasmussens got my yard caught up and it was so affordable I ended up using them for two months. It was such a treat as a single mom to come home to the yard looking nice! Thanks guys!

I asked Rasmussen to come out and help with a small, simple weeding and general yard clean up in the spring and we agreed on a $280 price. They sent 5 guys out and only one spoke very broken english and it was very difficult to communicate with them. They were also very lazy and lethargic in their work and pretended to not understand what I was asking them to do. So I did most of it myself. They did pull some weeds and lay down landscaping tarp but all the weeks are now back because they just took off the top parts and didn't spray, which I asked them to do. They laid landscaping tarp in a 8x8 foot bed and charged me $135.00 for the landscaping tarp. Which you could buy yourself for about $12 for 30x30. I had a 2 hour block and they were only concerned with passing those two hours and not working. Rasmussen then tried to charge me $750 for the work. I questioned the invoice based on what we initially agreed upon and they did reduce to $570.00, which is still over double what we originally. I begrudgingly paid because it was that or deal with collections, which they threatened as a next step.

I couldn't believe the lack of customer support, willingness to find common ground, and overall ineptitude of this group. I know they are a large organization but I will do everything in my power to ensure that no one I know ever uses this company again. Absolutely terrible experience.

We recently had Rasmussen do pruning, cleanup and some landscaping involving laying down weed barrier matting and landscape rock. Initially I was concerned because the trees had not been pruned in about ten years. They assured me that they had experienced people who knew how to do it properly. It turned out wonderful. There was a problem delivering the rock because of weather making the area to muddy for trucks to deliver. They worked around my schedule so I could be there when the material was delIvered. The yard cleanup including a lot of trimming bushes turned terrific and they did a great job picking up all the yard waste. Our place looks great now, better than ever and I will use them again. They get a 5 star review!

Our business worked with them before and had issues. Now I call them again for some help, have issues. Should have listed.

I would recommend to NOT use Rasmussen for any pond work. They rebuilt our pond a couple of years ago. The first time it had about 18 of water. All you could see was rock. Had them tear it out and position skimmer higher so we could have a deeper pond. They did not let us know what the depth would be, initially, but made sure to charge us for the redo I was at the home and garden show today and felt like it was time to post.

Great service. Arrived on time. Did a great job on our yard. Would use them again.

I am liking this company from the start. Super friendly and professional. They had a mix up on my schedule, but fixed it promptly. The yard service....Amazing. I am a master gardener and it has never looked better and the price is reasonable. They will have a customer for years.
UPDATE beware!! After one season they increased my rates by 39%!!!! I have three next door neighbors that use them, so it s not drive time and my yard doesn t have hardly any grass as I am a master Gardner and love plants. Shop around every season.

No stress. They just get it done right and at a fair price. Great customer service too.

Zero stars. Took me 3 calls for them to come and do an estimate. Estimate was $90 every two weeks. I wanted a spring cleanup. Estimate was $300. They came once, did half of the cleanup. I had to call them to ask to finish the cleanup. The came back. Did the cleanup but no lawn care. I called them back again to do the lawn care. I told them specifically I did not want to pay for 3 different services when this was supposed to be on service. From first call to finishing "first" service was 2.5 months. I got a bill for $2480. Estimate = $390, Bill $2480. Stay away.

I love Rasmussen. They have made my yard beautiful and have excellent service. My yard went from a paint point in my marriage and something i hated, to being a major thing of happiness for my wife and i.

Dealing with Rasmussen Landscapes has been a complete nightmare. I has used them for several years for lawn care and snow removal but I finally got so feed up with them I dumped them and it was the smarted thing I ever did. I only wish I had done it sooner. Poor quality, poor service and poor office help.

It's a BAD PLACES to work. 8 dls p/h its a misery. The people dont have a licence to driving and driving drinks. Your yard our work its a false. Only import the money her.

Incompetence grounds crew that resulted in ruining our carefully planted, costly lawn and gardens that cost us +$2,000 to restore.

Blatant & purposeful billing for work not done (captured on video by neighbours and then later compared to billing statement)

+12 neighbors contacted us with concerns ranging from caliber of the crew, poor work, behaviour of individuals on crew, etc. Concerns expressed ranged from neighbours on all sides PLUS elderly neighbours down the street who had the crew parked in front of their home and can see our place.

Only bright spot was the absolutely LOVELY person on the phone - Sydney - who was a delight to deal with through this ordeal.

Owner did offer to meet us to discuss (after we sent before/after photo's, a detailed letters, and MULTIPLE attempts to correct this). However, we declined as we live in another State & Country and had limited time while in SLC to work hard to rectify the damage caused by Rasmussen's.

And frankly, by this time we didn't trust the Owner and didn't want to expose ourselves to the person who runs this organization.

Great services, including design and maintenance. Rasmussen is extremely dependable and I highly recommend them! ***** On an odd note, their snow removal billings makes no sense to me what so ever.

I would definitely recommend Rasmussen Landscapes. Their employees were polite and responsive. They cut our lawn weekly on schedule and exactly as we wanted. Many neighbors complimented us on having the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood.

First, let me say that the quality of the yard work I received was very good and the crew was kind and professional. All of the grief came afterwards.

To break it down, this company's goal seems to be to nickle-and-dime you TO DEATH.
When I received my invoice for a job that had taken about 4 to 4.5 hours, I was shocked to see that I was billed for 5 hours. When I called the company (I spoke to Rachael) I was informed that the billing department for this organization ROUNDS UP. So at $105 per hour, if you receive 4.5 hours of work, you will be over-charged more than $50. It turns out you are also "responsible" for paying for the time the crew sits in their truck "filling out paper work" between jobs.

Also, I requested regular maintenance to begin in late April or early May (north facing lawn on the East side where grass does not start growing until later in the season). They apparently started service in late MARCH, began coming weekly, and billed me for it. All without notifying me.

I am considering cancelling all business with this company...Which is sad because the work is good quality. I just didn't expect to get attacked with "hidden fees" and over-charges from a locally-owned landscaping company.

Unbelievably horrible experience. They pulled out all of my flowers that lined the front of my yard, mulched an area I specifically told them not to and didn't even get to the back yard after assuring me they would be able to get it all done easily within the time/budget limit I had given them. I gave very detailed and specific instructions to the office people (they said they do not come out and do bids), but apparently communication between the office and the workers didn't happen. Hugely disappointed.

Used this company for over 2 years. Their guys were always very effiecent and on schedule with our yard maintenance but when you try and call the office to schedule fertilizer or let them know that anything else that's wrong and needs addressing - good luck! There is no one there that cares! They only want you to send in your monthly check and shut up! I'm truly surprised a company can run their business this way - by ignoring their customers and just doing the minimum to get by. Two thumbs down in my book. I just canceled my service with them to find a company that cares!

I had 2 rows of rosebushes to pull out and a compost to add to several of my garden beds. Rasmussen came with the compost and distributed it in my garden, pulled out the rose bushes, did a lot of general yard clean-up and did it in under 2 hours. They hauled it all away as well!

They do a great job for us. I like that I receive and pay invoices online.

You won't find a better and more honest group of people. Rasmussens have done our yard care now for 8 years and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. They do a great job, they are in and out in no time and the amount of time it saves is astounding. You will never go back to doing your own yard work again!

Oh my goodness. Our 1/2 yard was starting to look like a jungle! Today in one hour the Rasmussen Landscape team cut and groomed our yard back to normal. Front & back yard looks fantastic! Sidewalks are cleaned & the grass is cut so nice. My hubby will be excited to not be the landscape team any more. Thank you Rasmussen Landscapes!

We had a HUGE English Ivy vine growing on the back of our garage that had become a haven for the neighborhood vermin. The crew came and had it out and cleaned up in short order. They were polite, efficient and clean. I will definitely use them again!

These people have been leaving flyers tucked in my door almost weekly. since I am getting older I thought I would call and find out the cost. After all, the flyer says get professional yard maintenance for prices like your paying the neighborhood kid to do it. "NOT!"
The lady on the phone told me that it is $42 an hour for each person that shows up. There must be "AT LEAST" two people at a job. They must be there "AT LEAST" one hour.
This suggests that they may be here more than one hour (will most likely be here more than one hour) and there may be more than two people.
She said that the average charge comes to about $146 dollars. Per Visit!
Excuse me? I want my lawn mowed and weeded! I have a technical job requiring a degree. I don't even make $42 an hour!
Beware! The flyer is BS and my yard is not so important to me that I would pay a ridiculous amount to keep it mowed and weeded. I am thinking a rock yard might look quite nice.

They arrived on time however they only completed about half the work that was requested. Furthermore, the hours they invoiced was ridiculous in my opinion and they were also weeding my neighbors yard when I arrive to check on the work. I imagine weeding my neighbors yard was also included in the bill.

Furthermore, after paying them (and they deposited the check) our company was still sent to collections... for the PAID balance.

Stay away from this company.

The crew from Rasmussen was fantastic- they did an excellent job of weeding our yard and cleaning out the debris from past seasons. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their yard cleaned and will definitely be calling them again to help.

These landscape crews are very disrespectful! They continually blow the yard clippings, leaves and other yard waste onto my property, and although I spoke with them several times and called the company multiple times as well, the situation has still not been resolved.

Used for years with mother in law and myself. They did fall sprinkler blow out. They didn't open drain valve. Come spring, big leak since freeze of pipe over winter and they wouldn't pay for it even though their negligence.

Be VERY VERY CAREFUL with this landscaping business. There billing is VERY VERY sketchy to say the least. They promise one thing and do another. One week they performed a clean up service (weeding) which was satisfactory in regards to work performed. I phoned them up to do another part of my yard requesting the same amount of work man hours, which they agreed. I requested the same amount of work man hours because I only wanted to pay the same amount. To my surprise the cost doubled. They ended up sending twice amount of men for the same amount of work but charged me double. After 4-5 months of arguing with I ended up paying over $2100.00 for "weeding" . YES $2100.00 for weeding. AGAIN, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS LANDSCAPE COMPANY.

We had terrible customer service. They did not call us about scheduling and when we called them they would tell us a time and then no one would show up and they did not call to tell us of the delay. Lots of wasted hours waiting for them to come do the landscaping. This happened three times! The scheduler is abysmal. The sprinklers were never fixed and we were charged over $400 for it. We called Dr. Sprinkler, they came the next day and completed the task in less than 2 hours for under $200 and that included the parts! DON'T USE RASMUSSEN LANDSCAPES if you want the job done right and for a reasonable price.

3 guys 2 hours of work total bill 450$ GTF outta here. Im having weeds pulled not surgery!

One on the biggest advantages of using Rasmussen's is that they do it all... mowing, raking leaves, trimming in the fall as needed, snow removal, and on a schedule that is predictable and to a certain extent can be dictated by the home owner's schedule!

I have used Rasmussen Landscapes for years and look forward to many more years to come. They really are the best in the business. No need to look anywhere else!

I have had Rasmussen do our large yard for the past seven years. I rarely have any interaction with the men, but I am always impressed with the work ethic displayed by those who keep my lawn looking immaculate. I appreciate the fact that it is one area of my life I never worry about and I know that on any day of the week my lawn looks like professionals take care of it. The office staff have always been pleasant to work with and are quick to send out repair men for our sprinkler system.

Rasmussen's does a terrific job with our lawn care. They get here every week & follow through with edging and cleaning up grass clippings.

Don't believe the flyer you receive. "Average sized yards $25/week" I excitedly called them to get a quote. I gave them my address and they quoted me $43/week for my very-average sized yard.

Be VERY careful with this company. Questionable business practices. They logged hours that they never worked. Charged for a supervisor visit on two occasions not realizing I was present at the time and no supervisor was on sight. Charge for more people than were sent to the job. Even left me a voicemail that "our GPS unit shows are team arrived to your house at 11:45am" I rushed home arriving at 12pm because I did not trust their tactics after dealing with them a few days in a row. I arrived home and their team was not on sight. I called the head office and was told they were went to lunch. I got my final bill and it was totally wrong. I attempted to work with them to correct the errors and they were not hearing it. Salt Lake City is growing to the point that there is more work than good contractors. This puts the power in the contractors hands. They can do bad work and not suffer because there is a shortage. Companies like Rasmussen do not understand that this is a cycle and eventually demand will slow and they will suffer from their current tactics of over charging, bad service and frankly bad work. I have to replace 6 of the trees they trimmed because their people did it wrong and killed my trees. Sorry for the long review but good luck if you plan to use them

WORST COMPANY EVER! If I could give negative stars, I would. We requested spring clean up on two of our properties. We were told the day that the work was scheduled to be done. However, the date had come and gone without any work being done. I called to see what the problem was and was told that the schedule became really busy and that they would be there the next day. This was not the case. After another phone call, I was assured that the work would be done the following week. After two more failed attempts to fulfill their responsibility to perform landscape clean-up, I told them to cancel the job. Despite the fact that I told them that no work was done and to cancel the job order, their management and organizational skills are so lacking that they have tried to request payment (for work that wasn't done) a year and a half later!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE WORST!

Have been very happy with the lawn service provided.

When I signed a contract I was told that they would come mow our yard on Monday's. After not showing up on Monday the following week I called the office and was told I was on a Monday/Tuesday schedule. The last two weeks they showed up on Wednesday. I also had them do some weeding which was poorly done. Don't try calling the office in the morning- you'll be put on hold for a very long time. Not sure if office is properly staffed.

Excellent work. Reasonable prices. Friendly personnel. A 5 star company.

Don't do business with this company - trust me. Save your time and go elsewhere. I wish I would have read their online reviews before I called them, that would have saved me so much time and hassle.

100% would NOT recommend. I don't like giving negative reviews but my experience was awful. We signed an estimate and proposal on May 29th for Rasmussen to mow and trim our lawn.

A week passed since we signed the paperwork. Nobody had showed up to cut our lawn yet so we called Rasmussen on April 5th. They informed me their crew would come April 14th to cut our lawn.

Fast forward to April 14th. Rasmussen didn't come. I called and they had no explanation as to why they didn't show up but said for sure they would come the following Monday - April 17th between 4-5pm.

April 17th - Rasmussen didn't show up to cut the lawn after repeatedly telling me they were coming between 4-5pm to cut the lawn. Not only did they not show up, but they didn't even call to notify me why they didn't show up or if they'd come at a later date. It's been over 3 weeks since we signed the paperwork and absolutely no work has been performed by Rasmussen despite their promises to cut our lawn on multiple occasions.

I used this company for several years and was very happy. Then last year something changed. I was overbilled by several hours, when I complained they told me, we have GPS in the trucks. So what, they worked 3 hours billed for 6, never again. Some of the positive reviews here seem fake.

Terrible experience, i made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. i confirmed this appointment on 2 separate occasions. one of them being on the day before. No one ever even bothered showing up. when i called i was informed the appointment time was different even tho i had confirmed twice.

Rasmussen did beautiful landscaping tidying, cleanup, lawn maintenance and irrigation repair work at my house in the Avenues.
Most neighbors use Rasmussen, and I know why!
They are clean, courteous and take pride in their work.

This is one shady company. They practice lawn care like a auto repair shop that charges you hundreds of dollars for no reason. I received a bill for $350 for cleaning up pine needles?? I agreed to $26 a week and yard clean is advertised as part of the regular service. The customer service outshines the yard work in terms of terribleness. The girl on the phone was just outright rude and mean.

I was never notified that I would be receiving these insane charges. Still disputing. Do you self a favor and just buy a lawn mower.

Rasmussen Landscapes is a company I would recommend to anybody. The quality of the landscape work they do is extremely good and I appreciate the professionalism of the office staff.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They came out 3 weeks ago to clean up my flower beds. At my request, they sprayed a weed killer on the bark I had in my back yard where there's no lawn. Well needless to say, the guy didn't know what he was doing. Now I have tons and tons of dead grass around the perimeter of the bark area, plus dribbles all over my lawn of dead grass, in addition to a HUGE area of dead grass in my side yard. There are also dribbles of dead grass in the other side yard, as well as my front. I sent pictures last week and the woman I spoke with acknowledged receipt of them and indicated that she had forwarded them to the crew supervisor.. He was supposed to come out and look things over and I was guaranteed a call back, which never happened! They have totally ruined my yard. Maybe legal action to get this resolved?

Update per what the owner said below, they did indeed come back out and totally rectify everything! Restores my faith in humanity and this company. I will definitely use them again as I'm sure they learned from this.

Rasmussen has done a solid job of maintaining our lawn. The results are clearly better than when I was maintaining it myself. The reason I am writing this review, however, is to praise them for their customer service and willingness to step up and take ownership of a problem that was created by one of their mowers. At significant expense Rasmussen quickly acted to solve the problem and did it with an attitude of making things right - not begrudgingly. I anticipated having to complain loudly and often to get this issue resolved and was very pleasantly surprised with the professionalism that Rasmussen Landscapes demonstrated.
