This is a continuation of Shannon Nesbitts review on July 17th 2020. Upon picking up our vehicle I requested to speak with the service manager so that I could explain to them what had happened with the intention of making sure that it doesn't happen to anyone else. I started to explain to Chris what had happened and within 30 seconds of me explaining to him why we were upset he cut me off, became defensive and refused to listen to anything we were saying. After 5 minutes of "conversation" Shawn Rhoden entered the office, quite rudely, and told me that I was arguing over " split hairs" and that I should just take my truck and leave. At this point I was escorted out of that office (like some kind of threat) to my truck and was offered no explanation of the services that were rendered. He continued to try to get me to leave without even giving me paperwork showing what the services entailed, claiming he would just "mail it to me". And it's important to note that during the entirety of this situation not once where we offered what even resembled an apology from any of the employees that we talked to. Honestly by the end of it that was all we were really looking for, an acknowledgment that they took the only two days of time we had to see an experience the sites of South Dakota away from us! So I would like to reiterate whatever the reason is for such lack of respect and humanity I recommend to take your business elsewhere hopefully to a dealership/shop that respects the well-being of their customers. It's also important to note, not a single person was wearing a mask in the entire building. Including the 70 something man driving the courtesy shuttle. Unbelievably bad customer service experience.

Was working in the area and my transmission went out, called Michelle in the service department and she was extremely helpful. Suburban in and out within 4 days. That was with a special order transmission. When in area I will definitely be going there for my services. Thanks so much
