All I can say is wow! The service at this surgery is second to none, I registered last week, received an email to say it was all done a few days later, I downloaded the app Dr IQ (was pretty sceptical this would work), registered the app with the correct surgery and they approved this immediately, I then sent a message requesting an initial consultation. 5 minutes later, yes you read that correct, 5 minutes later I received a call from the receptionist who arranged a call back with a doctor (this literally took place 10 mins later) and now I have my repeat prescriptions set up (the doctor sent them straight to my chemist)and I can now book appointments as required via the app. In all my time in London I have never seen standards as high this - Congrats guys, keep up the good work and I look forward to many years as being a patient at Randolph surgery!

This is just terrible, the secretaries are not nice and not doing any follow up, it's a nightmare to get an appointment, I have never had a service that poor, it's a disgrace that people health is in the hands of people like this. Any appointment is always a week away, I just stop tonight to leave some documents and the secretary would not even take it because it was for appointment only, the only time they work a bit after 18:30. AWFUL!!! I rarely write a review but seriously... I passed an X ray, they never called me to give me results, I called after three weeks, they say, everything is ok!! but I still had my condition, I asked them for the X ray but they did not receive them just read the conclusion from the hospital but no follow up... I could go on and on....!!!!! Can we put less than 1 in the rating??

Had a cancelled appointment today but i was rebooked for Thursday which was very convenient for me.

Improving as we speak, lost faith but I am more up beat now keep up the hard work.

I have attended this surgery for nearly 20years and I really can not fault them. I always get an appointment within 48 hours of telephoning. My last experience was within a couple hours. Yasin the receptionist, works under extremely pressured circumstances and always shows professionalism and empathy. He was problem solving constantly the last time I was there as the phone was constantly ringing, patients arriving with a myriad of problems of which he tried to help, with more than one option for them.
Dr Alison Lennex was to the point and thorough and has put in place all the necessary future appointments required. More than satisfied with my treatment under her care. It has never mattered who has seen me in the past, the Doctors have been excellent. I do wonder why there are poor reviews, because of my experience, they seem totally unwarranted.

Attended this morning for Health Check (this was for two people) as arranged. Reception said appointment is tomorrow. Yet I confirmed the date last week by phone. Haven't bothered to rearrange as have lost confidence in this practice.

Over the last twelve months, have had many problems with your administration regarding prescriptions, nurse appointments (last minute cancellations, not having relevant medication in stock, appointment not entered in practice diary).

The Surgery has been amazing over the last year. Management have improved. Really happy with the service they are providing. Huge Thank you to Yasmin for sorting my little issue

The quality of care from this practice is beyond amazing, from the admin team to the doctors and clinicians. Well done guys, thank you for everything!!!

Used to be great, once you get seen can still be good. Unfortunately they randomly cancel appointments at the last minute without offering alternatives now, so you have to re-book for weeks in advance, which could be far too late for what you need. If you book an appointment and they deem it something you should see a nurse for when you do show up, they turn you away, even when no nurse appointments are or were available when you book. Apparently they have other "remote" services at other physical locations for these situations, and you should be offered a different appointment when yours is cancelled, hopefully that is the case in future... But it hasn't been for me so far

From the initial contact with the reception team right to having my medical issue dealt with through consultation with the GP I found the service at the Randolf surgery to be kind personable and efficient. Thanks so much

I spoke to Ramy on June 23 and was dealt with promptly, kindly and professionally while I sorted out getting a repeat prescription.

I have been with Randolph Surgery for many many years and am grateful for their service.

Wow - I was seriously impressed just now with Ghazaleh Pardakhtchi's assistance over the phone. I had used the Dr iQ app and didn't know if I would receive any assistance / if anyone would even receive my request. Within an hour of filling in the app I was having an extremely effective and efficient consultation. Can't thank you enough Ghazaleh for your care and kindness. Very grateful.

After being a patient here all of a sudden after couple of years I was told that sadly was discontinued from this surgery ( they sent out some papers as this surgery was under a new management, personally speaking I did send it back...)and need to re register one more time! What an amazing service!!! Cannot figure out where did they lost this bloody paper? Anyways, but just to quickly let you know Stay Away from this place, or just go for a private gP for a smear test because here the nurse couple of years before was racist! I should report her by that time,so had enough and will write a letter for commissioner services as this place should not exist! Shame!

I'm not even a member of this surgery (yet) but just walking in and enquiring about certain things, I must say that the helpfulness of the reception team blew me away. Having dealt with years of disgusting attitude and service from my own GP of 12 years just down the road from this one, I really appreciated how polite and well mannered they were. ALL OF THEM (Male & Female), including the doctor who came out to do his own business but jumped into the boat of helping to explain things and help me out.
It's so rare finding places and services like this now, so I really needed to put down this review. I also appreciate the mix of ethnicities of everyone working there.
I have asked around since then and gotten positive feedback from other people about this surgery, but my review is based upon my own little visit (pre-Covid) and experience.

Its 4 stars only because, this experience is limited but I have a great feeling about them. Really great one.

Have been coming here for years, and it only becomes worse and worse. One GP there is rude and unhelpful.

Worst GP I have even been since I live in London. Planning to change it ASAP.

I highly recommend this surgery- the level of care and professionalism is second to none. Registering for the surgery took 5 minutes on my smartphone; I was able to book a doctor appointment the same day. The doctor I spoke with was incredibly kind and efficient, the reception staff super welcoming, and the nurses absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much to the whole team for being so wonderful, you are all doing a fantastic job!

Super quick and professional service. The best GP I ve ever attended. I would sign to a GP for 4 years because of how hard it was to get a appointment. Here you can book on the website and I m in exactly on my appointment time. So efficient. This is a perfect example of how great the NHS can be.

If you want to ensure a non-personal service and wait weeks for appointments this is the place for you. I don't think the doctor looked at me once during the entire appointment and was more concerned about sticking to her 7 minutes [fair enough these guys are under pressure]. It is always hit and miss in London with GP surgeries so this is a very transactional surgery.

I am only registered here because it s near home. The receptionists are always rude and annoyed, except for a couple of them.
Doctors change constantly and some of them seem not to have a clue and one of them was so unprofessional, rude and in a rush.

I came in to request a prescription for my grandma a few weeks ago and overheard the receptionist lady complaining that manager asks her to sign prescriptions?? VERY unprofessional and probably ILLEGAL. receptionist team are generally very helpful and polite but I heard in the community that the management here don't really know what they're doing and gossips about staff especially during patient talking group. I didn't bother making complaints because we all know they're never acknowledged. although the practice has improved in terms of looks as it used to be very messy.

After conversation with a nice guy who Called Muel as surgery staff , my problem has solved and I m really appreciate him.

Wonderful experience - efficient and professional. I was almost giving up on NHS and turning to private healthcare but found this clinic and I can't believe my luck. Charles Neal handled my query quickly and was kind, and patient over the phone. Reception team gave me a testing appointment for the next day, what I thought is impossible these days. At the clinic, Practice Nurse Senam was professional and very friendly. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Made me feel looked after and supported.

I love the youthful energy at this surgery, the environment is a huge improvement from my last GP, where reception staff were always grumpy and miserable.

Needed to have my cholesterol checked so asked via their app 'Dr IQ' last night after surgery closure; so was surprised to receive a call at 7pm from the nice receptionist (did not catch her name) who gave me an appointment for this afternoon along with another for something else!
Went today and was greeted by the lovely receptionist Valerie who always has a smile and goes above and beyond to help, then to have Zahra the HCA take blood efficiently and painlessly. Happy me! My Mother and I have always had a good experience from this surgery and would like to thank all the staff that have helped us over the years, a special mention for Maxine and Senam.

I have been with this surgery since July 2019. Had huge reservations as the reviews were not great and I was very happy where I was so felt reluctant. I asked a few neighbors and they said they were happy with this surgery. By the time I registered, I heard they were under a new management.
I have been there quite frequently for myself and my little one and I can't praise the staff enough. They are really helpful and accomodating. The nurses are great and doctor's too! The only reason I didn't give 5* is because the wait can be a long at times despite having an appointment, sometimes up to 30 minutes. However, the last few appointments I had, I was seen within 10 minutes from arrival. Thank you!

I have been a patient here at this wonderful surgery for over 12 years, i used to dislike the surgery before with the old management style, however with this new management i am really impressed with the care they provide. For example a lovely man at reception helped me with all my needs insuring i received all my medication and even gave me a follow up call to confirm everything was okay.

Have only had one visit here so far but to be fair they were pretty good. The desk was busy and they were having to deal with a very difficult/drunk patient and were calm and kind to him. They were great signing me in and I got an appointment on the same day no problem as a matter of urgency. The Dr I saw was pretty business like but efficient. The only thing I think that I could say is that their telephone manner could probably be improved, but apart from that I was pleased with the service I received.

Making an appointment is just a nightmare.keep calling every morning at 8 and evening at 2 for listening to this answer"sorry there is no appointment".after a couple of weeks i could make one. My appointment was at 10:40, Waited till 11:05 nobody called me. When i asked for another appointment the answer was "we are fully booked till next month. I have serious symptoms just can't see any NHS GP.that is shameful.

Recently joined. I am happy with the service so far. Reception are polite and accommodating.

Don't want to go into it really as think nhs choices is best place to Express your gratitude or vent your anger. I was quite unwell seen by Dr Lennox who appropriately referred me and followed me up monthly for over a year! When I had to attend the surgery as felt unwell had an appointment I was called that morning by Maxine who offered to come & walk me to the surgery. I said I was fine to come to surgery on my own.
Don't think I ever thanked her . But hey was that just her humanity or was it suggested? it doesn't really matter as either way she was willing to do that for a patient! It is easy to vent but sometimes it's nice to praise & be thankful. I am so glad for Dr Lennox and the team . Thank you Maxine for your kindness.

Apart from nice Asian young gentelman working at reception the rest are worst of the worst, "hat down" for rudeness &aroggance & unprofessionalism &can't care less attitude ..shall I stop ??!! Beyond anything you can imagine - this is Randolph Surgery in short thanks to receptionist's & management ! If I can I'll give you big big 0

Update : 11/10/19 Since new management replaced previous one I don't have any issues anymore, especially with very rude & unprofessional and unhelpful staff behind and around reception desk( not all of them but majority as mentioned in review above ) , so well done to new management. Hope they will continue on this path.

Since being taken over by new management, this surgery has been transformed. Every person I've encountered in the new team has been kind, helpful and efficient. Given the criticism often levelled at GPs surgeries, The Randolph Surgery stands out as a strong example of great customer service. Well done, team!

Calling the practice is totally impossible! Don't get sick and try to call them. Further reception staff extremely rude. Dr consultation very good and professional.

I have had two telephone consultations recently with the Physician Associate, Charles Neal, and he is kind and reassuring. The receptionists are helpful, the nurses and doctors ( a while back) that I have seen good.

I have been using the Randolph Surgery for many years. They are friendly, helpful, prompt and professional. Amazing NHS team. Used to be a horrendous clinic, decided to actually change my review and take the chance to thank the new management for saving the surgery. Also would like to thank Michela & Iqbal & the lady in Hijab at reception (forgot to catch her name) particularly for their amazing service, patience and just doing everything to the best of their ability calling me back like promised and they just make the whole process swift and easy ! Thank you so much honestly the surgery is way better and thanks to you guys for always staying positive and extremely helpful.

Been with this surgery past 18 years... past few months its been a nightmare... long awaiting time min 20 - 30mins running late. Most staff rude They need to bring in new fresh team...

the receptionist what a bad experience. I had an appointment at 10:45 and after an hour in the waiting room, I asked how long will be until my turn and they told they forgot to type my name in despite the fact when I arrived I said to them my name and that I have an appointment.!!

An update today the called me at 8 o'clock in the morning and they apologise for the yesterday incident and they offered me an appointment today !! I really appreciate it and I appreciate their effort for the patients.

Excellent service! Really warm and polite, they schedule my appointments in less than 24hs and my GP called me right away to confirm it. Highly recommended!
