Very satisfied with their new service through Dr iQ. I can usually get on the call with GP within a day.

I was very impressed with the way Efua ( pronounced / known as Effie) one of the nurses at Earls Court Health, fitted me in (I was late) and then gave an excellent explanation of the reason for the test needed. She was equally as helpful and knowledgeable when we discussed the results a week later. She was calm and reassuring in these difficult times. Thank you. I would also like to acknowledge the excellent service I have had from Dr Farukh Malik in the past , an excellent GP. Overall very happy with Earls Court Health Practice.
I have only ever had positive experiences at this NHS Practice. The receptionists have always been lovely, and every GP and nurse that I have seen have been helpful and kind. I recently had an issue occur with my prescription and the practice manager was very effective at resolving this. I'm very grateful for all the help and care I have received here. I personally recommend this practice.
The best service I have ever experienced!
I have lived in several countries including the UK and I have never experienced such good service before in my life!
Maybe I'm exaggerating, but I don't think so!
I've been a patient at Earl's Court Health & Wellbeing Centre for almost 7 years and I must admit, it was never as good as it is today in the past, it has improved alot over the years!
The staff are very friendly, supportive and experienced!
I'm very fortunate and pleased to be a patient at Earl's Court Health & Wellbeing Centre!
I visited the GO yesterday and the nurse who I had the appointment with was very helpful and informative about the questions and issues I had. Also she booked me a phone conversation with Dr Venus Ameen and the doctor in question explained everything In detail regarding the results of blood test
I went to this clinic without any appointment and they re been soo kinds:) I had my consultation with Reachel and she s lovely! Absolutely suggested!! :)
Today I visited the practice and was really impressed by the service - quick, professional, on time. Hope it will be always like this.
Extremely poor receptionists and one of the doctors is very rude, impatient, focused solely on time constraints and disrespectful.
Agreed with Davy Jones-Locker however the receptionist was good. The nurse looked very frustrated, very rude, impatient and disrespectful from the moment I stepped in the consulting room. Did not get any help at all (not even allowed to finish my sentence) although there was only one patient outside when it's my turn, and the patient might be waiting to see the dentist not the nurse.
Sorry nurse, I did not deliberately waste an hour + to waste your 5 minutes!
I m with this centre for nearly 8 years now. Never had any issues and I think all the doctors and receptionist are great ! All of the Gp I dealt with were very helpfull and friendly, not issues at all. The same the reception staff, VERY, VERY helpfull and dedicated especially with the corona virus around. My favourite receptionist is Arbesa. Thank you all for the help.
Their System online practise is useless.
They advised to download Dr Iq app I did but that one is useless too.
Can't make appointment because Covid.
I have health issues like Hearth disease and arthritis but can't get tested.
Can get stress only by their system. Remember you had a Medic Oat or you forget it Doctor. Doctor?
NEVER answer the phone, despite no one being physically waiting in the place. So infuriating - tried in the morning, lunchtime, and evening and waiting for 20 minutes+ as "Number one in the queue".
Very good care, social distancing respected. Human nurse and attentive.
Very quick response from the doctor on the application despite 10 days to have an appointment for a blood test
I came today to see the nurse with severe anxiety , I was waiting one hour , people who where coming in after me got seem first . I asked the receptionist why because they where more serious the lady had a headache . Typical not taking anxiety serious , very annoyed and disappointed
Reception always welcoming and chatty. Nurse was patient and caring. Took her time with me, nice experience.
I am and have been always very happy with the service provided by the staff at the reception and the nurses . I am especially very happy with my phone appointments and with the Doctors help , support and advice .
Best service I've ever experienced especially during this time of pandemic...
It s very hard to get hold of them, I have to spend around an hour on the phone in order to talk with a receptionist and many times I got disconnected after a long wait. It s not a professional place and I see no improvement after 3 years of being registered with them.
In not a first time they hung up on me after long waiting hold over the phone. Is so difficult to book an appointment with via phone. Easier just to pop up at the center..
Staff are always friendly polite and helpful I would highly recommend this practice and I give it five stars
One of th best health services, I have experienced.
The staff are really kind and professional. Highly recommended.
Thanks you so much for your listening and help and understanding. Really needed help and spoke with very good lady doctor. In a better frame of mind now and on the mend.
Laurence
Although I have not used the doctor at the service the dentists have been really great and supportive especially as a person who is odontophobic. They put me at ease and arranged the appropriate treatment and follow up care. I would happily recommend them to anyone. The reception staff have also been on the ball ready to assist where required.
Fully accessible and close to Earl s Court Station
I am going to give a very honest review here.
I had an appointment with a female GP and when I gave her a medical report for a leading specialist in Chronic UTI, she first said that she didn t have the time to read this , then was dismissive about the diagnosis (questioning Chronic UTI condition).
It is true that this condition is misunderstood and patients are often wrongly diagnosed with Over active bladder or Interstitial cystitis. I struggled years of seeing many consultants, doctors and had too many invasive tests and procedures, until I found this clinic who did a simple urine analysis under microscope and find the reason that caused all symptoms that were very debilitating and affecting greatly quality of life.
However, as a GP, I would have expected her to give credit to a leading specialist and not making me feel bad for her to have to read the medical report and give me a hard time. She left me mentally bruised and I never wanted to see her again.
On another occasion, there was a mix up with a nail simple that needed to be sent to a laboratory and I had to provide another one. That was not convenient.
So, like some of other I had some frustrations, but I decided to contact the practice manager in order to give them the chance to address the issues, and she did very well indeed to fix them.
The practice manager offered me to fully investigate my bad consultation experience with the GP. She was very sympathetic. But I declined because I thought that would be waste of time (for all) and just wanted to, from then, never see this GP again. For the nail sample mix up, she went the extra mile to make it easier for me to redo the process, giving instructions to the reception and having the envelop carefully prepared to avoid any labelling mistake.
She really took the matter in hand swiftly and was really helpful. So I would advise anybody with some issue, to contact the practice manager rather than jumping into frustration and write a bad review. After all, we are all human and have bad days or make mistakes. But, I really feel that ultimately they do their best to help patients and my experience has proven this to me.
I am now having my consultations with another GP from the same practice who happen to have heard about Chronic UTI and the specialist who had made this diagnosis and treats me. So, he is very supportive and I trust him.
I have also recently downloaded the Dr IQ app, and it s really straightforward and easy to use to communicate with the practice or order some repeat medications.
Through Dr IQ, I got a next day appointment for a blood sample. The nurse who took my blood, was lovely, very gentle and reassuring. It didn t hurt (I hate needles ).
So overall, I am very happy with Earl s Court Well Being Centre Practice and really appreciate their hard work and help and care they provide to their patients.
The nurse who takes the blood samples is very kind and knows her job very well! What was before not very pleasant procedure became very pleasant experience. Thank you!
I sent a complaint email at the end of June and even rang back to find out if they forgot about my complaint. They said they are investigating it.
Now it is the end of September, I never heard from the Manager.
I am definitely changing my Gp!
Kind, attentive staff. My son and I feel welcomed and cared for.
It was faultless helpful and hope I ll get the necessary mri for my nosier and head spinning.
A female doctor (I ve forgotten her name) called me today and she was most helpful, patient and caring (which is more than I can say for the previous female doctor who reluctantly called me a couple of weeks ago - very condescending). All in all, I usually receive a great service from Earls Court Well-Being Centre and I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. The admin team are great too. I myself work for a private GP so I m familiar with how things should run and would be quick to point out a substandard service.
They keep saying on the phone that the number has changed even if you call the new number. Cannot get through to this clinic which used to be very lovely and now it seems to have disappeared.
Always pleasant and professional staff . Being attending the centre for just over five years and cannot find fault .
