Central Bus Terminal ... Conveniently located near the central train station.

Nice pool, average and sparious rooms at least the non renovated, all day bar, average quality of service

Nice and medium clean hotel. All structured to attract customers in the casino inside it.

Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Had to stuff a towel under the room door to prevent puffs of cigarette smoke from coming in the room. Rooms were... very cramped. Breakfast buffet was good.

The cleanliness of the rooms is simply disgusting. Full of dust and dirt. They had not moved the beds for years. We were a family in several rooms and found behind the beds toilet paper, a bandage with blood, candy wrappers. Just disgusting. Very poor maintenance level. Everything is old and not maintained. We do not come back here.

Good place and courteous staff. I refer to the bar, I have not used a hotel part.

very well presented hotel with very helpful staff,just the right location for the bus journey we took 2 min walk up the road.

The place has a great location. Unfortunately the coffee shop people not happy people specially the man manager. Not welcoming almost angry tone because of needing to speak English. These people should be replaced by the quality of people in the gaming room most kind and caring of Turkish origin. It would suit the establishment of highering people who care about people and willingness to help and some who like to speak English and care out tourism.

Not a bad place to stay, but really needs some renovation and if not hotel stars need to be dropped on 3***. Casino is okay though.

Good location. But hotel itself feels more like a train staition. A lot of people, dirty rooms, hard with elevators.

A 4-star hotel is so much more than that. But its 4 stars barely justifies. We rented a regular standard room. A little about the rooms, room for a couple but for some reason the beds are separate ??? Well, maybe someone likes it, but I was a little dumbfounded! The hotel could use a major overhaul in the rooms.
Cons:
The rooms do not have autonomous cooling or heating, according to the old chiller system. (General heating or cooling). The windows are small, and it is difficult to open, rooms without a balcony.
Antediluvian TV about 16 "we didn't even turn it on. The floors are carpet-covered.
The refrigerator is small and barely cools.
There is no safe in the room. Curtains on the windows without thick fabric, for those who like to sleep will be a problem, at 6 in the morning it is already up!
The food in the dining room for breakfast was the same for 5 days, and the menu did not change nirazu. It's just that after the Israeli hotels, the bar has been raised to a very high level, even in a three-star hotel, breakfast is much richer than in this one. And after my friends told me that breakfast has been this way for many years, and they rest there a year at least 4 times. This is a big disadvantage even for a 4 star hotel!
Of the pros:
Great service staff.
The rooms are old but clean. Cleaning was done every day. There is a toilet in the toilet with trouble, that's very good. The bed is comfortable with two pillows per person, but I remind the beds are separated. Well, of course you can move them if you don't mind your back. Although I think that it would be possible to ask the service staff about this, there is no logic.
The hotel has a spa salon and a swimming pool, a dry and wet sauna as well as a Turkish hammam. There is also a casino where you can spend the evening, the casino does not require a dress code, you can smoke there as well as eat at the expense of the institution.
In conclusion, the hotel is not bad depends only on how much you paid for the night?

I really enjoyed my time in this structure. Very organized swimming pool and gym. Spa not bad and also a mess.

Nice place but I had no internet in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to have internet.

We visited the casino with some friends just to try this experience cause it's famous and it was not our first time in Sofia. It was nice that the entrance was free and you could exchange euros to levs inside the casino, with just a bit more expensive price than somewhere else. We enjoyed playing at the slot machines. We won just a few levs and went back gome happy.

I was in Sofia on business and this hotel was booked for me.

Starting with the rooms: these are clean but relatively outdated and in my opinion not sufficient for the price.

The more valid point for only 2 stars is for me the staff:
I did not get a polite answer (if any) or a polite demeanor from a single employee. Pure mass processing atmosphere starting at breakfast to simple questions at the reception ...

Choose the renovated rooms when booking the hotel. There is oyopark under the turkish safe. The general manager of the hotel is turk. There's a bidet.

Good service, there is something to be desired in the rooms

I have to pay for an egg. At my age and experience I meet this for the first time in my life.

Really wonderful hotel like this city is wonderful. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast exceptional and very close to the center during the arc of the hot or cold day there are a Po these changes. I also recommend going out of town to see such a beautiful country. Congratulations to the structure

Rude and unpleasant waitresses and Receptionists in the hotel's Casino.

I had awful experience with this hotel. The room was dirty, it was noisy, the staff was not polite. The sheets smelled dreadfully.
But the hotel is located near the railway station, the metro and it is near the center.

Average four-star hotel! There is a bit of everything, from the pool to the sauna to massages!

Hotel with delicious food! With well maintained common areas and interiors, but there is something to be desired for the rooms to justify the cost of the accommodation!

Clean rooms, excellent service and courtesy from the whole staff. It is difficult to enjoy swimming in the pool as it is almost constantly too much crowded.

The hotel is in a convenient location even more, if you have a car have a large parking lot and you can count on every piccolo and that's the pros. The reception is probably one of the worst I've ever encountered, and this is probably due to the fact that it is a non stop full of bands and events and there is no point in tensing.

We left the dinner and came back at midnight the table was already taken although we told the waiter that we are coming back

They are no longer a hit, slightly neglected in many ways.

Hotel is nice, modern and clean and the personell is friendly. Breakfast was good and had enough variety. But my room was not the best: The bathrooms door had no lock and looked very used. The window's view was the ventilation system which was not working in the room; it was very loud with the window open. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was okay.

Only business rooms are ok..please book business rooms
