The service is surprisingly poor, much like the state-run hotel service in mainland China in the 1980s! The attitude of the 90% of the waiters is not a smile. I have never taken the initiative to help the guests, bad! The difference!

There's no air conditioning, only a 5x25 cm grill, blowing warm air. Room temperature won't go below 25 degrees.
Economy rooms are decorated like 80's with lots of creaky old dirty furniture, Deluxe rooms are cleaner but still cheap and low quality decoration.
Decent hotel, a little more can be desired in the cleanliness department

Large rooms which are clean, but now that the Corona time is there, it is better to close !! Large hotel, partly because of the casino that belongs to it, it was now closed, so the kitchen, food and breakfast were not possible and they were referred to a delivery service where you could order something yourself. Of the 500 rooms, only a few were occupied, but apparently the rooms have not been rented for a long time because normal rust water came from the tap, air conditioning was switched off and 3 of the 4 lifts. An upgrade did not help because it gave the same problems, after an hour of water flow it got better in terms of water. Once again it would have been better to close than muddle through this way. Think it would normally be a pretty good hotel.
Good hotel at affordable price. Close to bus and reilway station, but neighbourhood is not so inspiring.
Visitors charged 15 , no privacy if you have visitors. Security accompanied them . Shower draining is problem

BECAREFUL swimming pool is almost a public pool, so you will need to bring slipper and your own bathing cap ! Should not be 4stars hotel but only 3...

Facilities not installed in the right place, no spare socket for our batteries recharge. Buffett dinner and breakfast have very little choice and when the food finished, not refill. The restaurant's staff not working properly as customer gone, every single plate, glass, knife and fork should be removed for cleaning not only just collect those that walls used.
It's an old hotel that wants a lot of work to say it's 4star because now .... You say nothing. The staff is unacceptable at all helpful unwitting cowards.

The hotel is on a level, some rooms need refreshment, the pool is nice, so is the sauna, the gym is on a level, although it is a bit small in space. The staff is responsive and competent, the service is up to standard.
Sheeeeeettttttt this is not hotel I stay only 1 day bechouse they are taking money from my credit card . Don t go there is a junk yard .

Prices Ok. Restorat acceptable. Very clean. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The staff in general speaks English, but the rest of bulgarians don't. 20 minutes of walking to city center where are a number of restaurants. Metro station really close and clean. Central bus station Serdika really close. You can use Leva for payments, so have to exchange money or to use the card. Recommended.
beef steak was so bad, hardly possible to chew. wellness old and dirty, I am very surprised by really low level of this 4star hotel. Room was standard, good, bathroom old repaired I would definitely not take a bath there, the halls like in 2star old communist hotel

The hotel is very large, simple and not impressive, the rooms are smoke-filled and not of the first freshness, but you can spend the night, have a refrigerator and a complement, the TV is poor and shows noise, the restaurant looks more like a canteen, it saves a very good location, almost in the center, a few steps from the bridge lions
The room's temperature during the night is low and you can't increase it from the thermostat.
I almost gave less star because of the casino to dull people and remembered the nice pool.The rest, as usual sausages, bacon, pancake and unfinished food.A mile and a half from the center and a store opposite a second hand with goods of all kinds.

Nice hotel on the 7th floor has been a very nice renovation and a charged breakfast improved there is no espresso machine in the morning and it really lacks. Location 20 min walk to Vitosha street and city center relatively tolerable

I always stay at the hotel, for the last 4 years. Thank you very much to the staff for understanding the danger of a pandemic! For 24 hours they wipe all accessible and hard-to-reach surfaces in the hotel and at the entrance with disinfectants, a thermal imager was installed at the entrance to check customers. Disappointed lobby bar - fed stale food, my husband felt bad.

Nice breakfast, clean room with a nice view. But some of the women at the spa desk are not polite and not professional. One were aggressive just because I couldn't remember the treatment I saw on the flyer and had to come back! Incredible!

Great Hotel, perhaps the largest in Sofia, a communist gray color, with a thousand and more services, from the biggest casino in Bulgaria to the money exchange for the pool, the spa, the gym, the breakfast.

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I've got a business double bedroom at 9th floor, and it was spotless! Everything looked as good as new, bathroom was great, bead comfy...

Terrible rooms, cocky receptionist, single beds while booking reservation information showing double bed, carpets that you are uncomfortable to step with shoes, the Ramada name that does not suit at all, what shall we say,

Good food, good fitness. Swimming pool is crowded and both swimming training corridors further reduce its capacity. They are kind and warn about repairs.

Casino handles, live tables are weak, machines are adequate. The hotel rooms are lousy, the quality of materials in the renovated rooms is also poor. Breakfast is good. Staff, standard bulgarian
