I was in Sofia on business and this hotel was booked for me.

Starting with the rooms: these are clean but relatively outdated and in my opinion not sufficient for the price.

The more valid point for only 2 stars is for me the staff:
I did not get a polite answer (if any) or a polite demeanor from a single employee. Pure mass processing atmosphere starting at breakfast to simple questions at the reception ...
