Medium level hotel sited in the northern part of Sofia. Close to Lavov Most metro station which allows to easily reach the city center. Rooms' quality is not so good, even if their cleaning level is fair. Linked to the hotel, there are a Spa center with a swimming pool and a Casino too which is allowed to be entered by non-guests too. The dining room is very big and there's a very wide variety of choice for breakfast

The most beautiful hotels of the Ramada Hotel chain in Sofia, Spa with its rooms and equipment quality, Indoor swimming pool with casino water is the preferred point of many travelers in the winter season. In addition, the open buffet breakfast and food variety make a different difference.

This hotel was a big dissappointment. Very old rooms, stained carpets on the hallways. We requested a refurbished room and the front desk people said that there is no such room available. After publishing my comments on Trip Advisor, the response of the management of the hotel was that they recommend me the refurbished rooms... Such a scam...

hotel is the best in the city. I stayed here for 4 days, close to the bus station and a big hotel, the staff were friendly and charming, the morning breakfast should be considered in other meals, we should have free pool and I will come again

No WiFi at the 12th floor which is unacceptable for such an establisment. Otherwise the hotel is really luxurius and excellent in every aspect. The staff is very friendly and polite. If you are vegan the options are rather limited but at least the staff will try to acommodate you to the best of their abilities. If they had WiFi everywhere and more vegan options I would give this hotel five stars.

The hotel is awesome overall but whoever hires the employees has done a terrible job. The employees at the front desk are hit or miss as far as kindness to customers is concerned, but just tonight (the night before new years Eve) I was kicked out of the SPA shower, because I was .... "taking a shower"... imagine that. Apparently I wasn't supposed to take a shower in the showers! A male employee named R***** stood there while i was taking a shower and started telling me how bad it was that I was taking a shower there and that I should hide in the dressing room shower to take my shower! Can you imagine the level of discrimination towards women that apparent in this place of business? I then complained to the SPA front desk and was told that normally guests do not take their showers in the shower stalls, but rather, in the dressing rooms! So I asked why there was no sign to state "No Showers in the Shower area" ...... to which the lady replied they will be working on that kind of a sign and apologized, saying this was HOTEL policy!!! I decided to cut my stay short from 3 nights to 1 night and decided to leave the next day, and never to return again. What a sorry place, its a shame they spent all this money on such a great hotel when people are being made to feel like criminals for taking a shower!

The rooms were renovated and very clean. The hotel has its own parking lot, not far from the city center, but it is difficult to go to the center without a taxi. If the breakfast gets a little better, it will deserve much better points.

Terrible terrible terrible it's a horror and on top of it it's expensive .... I don't understand how in a 4 * hotel there can be bed bugs it's disgusting. Not to mention the dirty, hairy carpet. I asked to change rooms and they put me in a worse room ... this is embarrassing! I do not recommend it.

Great hotel with adjoining casino. Good prices, great structure and discreet services. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, offers bar service, restaurant and dinner. Massages, a playhouse next to the hotel. The rooms are large, a little more maintenance would be needed but in general they are of good quality. Comfortable and good soundproofing.

After 9 days of sightseeing and five hotels, Ramada Sofia is an old hotel, not maintained, lacking electrical outlets, outdated equipment, ugly little rooms, stuck in seventies design, reasonable location, attitude and staff service - on the interior. I would not come back.

The name is Ramada Hotel and it was a 4 star hotel but I had never met this old and smelly hotel room before. As you can see in the photo, even television doesn't show very old colors properly. I also wanted to go inside the casino out of curiosity and want to see the boduguard women came because I was very surprised. The nice thing is the free use of the pool and gym.

Okay type hotel. In India you will rate a similar hotel 3 star at best. They have centralized air conditioning and refuse to switch it on on request. Toiletries provided are of below average quality. Food spread is good. Not much options for vegetarian people.

The hotel location is good, facilities are nice. However, the rooms and the furniture is very old and need a renovation. I have deducted one star just because of that. The spa in the hotel seems nice but you have to get a prior appointment as it is quite busy. The hotel lounge is nice and the restaurant is open 24 hours.

I do not know where these ratings came from. I was not charmed. There were a lot of scrubs ... insects in the bed, non-working TV and air conditioning in a bathroom and toilet, smart cards ... and without excuse. Sorry i can not recommend

Went there as a wedding guest, the hall was beautiful but poorly ventilated. Also, the so called smoking area was the emergency stairway which is a closed space with no ventilation. Good thing the weather was nice so people used a terrace across the hall instead. The waiters, waitresses and hostesses were very professional and polite. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the security at the front door. The hotel is beautiful and clean.

Very nice hotel, when I arrived I did in negative pressure. When I climbed into a very polite tidy and beautiful room. Then I had a problem and they helped me and they were so cute. Very good hotel there is also the nearby subway that takes you to the center and airport.

During my visit to Sofia, I took the time to afford myself a massage at Victoria Spa Ramada. Aromatherapy massage was wonderful. I felt like in paradise. Rosen has magic hands. At the moment, I had the impression that four hands were on my body. What I will remember for my first visit to Bulgaria, it will be memories of the massage.
