We are in one of the renovated rooms (9th floor). Very good room. The dining room is also renovated. Good breakfast. The reception services are courteous and efficient.

the hotel does not provide security. obviously, cleaners who have access to customer rooms steal things. 4 clothes were stolen from my room and 1 jewel. I certainly do not suggest it. the hotel, defended and claimed that nothing like that had happened. tragic at least

Very caotic, maybe too many guests and not enough staff, the breakfast was everyman for himself with limited seating. Staff seemed very stressed, not a convinient location.

Never go to Cyprus in winter everything closed main road no people car just cats

Went to visit a colleague and they told me you are the second person to visit him... the charged 15 to my friend and made me fill and sign a form...

Excellent event rooms after overhaul are. Only the chairs have to change. Very good service and delicious cuisine.

Beautiful structure, finely furnished, comfort and courtesy. Great price.

The Victoria Spa treatments are top class & the staff are excellent. The pool is large and clean. The location is 15 minutes walk from most of the major historical sites in Sofia and from Sofia city centre if having business meetings there. The concierge's and chaps on security at the hotel entrance & casino are pure gents and couldn't be friendlier. Taxi rank right outside the door. Hotel Shuttle service to airport is a hassle free trip for 9EUR.

Renovated 4 * hotel with very good service and food.

Adequate rooms, even the basic ones, and breakfast buffet covers all options. Most staff eager to please, only met one who, when called on to get the room TV to tune the listed English channel, said it works ok in Bulgarian and shrugged! Had a Meal in the restaurant on one occasion: it was good, just overpriced as hotels usually are!

* I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Inform yourself before going. Four star hotel. that really does not have more than TWO stars. I think it has other rooms, but in that case the hotel category is misleading.

Excellent hotel. Good food. Rooms are very nice and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Centrally located. Very high speed internet for guests all day free of cost.

One of the worst hotels i ve ever visited..poorly maintained..with stains in the bathroom mirrors..dirty carpets..feels like a cheap motel..the only thing pleasant were the ladies in the reception..4 stars? Really??

Good place for seminars, celebrations and the like. There is a lot to do about cleaning the toilet lobbies, the state of certain things as a base, stimulating the peasonal. Overall pleasant place.

Nice hotel. Near the center. It's the only garage in the bunker. Strange to drive.

I am giving 4* A s this is the most reasonable place to stay in that area. The place definitely needs to be renovated as it looks quite dated.

It is one of the places to stay by Turks in Sofia. The rooms have a very old casino. The breakfast is very plain. So so.

Old hotel with old bed and carpet, I had allergy there. The staff was nice and friendly. It's close to the subway and the train station, but a bit far from downtown if you wanna go walking.

It is close to the center and the central station but there is a problem with parking.
