No WiFi at the 12th floor which is unacceptable for such an establisment. Otherwise the hotel is really luxurius and excellent in every aspect. The staff is very friendly and polite.

If you are vegan the options are rather limited but at least the staff will try to acommodate you to the best of their abilities.

If they had WiFi everywhere and more vegan options I would give this hotel five stars.
