The service is up to standard, I would say care, cleanliness, the toilets are tidy, clean, come to the floor, because you will not get dirty.

Ramada is a useful, clean and centrally located hotel in the center of Sofia !

It is a masked brothel, nefarious and dirty rooms, it is not a 4 star hotel, the hotel director also attacked me for complaining about the state, incredible ... Nothing recommendable. It was reported.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of city center

First of all, I would like to say that the status of Spa Center is definitely not dependent on the staff. Everyone is very kind to do their job professionally. Helpful staff at the reception, very nice breakfast. Rooms are clean. Location is also good - close to a metro station and the Central Bus Station. Sofia center is also not far away.

I stayed once at this hotel last year. A disgusting hotel. This 3-star hotel in Istanbul opens 10th to this hotel. The water flowing out of the tap was muddy and I couldn't sleep until after morning. It was a disgrace hotel with only one word.

Nice and cheap hotel , big variety in breakfast, comfortable beds. Not very central but it's near the central railway and bus stations.

Elegant service, no commitment for tips/allowances, good restaurant (bit expensive). Good for business trip.

A rather dull, old and not too clean hotel. I can t think of much else... It has an underground parking and back in time it has been probably modern, but nowadays it is simply existing over its location, casino and old history. Although one can chose to stay there, I can t really recommend it and I, most probably, won t return there.

The parking lot - the entrance and exit in the same lane and this is very dangerous !! In addition it is crowded and a bit problematic. The cost is very reasonable. It is highly recommended!

The worst receptionist, she mumbles and then cuts the conversation with goodbye several times when I clarify thing, even during the room phone call. So funny and so freaking rude

The receptionist is behaving a bit overly. The room was below our expectations, and the price is not cheap at all. Quite unsupervised with old furniture. There were cables from the tub that made us worry. I do not recommend the hotel, I would not visit him another time.

Generally, a good hotel, clean and in a good location near railway station. But for 64 euro, I would expect more renovated rooms. Moreover, a client told me when I arrived at night, that breakfast was served till 11. The next day at 10:30 another client told me it was till 10, and with a "sorry", paid breakfast neither tasted nor money given back.

Hotel with good exterior presence but bad and old in the rooms. The worst is the location if terrible area to go with the family. Preferably pay more and stay in a better area

We arrived this morning and were spoken to very abruptly by reception and didnt feel welcome at all. We were asked to go and sit and wait whilst our booking came into the system! When i went back up to show my confirmation he said i know sit down i will call you when i am ready! The attitude of the reception staff was terrible. The girl was answering another guests questions with a really bad attitude and very belittling it seems the staff in this hotel feel they are more superior than the guests. We were checked in and given a room. Very tired room in need of a good paint.doors on cabinet broken. Mini bar fridge with nothing in it! And a kettle! No cups saucers tea coffee. Had a nice breakfast with room service which was great and then headed to the pool. We were stopped entering the pool until we had gone back to our room to get a shower cap which we then had to wear in the pool! Never in my life or my travels have i come across this policy. We werent told where the changing rooms were and sent into a bar area we found seated curtained areas which we thought were changing areas and undressed there. The floors were lethal and i slipped 3 times walking very carefully. There was an exercise class in the pool taking a lot of room so limited space to swim. I was told off on my first length because my shower cap wasnt covering my whole head felt like i was at school no a hotel. We will see what the night brings!

For the stars proudly displayed one would have greater expectations!!! Rooms are small but decently comfy, lobby chairs look dirty, breakfast is decent but they offer only poor quality coffee. For the money I paid, I really expected an espresso! (Maybe I wish for too much, who knows?!?)

It depends if you are a stranded Lufthansa passenger. My flight was canceled and I was put here in a run down, tired room its clean, but needs a coat of paint with some updated furniture

I rested in Ramada 10 days it was a business trip and very satisfied! Super Hotel! Breakfast is also great! Pool Sauna everything was Excellent, now I will always stay at this Hotel and recommend it to all friends

We only had breakfast and we could sit in the lobby and have tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and friendly. Breakfast 10 euro tea coffee 2 euro.

This is the worst hotel i have ever experienced.We arrived in the morning and asked early check in if avaliable.The receptionist said that there is avaliable room but also there is a early check in fee(35 euro).I checked all the terms and conditions but i could not found an explanation like this.The receptionist said that "it is writting somewhere ,you can not find""Anyway i asked please do me a favour and give the room bacause i am very very tired but they did not.
I sat in front of the reception around 3 hours to wait for the room and they did not even ask if you drink tea or water or asked any other assisstance.
3 hours later the manager came and rudly said that the room will be given at 09:30.
They were all very very rude.
