This is the worst hotel i have ever experienced.We arrived in the morning and asked early check in if avaliable.The receptionist said that there is avaliable room but also there is a early check in fee(35 euro).I checked all the terms and conditions but i could not found an explanation like this.The receptionist said that "it is writting somewhere ,you can not find""Anyway i asked please do me a favour and give the room bacause i am very very tired but they did not.
I sat in front of the reception around 3 hours to wait for the room and they did not even ask if you drink tea or water or asked any other assisstance.
3 hours later the manager came and rudly said that the room will be given at 09:30.
They were all very very rude.
