I've been here for 3 nights and during to of those nights they worked on the floor above me until late into the night. Asked if they could do the work in the morning as I was trying to sleep and they totally disregard my concern. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not the quality of service or sleep I'd except for a 5 star hotel.

Good hotle and
good resraurant

I visited this place along with my friends. The thing that immediately catches the attention is the amazing interior of the entire hotel. The restaurant Tadka has very modern and stylish ambiance with a very soothing background music.
We were welcomed in a very traditional Indian way with tilak and Aarti. It was a very nice little touch. The seating is quite comfortable. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly.
We began with Chowk ki Thandai and it was delectable. The blend of the thandai mixture was very flavourful and rich. For soup I tried the Tamatar aur Dhania Shorba. It had a quite intense flavour and was really appetising. Paneer Atish-e-noor and Veg Shami Kebab was also nice as starters. For mains I had the Diwani Handi, Dal Manbhawan Tadka, Paneer Taka Tin and Bamboo Biryani. Every dish was full of flavours and aromatics. They were of great taste. For dessert I tried the Malpua roll with Rabdi, it was perfect as it was mildly sweet.

Nice hotel with impressive amenities. Good Service. SPA need to be upgrade as per market requirements.

Was my secondary place to stay in Varanasi before I moved close to the main city. Good hotel and courteous staff. The Indian restaurant has good food with live sitar and tabla player.

Excellent service, amazing foods, great rooms. all facility are perfect. Its really deserve to 5 Star's.

Food: Tadka is an Indian cuisine restaurant and you can find luscious starters and main course. We started with a Chowk ki Thandai which has a really subtle taste with soft note of swetness and crunchy pistachio. For starter we have Paneer Chakori Kebabs which was the best panner kebabs I ever have, it was well marinated, perfectly cooked and flavourful. We also have Dahi k Sholey which was way too tender and melts in mouth and Mutton Galloti Kebabs with perfect blends of spices, juicy and tender. We had Tomato Dhaniya soup which was tangy and hot with truly indian flavour. For main course we had Dal Manbhavan Tadka which was flawless, Paneer Takati was exemplary with such strong flavour in a perfect balance, Mutton Nalli Nihari was exquisitely impressive, well cooked with tender meat, Murg Matka was the shows topper and it's their speciality also, the chicken was succulent and very tender cooked in an earthenware and you can taste that aroma of nature. Jungali Bamboo Biryani was the chef's speciality and it was a explosion of flavours, the aroma of rice was soothing, with tender vegetables and with a crispy note of walnuts. We ended our meal with Maalpua and Rabri which is a perfect dessert.
Ambience: The ambience was of spectacular opulence with magnificent decors and furniture. You can feel luxury and fine taste at same time.
Service: I am pleased with the munificence of the steward, special mention to Steward Rajeev, Umesh and Muzaffar ji who by their warm service made this experience unforgettable.

Outstanding modern hotel with eating joints. Food is delicious and services are efficient and courtiouess. There is spacious lawn and parking area. Adjacent Mall and many very good adjacent hotels are additional advantages.

Tasteless food with ok service. Nothing extra ordinary to attract people for next visit.

Lobby and common areas of the hotel were nice, but the room smelled (needs new carpet) and the bathroom was disgusting (moldy, dirty shower curtain etc), and the breakfast options were limited in the buffet.

Nice abient and pleasant vibes, housekeeping needs more improvement, food was good and its quite a good place to stay...!

It is an excellent solution to come back after long and busy days of work or tourism in a beautiful, welcoming and very clean place. The internet connection is a bit complicated, but it's free.
