Not a five star hotel or hospitality... Just another neighborhood hotel with big perimeter.

Elegant lobby and attentive staff, well appointed rooms.

Staff is not at all co-operative . Need training on their behavior . Otherwise location...Rooms and ambience is all good .

I loved the breakfast spread here. The staff was very attentive. I enjoyed my brief stay here.

Attended a wedding ceremony..... everything was good... except food ..... I didn't like the taste of their food .....

The lobby smells a little, front desk is helpful. Rooms are well equipped. One major drawback was the loud flushing systems in adjoining rooms that sound like thunder right in the middle of the night. Been to a lot of hotels, never witnessed such an Engineering failure. Otherwise, bang on value for money. Buffet spread huge, but not very tasty.

They are living in old times where no attention is given to guests.
We stayed in May mid and it was such a wrong decision. AC was not working properly, we had to change room. We booked club room but neither club room was given nor the facilities. Pool was under maintenance... About which even reception guys were unaware. They were short of staff because hotel was almost empty. We had to call and ask for each thing. We were told to go to 5th floor for evening snack...we went only to find it deserted..no one was thr... horrible .It was actually a very bad experience.

Beautiful hotel and view from rooms windows is awesome total greenery. Location is very accessible and shopping mall also nearby mostly fully occupied in weekends. Staff also very cooperative and polite.

It seems to be the best hotel in Varanasi. Of course, there are many more expensive hotels, but Ramada seems to be the best for the price. First of all, the speed of wifi is too fast to imagine in India. The staff is friendly and there is a shopping mall next door, so it is convenient to buy things. But the pool is a bit dirty.

Good mall in the city but unnecessarily very crowdy

I visited the movie theatre. The sound quality and screen was good. The chairs weren't that comfortable though. While you recline over the chair, the top edges of the front seats block your vision.

Its a nice hotel adjacent to the famous JHV mall.. a 5 star property with all amenities.. restaurant food test is really good. It has multi cuisine restaurant. Overall comfortable stay here. One can enjoy the garden also.

Good hotel. Friendly staff helped us with Ola booking and recommend shops for shopping. Rooms were good and neat. Highly recommended. A bit away from the Sri Kasi temple but easily reachable by Ola cab. It is also next to a mall which also has a supermarket for convenience.

It has an indian restaurant with good food with awesome live indian classical music.But service kinda lacks the timing.They should place food on the table to self serve for customers without having to wait for servers.I have given all three stars for the ambience , hygiene and food quality.

Good rooms, excellent staff, good food, great breakfast

The best hotel in Varanasi, clean everything works, breakfast and food from Indian specialties, ie very spicy. Surprisingly, the Business Floor rooms included a two-bed cleaning per night at the "Shopping Center" right next to Pizza Hut.

Staffs are good, I woke up with AC water dripping all inside room.
