Magnificent place and good service provider fantastic room here.

Very good hotel, very spacious lobby, recently renewed restaurant , small but beautiful swimming pool and spa nearby is a place to relax in many ways.

Its was great exprience for me i like staff , view ,food,rooms,n all if i get next Chance for banaras i stay only Ramada .

Ample space for parking. Just adjacent to the JHV mall. Good restaurant. Visited the multi cuisine restaurant. Service and ambience is good. Good amount of lawn space for small to medium gathering functions. One of the two 3 star rated hotels in Varanasi, the other one being Taj Gateway.

Worst experience I had till now at any hotel. After reserving in advance also we were, made to wait for half an hour for checking in. When wanted to meet the GM, he neigther met me nor spoke over phone. During breakfast we had to repeatedly ask for cutlery (Cups). House keeping is very poor. They didn't replace used cups and glasses. Response time for house keeping is too much. TV was not working for 3 hours due to maintenance and they had to call repeatedly to rectify the same. By no means it is of star hotel standard.

The location is best, it is in cantonment area and it acts like the heart of that area

Nice place to stay. It is so convenient Shopping mall near to the hotel .breakfast menu to be improved. TV channel list to be provided in the room.

Bt toilet is a issue there as there r no jets installed

The service of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.

Close to shopping mall. Room size is quite descent however the rooms have some pungent smell either from the furnishing or air conditioning.

Air conditioning was below average and house keeping responded late.Assure the door lock before leaving,because I didn't able to lock my room and there was No one to fix this issue.

Extremely comfortable hotel and excellent service! All the staff do everything to make you have an amazing experience! Full breakfast!

A great place to rest after the beautiful and intense walks of Varanasi.

For those who are used to luxurious hotels, it cannot be considered 5 stars, but it must be taken into account that it is in India, and especially in Varanasi. So ok!

Had to change my room because of a very strange smell. I wonder why the room was allotted at the first place. Without asking for preference they provided smoking room to my parents. They could offer the non-smoking room only in the next day. There are not too many electrical point for charging..and there is none near the bed. There is no hand shower in the room. Flushing the toilet requires a lot of force ...it was quite difficult for an old person and kids to use that. They had good variety at the breakfast buffet however service quality of the staff needs to improve . They needed to be reminded few times before we could get tea/coffeee which they serve on table.

One of the fav place of mine and best mall , u can say that. Lovely game parlour and of course when u r having Mc D and Dominos against each other. Cinema there give you feel like a floating heaven. Now all I say I visited there for many times that I can't count . Never take a seat at CCD , unless n until you don't wanna pay more. Now I m summed up.
