Upscale hotel in a quiet location and adjacent to mall

Very nice and luxurious hotel in cantonment Varanasi the services were good and the prices was ok the foods were also delicious as expected so, my thoughts will go through and i strongly recommend you to visit for staying if you are from outside or visit for food or drinking if you are local, my overall experience was good.

Bad experience, bad food, and hotel rooms smell mold.
I tried to change my room because I do asthma and they told me the hotel was fully booked.
Bad service in top of it.

Restaurants are great with very good food but a bit pricey. Overall a fine dining experience. If you got the money this is the place to visit for lavish dining.

Nice hotel with good restaurants.. The good was very good and excellent and very friendly staff.

The place was clean and hygienic. I loved the food of Mc Donalds. JHV cinema was good also.

With no doubt, the best hotel to stay at Varanasi if you are looking for courtesy, hospitality, ambience, open space for relaxation and the most important wonderful food it serves at its restaurants...especially Tadka restaurant. Stayed for 3 nights at the place and tasted varieties of food here and was pleasantly shocked by the beauty of taste the cuisine carried.
Dont miss to try out their Bamboo Biryanis - both Veg and chicken were fabulous. We met Mr. Wahid Khan the senior chef there who prepared the biryanis.
Dont get confused by reviews. Undoubtedly you will enjoy your stay here. And that too at the price they are offering is commendable...

High class hotel that meets all expectations after the discovery of ghats, old Varanasi and Aarti

Very nice property and very helpful people. Getting inside you don't feel you are in Varanasi, definitely a must visit place. Kudos.

Very nice rooms and staff... only problem was same room given for triple occupancy instead of giving a bigger size room

THE ONLY MALL IN VARANASI.WASHROOMS ARE THE WORST PART. THEATERS WERE BADLY KEPT BUT NOW ARE WELL MAINTAINED.UPTO THE PUBLIC ALSO IF THEY CAN KEEP IT NEAT

As per the reputation, ambience was as usual fantastic but even the staff was very polite and kind along with helpful hands. Food was good but not at its best (we went to a function so maybe that may be the only reason for it). Very spacious and calm place.

Ramada's tadka is one of the finest multi cuisine restaurant to dine in Varanasi, where you can enjoy scrumptious dishes. We started with chowk ki Thandai, which was truly the best thandia I ever had in any of the multi cuisine restaurant.
Then coming to the starters we had Paneer Chakori Kebabs which was the best panner kebabs I ever had in varanasi. Then we had Dahi k Sholey, Mutton Galloti Kebabs, Tomato Dhaniya soup which was tangy with indian flavour touch. Now coming to main course we had Dal Manbhavan Tadka, Paneer Takati , among the non-veg Mutton Nalli Nihari, Murg Matka was there. Loved the Murg Matka was was juicy, finely cooked with amazing aroma. Coming to the Ramada's Chef Speciality Jungali Bamboo Biryani was there which was made up of rice, vegetables and nuts. At last in dessert we had Maalpua and Rabri which was totally delicious.
For the ambience Ramada is famous for its amazing beautiful interiors. Soothing light music in the restaurant will make you feel relaxed. Service was very fast and perfect. All the staffs were very humble and polite. I want to give special mention to Steward Rajeev, Umesh and Muzaffar ji who by their warm service made this experience amazing.

Nice food. Quality isn't that great. The staff needs some improvement. Overall it could be improved for the price they charge.

The hotel is a business tourism type hotel, it is a chain hotel. Large rooms with carpet. Crumpled sheets and bathroom looking old. Good service from the staff, especially from a girl named Alcankshe.

Decent place for hangout in varanasi ...not much to explore...

Never Seen a worst hotel like this, Ramada is ruining there brand name by giving franchisee in such hands. The hotel books the room first by taking 100% upfront payment and then deny on the last day stating that we don't have an availability of the rooms. Will suggest everyone to go with any Tom, Dick & Harry but not with Ramada Plaza JHV.

Spacious and clean rooms .. warm and welcoming staff and lovely ambience. I had a nice stay. Bit dissapointed by the restaurant but overall among the best hotels in Varanasi.

Its a 5 star hotel with pleasent atmosphere. The service and rooms are so neat and friendly. The only thing with this is it is far away from temple and takes almost half an hr . people who need silent atmosphere can choose this.
