Booked with TUI two nights with breakfast for 148. Against the price can be in the situation nothing seriously object. Room and breakfast are good to very good. OK the river stinks and breakfast on the terrace with liquid manure are not mine, but the hotel can not help it. The only three stars are therefore in need of explanation: first time you are greeted with the request, 3000 THB on the credit card to block or 3000 THB cash as deposit to deposit, for two weeks of course. We were there 2 nights.
Staff very friendly. Suite very clean and large with a view of the ferris wheel. Very quiet in the hotel. You don't hear anything going on in the hallway.
The breakfast was great and very tasty

I visited for the first time in a long time, but the calm atmosphere is good. There is only very good accommodation here at Riverside.

Bathroom is too slipery with water through shower zone to the must-slipperiless zone in the bathroom.

Very Nice Hotel with cool rooms and i dont mean the air condition ...haha.... but please take a room in the upper stairs so 15 or 16. Floor .......the skyline is amazing. In the evening sit down outside on the river and taste a cocktail or wine is so really relax and i can write so much more and mire things but sorry ......now i need to go on the pool.....

A clean hotel by the river, with a very pleasant atmosphere.
Breakfast variety was adequate, internet access was seamless. The location is convenient for shopping as it is close to the market place. It is strongly recommended to have breakfast in the river side.

Comfortable room with clean bathroom,cold aircond n many facilities around this hotel. Staffs are friendly too.

Banquet room serves some spoiled food. Drinks, especially hot coffee, have a bad taste, not fragrant. Service staff is acceptable. Parking in the hotel section is minimal. And not safe Many cars, but there is only one employee.

Very average hotel, much better options available for the price in Bangkok

I have once visited this hotel not long ago. It is next to the Chao Phraya River. Its view is very beautiful. Food is nice. Rooms are comfortable in old look. Rest rooms are good. Staffs are OK. Price is reasonable. It will be in the list for my next trip.

We stayed here for three nights and I can say this hotel offers very good bang for buck. It may not be as new as others in the area but the facilities and services it offers is at par but at a more competitive price- if booked early.

The rooms are spacious with plenty of sockets scattered. The aircon is also cool. The hotel offers river ferry transfers to Central Station which gives you the option to use the river or BTS for travel. The ferries leave at 30 minutes intervals until late night.

I suggest you visit all the riverside temples and attractions on your first day. Asiatique is also a few minutes of walk away in case you do not want to wander far.

Breakfast was good and with plenty of choice plus the service is also great. The pool is clean with no scent of chlorine. The hotel is undergoing renovation as of writing but is not that intrusive.

We will definitely be back.

Always one of our favorite hotels in Bangkok. Price-performance ratio is really there, for that. However, the hotel is of course a bit old.
The Vip Check-In (for whatever reason)
At a higher elevation, I think the 13th floor was extremely laid back and had free drinks and snacks as well as coffee and cake. Since our flight was moved back a few hours, we even got a free late check-out at 17 o'clock. How to hold guests! Many thanks also to the super friendly staff!

Great hotel and not too much cooled down like some other hotels.

Holiday ruined. Ramada had sent me final confirmation email on 23/12/2018 that booking was confirmed from 26/12/18 to 1/01/19 for two rooms for 4 people for a total amount of THB 31800. However when i arrived at the hotel on the 26/12/18 i was told that there was only 1 room booked. If i wanted the other room, i'd have to pay an extra THB15800. I showed the reception the emails i had received from them, however they refused to help and refused to honor the original booking that was made. I had also previously called up the reservations team, and had spoken to numerous staff and had recorded their names when confirming the booking over the phone. Even though i had written confirmation through emails and had verbal confirmation through phone, they went ahead and charged me the extra THB 15800 with no hesitation at all. Such service is unacceptable and appalling. With the written emails and booking confirmations, they should have honored this booking without charging me any extra costs. What was even more ridiculous was that they could get a room at another hotel for my children to stay in whilst we stayed at this hotel. Why would we want to split up the family who has come to celebrate the New Year's together? This has upset my whole trip with my family and deprived them from the New Years Eve dinner due to budget constraints. No compensation was offered either for any of the inconvenience caused due to the incompetency of the Ramada Plaza.

Today comes the granddaughter's sister-in-law's wedding. The Chinese table is delicious.

The hotel has the best location to explore Bangkok. The free shuttle boat and tuk-tuk service will get you to your destination faster. The staff is very friendly. Rich breakfast buffet. If they were to renovate the rooms, this place would easily have a star.

One of the highly recommend places to stay in Bangkok. Situated next to Chao Phraya river, the service is excellent. They have complementary tuk tuk and boat shuttle to the closest mall and pier respectively.

Nice location on the river with free boat ride upstream. Particularly liked the lovely lady playing a dulcimer in the lobby in the evening.

Convenient, parking, traveling but the bathroom is a bit far away.

A great hotel right on the riverfront. The buffet breakfast is excellent huge selection and included as part of our room package. Walking distance to the Asiatique night market. The hotel has a complimentary ferry boat service to the nearby BTS sky train.

Ramada Plaza by Menan is a warm friendly hotel with delicious foods prepared by creative cooks. Rooms are spacious and clean, I liked the thinking in room design which is a window between the sleeping room and the bathroom, but you can have a privacy in the bathroom by using the venetion blinds. I would suggest a guest to use the upper decker / terrace overlooking the river, you can have your drink while you are enjoying the boats and the sundown. You can also take the Ramada boat, which departs every half an hour to the nearest boat pier.

The hotel is a riverside hotel with a charming interior and the atmosphere of the pool and the buffet restaurant.

The hotel is quite acceptable. Even though it has its best time behind it. It would have to be renovated some times. But we did not let that limit us. It is right on the river and a boat from the hotel takes us to the train and boat stations. I see it as a great advantage to quickly explore the city in Bangkok.

Stayed for one beautiful night when we visited Bangkok for honeymoon. Staff were super nice and friendly, the room was super clean and well maintained, the view (Chao Praya river) was awesome. We'd suggest to book a room with river view instead of city view. Do not miss a chance to enjoy sunset and city lights. It's near Asiatique night market, just 5 mins walking. They have an executive floor which has a private lounge with great food and beverages. We definitely will stay here again when we have a chance to visit Bangkok in the future.

Had the opportunity to freeze at a Chinese restaurant Really legendary shop Recommend that you try eating red pork. Crispy pork, shark fin and Peking Duck Red pork will have a delicious barbecue flavor. As for the crispy pork, this is really crispy and flawless. Shark fin is also very delicious. Not to mention the Peking Duck, don't miss it. Anyone who has a chance to come to the hotel The old name of this place is Maenam Hotel. On Charoenkrung Road Whoever comes to the hotel, do not miss the Chinese restaurant. Missed and will be really disappointed.
