The room is very big and clean, the service is not bad!

When the pain was stopped, I came to visit the massage shop, a lot of good massage, cheap (I must say that the massage is really good).

Gorgeous room on the 14th floor overlooking the Ferris wheel..the view is crazy at night.

Good fitness, various equipment, good condition, I really like it.

And my favorite addition is the shower at the pool.

We booked river view at a premium but the room given to us had more view of rooms in opposite wing than the river. The room was bland with dated wood work, small tv(to give an idea of dated-ness) and torn shower curtain, limited toiletries.... lift floors about to give way. The reception is also very bland and missing the glitziness of contemporary hotels. Staff very dull n unlike 5-star. The bed was comfortable though. Riverside sit out for breakfast was good. Location close to Asiatique gives it advantage.

Without doubt one of the finest hotels I ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. It exudes a Thai charm of days gone by yet an ultra modern approach to customer service and satisfaction. It s a 5 star Hotel but I give it an extra For just being so special, in every way!

When I stay in BKK this is where I always stay now. Along the river and a stroll from Asiateque. Nice rooms..and I love the gym, steam, sauna and jacuzzi.

The rooms are big, but the room condition is not so good .. The bathroom is not so good for the bed, but it is average for the price.I would like you to think about it again if it is a city view room .. Breakfast is not bad, but it is not so good.The location is Riverside. If you go to mrt, it's not too bad. There is a massage shop nearby. If you go out a little, there is a convenience store in Seven. There is one outdoor swimming pool.

We booked a guided tour in Bangkok and this is where they put us up. We were able to check in when we got into the city at 4am.There wonderful breakfast in the morning as well as attentive staff.

Centrally located and practical for excursions. Hotel offers a shuttle boat to the sky train every 30 minutes.

Walls could use a coat of paint. Some of the rooms smell musty.
Breakfast was relatively varied, but hectic as there were many groups staying in the hotel.

A beautiful, clean hotel and very close to Asia Talk. On our feet, we go to it and the staff are cheerful. They are eaten normal and the river view is beautiful ..

temperature up is broken can't adjust, all day the room is like a refrigerator.

Near Asiatique Next to the Chao Phraya River The car park is very spacious. There are boat service from the hotel to Saphan Taksin with clean, beautiful place.

Lovely staffs, good food, wonderful view, the quality is far better than the price.

Warm welcome atmosphere. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is slightly dated and needs a little touch of renovation but that's a minor detail compared to all the offers, benefits and services they provided.
Free kids club is also available but I haven't use this service.
Breakfast is at usual standard of general 3.5 - 4 stars Bangkok hotels. Very close to both Asiatique and Iconsiam. I was able to walk to Asiatique in a matter of 7-8 minutes. The hotel provides a free shuttle boat to and back from Saparntaksin BTS station every 30 minutes. I'm considering coming back on my next visit to Bangkok.

Good hotel with fair prices - use the boat shuttle service to get to the skytrain.

Amazing is all I can say. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are magnificent. They pay attention to every little detail. The grounds are lovely as well.

Currently staying here and the staff are amazing and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning on visiting Bangkok.

The attitude at the front desk was super bad and very rude. This was the worst time I stayed at a 5 star hotel for the first time. I didn t stay yet and wanted to change the hotel.

There is a room design that looks good, stylish, unlike any other.

The location and the breakfast buffet of the hotel are probably the absolute strengths of this hotel. The house has been a couple of years old, which one notices in the rooms, but that does not matter, everything is in good condition. The air conditioning in the rooms is a bit noisy. The Asiatique Night Market is a maximum of 10 minutes walk and there is a shuttle boat to the direct to Thaksin Pier. Conclusion: For a few days in Bangkok highly recommended.

Very pleasant and clean and very nice courteous staff. In the evening often live music that sounds great, you will be drawn into the atmosphere Bangkok. Room very spacious and tidy. Very nice breakfast, there is everything what Europeans taste, it is partly even freshly prepared for someone. The free boat shuttle service is awesome in the middle of Bangkok. The terminus of the shuttle service is a point where the elevated train, taxis, tuktuks and water taxis (boats) depart in all directions. Approximately 2min walk from the hotel is also a 7eleven (small supermarket) there can get the basic things. The hotel also offers free in the room, needle and thread, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, bathing caps. We liked the hotel and the view to the river side is the madness in the night.

Great hotel that has its strong point in being overlooking the river. I booked two rooms for nine days and was treated very well. Once arrived in front of the hotel have pretty much taken me and my family and we were made to check in on the fifteenth floor and not in the reception on the ground floor and they did upgrade the room and given some kind benefit breakfast on the fifteenth floor , where you find much less people, free happy hour in the evening, free tea from 15 to 17. Nice and spacious rooms. Swimming pool and good gym.
The hotel has a shuttle service with its own boat to Saphan Taksin one of Bangkok's main Pier where you will find the BTS and other boat operators on the river.

Very good hotel with a great view of the river. International breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Free shuttle to the public. Boat landing just a few hundred meters away.
