Old River Hotel Located along the river so it's easy to reach near Asiatique.

The room is spacious, convenient, clean, safe. Staff are very nice. There is a pool. Delicious international breakfast Parking lots Recommend here

Took advantage of the special . Beautiful room with a view of the Riverside.

Remarkable the transport service every half hour to a train station and boat departure five minutes sailing. They also provide towels and water when climbing. Great detail. Good breakfast includes sushi, Indian and Chinese food. In the photo a spectacular sweet dim sum!

Luxurious enough to use to organize various events well enough.

What a city, what a view, what a team and so many lizards

The request was not clean.
Even after 3 o'clock, I was not able to ask because I asked.
The harvest was so old that it was so old that the end was too dirty, and the toilet was bitter and it was like 20 years old.

best for river hotel. breakfast is fantastic by the river. swimming pool is huge. but many Chinese also live here.

Bad location of hotel and bad breakfast buffet with just 1 good item. Staff friendly but hotel facilities are not that good. And I forgot my wireless ear buds and Hotel did not reply to my mail after I checked out.

Always one of our favorite hotels in Bangkok. Price-performance ratio is really there, for that. However, the hotel is of course a bit old.

At a higher elevation, I think the 13th floor was extremely laid back and had free drinks and snacks as well as coffee and cake. Since our flight was moved back a few hours, we even got a free late check-out at 17 o'clock. How to hold guests! Many thanks also to the super friendly staff!

This review is ONLY for the restaurant on the ground floor.

We took the family here for their Saturday evening buffet, and the quality of the food was excellent. Well on par with western standards. Seafood, roast lamb, etc. The decor and service were also very good.

One minor downside (for which I deducted one star) was their cash-grab for standard soft drinks. When they already charge premium prices for a dinner buffet, asking customers to pay 110 Baht for a glass of fountain coca-cola comes across as excessively patronizing and greedy. It costs them almost NOTHING compared to the seafood and meat, so they should really get rid of these charges. (I m certain they can make plenty off the alcoholic cocktails.)

The river view is excellent as well. Grab a couple of cocktails and perhaps some desserts after dinner, and go for a breezy sunset walk.

A decent hotel by the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. It is an old hotel but I quite like it. I have stayed there twice. It is walking distance from Asiatique.

Never stayed here while on vacation in Thailand. Comfortable, luxurious and presents a view of the river beside the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and complete. Many foreign tourists visit the Ramada Plaza.

Great hotel in a good location with own shuttle boat. Not far from the Antique Night Market or the sights of Bangkok. Nearby is a bus stop (line 1) and the public pier is just a few steps away. Breakfast is excellent. The only negative is the eternal waiting at check-in. Mind. Wait 30 minutes until everything is done.

Its a decent hotel with easy access to places around the hotel through a boat or tuk tuk.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Asiatique and Taksin station. There is a free water taxi to the station to and from the hotel every 30 minutes. The food at the hotel is great! Breakfast, room service and ala carte....pad thai, tom yum, prad prik. Bee, the food and beverage manager is AMAZING and part of the reason our stay was so enjoyable.

Places to do your laundry are right outside the hotel if you want it done cheaper and faster. Go to the street to catch a Tuk Tuk and be sure to bargain with them!

Downside is the pool doesn't get much sun and the chairs are hard. Get a massage here and check out the sauna and steam room.

Great hospitality in a nice hotel with a wonderful location....This is a very nice riverside hotel in Bangkok. We stayed in deluxe river view room with club benefits. The room is great and i highly recommend staying in rooms with club access. It totally worth the extra since their afternoon tea and canape in the evening are so good. All in all we did enjoy our stay and would love to return again in the future.

Famous hotels long ago ... but before the name of the River Hotel .... Currently using the name Ramada as the top accommodation, should have access to some services.

Was there for a seminar and the space is rundown and seats are uncomfortable

Quite old but it is ok.
The air-con levels in the room have 3 levels; high, medium, and low, but after I low it down to level low, I was still freezing. Please help fix this thing. The air-con temporary degree should be in Celsius.
The foods for wedding ceremony is good.

We were there 2 nights.
Staff very friendly. Suite very clean and large with a view of the ferris wheel. Very quiet in the hotel. You don't hear anything going on in the hallway.

Good location, clean and nice rooms and very attentive staff. Great breakfast and lovely pool, which is open 'til late. Great shuttle boat service to Saphan Taksin for further transportation on Chao Praya or with BTS from there. Also great location for shopping, dining and entertainment in Asiatique, which is very close. Massage parlors, 7-eleven, laundry service by kg and local eateries around the corner.

Good hotel with giant beds friendly staff good service only faulty rooms are pretty clairaudient and the hotel is overrun by Chinese which are a bit louder by nature. Pool is a bit cold

Hong Kong style dimsum and authentic Canton quisine at its best. Sticky rice fry shrimp dumplings just delicious.

Nice modern hotel with clean rooms. You get 2 complementary bottles of water each day. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had at any hotel outside of Las Vegas. It includes sushi, omelets, cereal, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses, and a variety of fresh fruit juices. They have a great pool as well. Also, don't skip the hotel spa for a relaxing Thai massage. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Super relatively centrally located. With the ferry and bus you can get everywhere. Food very good but expensive.

On the 12th floor, the river view restaurant is very good, the equipment of the hotel is a bit old, the spare parts are recommended to bring your own, the shampoo and the body are the same can, the slippers are red satin and will be reused.

Honestly, the worst name of the list is Maria and Palakorn. Worst customer service ever!
I am a Diamond member but I was treated very badly.
I normally have an access to the executive lounge as a Diamond member. I always have a night toward my status. I didn t get any of those. They want to charge more for that. It is truly ridiculous!!!!
If these two persons still around, I don t really recommended!!!!

Good hotel for the money. The interior is a bit old, service without a "wow effect." If you ask for something, they will do it, you won t ask, they won t offer ... A mediocre hotel without frills. I liked the free shuttle boat to BTS station, from there another free boat to Icon Siam Shopping Center. The staff, of course, is not smiling at all, not like on the islands, or at other resorts ... Probably life in a big city affects them like that :-)
