location is good. eazy to reach.
room is excellent. breakfast is so-so.

So far everything was great in this hotel. The location is very good. For 30 / day more, we had a suite with a view of the river and were able to check in stress-free on the 15th floor, have breakfast and in the evening we had a snack.
We could order a babysitter for 240 Baht / hour.
I only found strange that we were charged a small towel at 200 Baht because we had spilled massage oil on it.

The air conditioner is like sleeping in a rice mill. The check-in staff didn't smile. I can't say it

the hotel situated on the Chao Praya river has seen better days. The pickup from the airport was haphazard a nd at one point uncertain, the contact looked startled and confused, not a good first impression, especially as this had been prebooked and confirmed. The return journey was equally frustating as the Hotel confirmed the departure time and when we appearred they looked again startled and confused, making is wait 10+ minutes whilst they sorted out the transport, not good when timing to the airport can be difficult.
The "family friendly" aka lots of children using the furniture in the lounges and restaurants as ad hoc adventure playground.
The rooms again looked like they could do witha referb, clean but tired. The shower pressure was such that you had to run around to get wet.
The bars are in the restaurants apart from the pool bar. The food in The Waves was good, this is also the breakfast buffet location.
The Hotel is popular for groups, so be aware early in the morning as they breakfast on mass before heading out for the tours.

Holiday ruined. Ramada had sent me final confirmation email on 23/12/2018 that booking was confirmed from 26/12/18 to 1/01/19 for two rooms for 4 people for a total amount of THB 31800. However when i arrived at the hotel on the 26/12/18 i was told that there was only 1 room booked. If i wanted the other room, i'd have to pay an extra THB15800. I showed the reception the emails i had received from them, however they refused to help and refused to honor the original booking that was made. I had also previously called up the reservations team, and had spoken to numerous staff and had recorded their names when confirming the booking over the phone. Even though i had written confirmation through emails and had verbal confirmation through phone, they went ahead and charged me the extra THB 15800 with no hesitation at all. Such service is unacceptable and appalling. With the written emails and booking confirmations, they should have honored this booking without charging me any extra costs. What was even more ridiculous was that they could get a room at another hotel for my children to stay in whilst we stayed at this hotel. Why would we want to split up the family who has come to celebrate the New Year's together? This has upset my whole trip with my family and deprived them from the New Years Eve dinner due to budget constraints. No compensation was offered either for any of the inconvenience caused due to the incompetency of the Ramada Plaza.

I wonder if organization's only hotel? It would be very beautiful but has a little away from the city is the setting sun along the Chao Phraya River.

It also close to the foot antique ferry every 30 minutes from the hotel has come out to Saphan Taksin.

I have great time staying here at Ramada Plaze from 23/03/18 to 26/03/18. The staff speaks English fluently, the room service speaks enough to understand. The food is excellent and it provides free wine (Red/White + Champagne at Sun) and soft drink in Happy Hour 6pm - 8pm at 15th Floor. Also they provided free shuttle boat to Saphan Raskin BTS each 30mins, free fitness (including Sauna, Steam, Jazccuzi) and free bottle of water, fruit at Room Service. I stayed at 16th - a Plaza Suite River View and had access to Executive Lounge. This first photo about time in Ramada may help you in staying here

We were very satisfied and would definitely book again. Location was very good, shuttle service to the main pier, perfect connection to the elevated train and other ferries. Room was spacious, had three room enough, breakfast was very extensive.

It is a hotel that looks a little old outside. But inside the place is ok and has a good standard and service.

Very accommodating , the hotel was just fantastic whereas the staffs were so responsive and kind; I felt like I was home.

This is my first time to been there. Outside building is old fashion style hotel. Inside, lobby and front is warm decorated.
My booking is checkin on 15th floor. It's Club lounge zone. Private and executively.
I got room on the 15th floor river view is great. Wide scene.
Breakfast is good and standard.
Staffs is warm and willing to helping you. I'm so impressed.

I had an early morning job in that area. So choose to find a place to stay for 1 night better than Ramada Plaza Maenam, a very good promotion. So I choose here.
The exterior building is a typical school building in the past. But inside there is a new decoration that looks warm, bright, beautiful and comfortable.
Floor rooms must check-in on the 15th floor, which is part of the Club room category, is private and offers hi-class service.
My room is on the 15th floor overlooking the Chao Phraya River. It's a very beautiful picture.

Accommodation can request a smoking room, a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, no iron, TV, plug in the drive, see mp4. There is a swimming pool, no balcony, food available, meeting room, sound light, projector.

Main desk staff were extremely rude and after they found out they were wrong about the booking were unapologetic!

Hotel is fine for a short stay. The cleanliness could be better and the breakfast is very monotonous. Rooms are functional and have everything you need.
The shuttle boat service is great, with which you can quickly reach various ferries and the elevated railway.

It's one of the best hotels in Bangkok. It is situated on the bank of river Chao Phraya. From the room this river is clearly visible. You can have breakfast in there restaurant which is next to this river. They also provide free ferry service. Staffs are very courteous and helpful.

It is a good property and staff is fairly cooperative. Only, the buffet breakfast option are very limited for Vegetarians.

Very beautiful hotel. It has a very quiet location. Ample parking. The breakfast is very good, high quality and all fresh. The super punctual transport service. Reception, service and impeccable cleaning.

Losing speed. It deserves a renovation especially in rooms with outdated sanitary facilities for a hotel of this price / standing.

A very nice 5 star hotel with double room. One side was entrance and living area, the other was the bedroom with bathroom and closet / room. The shower was lovely, the bed was great, the curtains light tight.
The breakfast was ... well, global. Indian was very spicy, bread and jam available, snake for an egg was long, coffee was good, milk was great for spicy Indian food.

View of the night market with ferris wheel was good. The boat shake was great.

The one elevators were nice modern, the other 3 were so old that there was no year of construction and if 3 people were in it was not allowed 4 person more board (overloaded).

Oh yes, the pool ... A dream.

Requested a simple manicure and pedicure and the manicure was so awful that I refused to have the pedicure. Sadly cannot recommend the hotel spa and so disappointed because the surroundings are lovely and I was ready to relax...

***Update: the lady kindly redid it and my nails are much neater so changing from one star to three stars. No higher as no moisturiser provided which is pretty standard when it comes to a manicure so that you re not left with dry hands***

The main advantage of this hotel is that it is on the riverside and the views are spectacular. They provide a shuttle boat to the Sathorn pier from where the city is easily accessible using the sky train. On the way back they even gave us drinking water and a refreshing cold towel which was a small but welcome gesture.

We had booked a room on the executive floor which entitled us to afternoon tea and free drinks from 6 to 8 pm. Tea and coffee throughout the day. If you are out and about town you may not utilise these services but it is good to know they are there.

The staff are very polite and friendly.

On the downside: the room even on the executive floor was a bit dated and cramped compared to other similarly priced hotels.

Overall I must thank the staff and especially the ladies serving in the executive lounge for their professional, friendly and warm service.

Satisfied with the taste. Fresh seafood, swimming, chefs.
The best seasoning was Ayat Abalone.
Convention Hall is on the 2nd floor.

Of this group, I expected more. It all went a bit amateurish. Room was in itself is okay.

5 stars hotel ?

The hotel location is not bad with a good view possible at the river ( you have to choose for it ) free boat to BTS sky train is a plus.

But...

- No explanation at the check in, not even breakfast time or how to use hotel services like the boat....

- No smiling staff
- Bed pillows are too hard
- Room without iron as standard
- The toilet paper not replaced two times or bath towel was missing.
- Room was damaged

Don t want to be arsh but when you play the 5 stars then you need to follow some standards.

This hotel is right by the river front. We had an executive suite overlooking the city and the river and we couldn't been happier. the facilities and service were great. The breakfast was rich and abundant, with many local and foreign options. The available shuttle boat to the nearest train was a great option too.

We can only recommend the hotel to everyone. An oasis in the stressful Bagkok.

The request was not clean.
Even after 3 o'clock, I was not able to ask because I asked.
The harvest was so old that it was so old that the end was too dirty, and the toilet was bitter and it was like 20 years old.

Authentic Thai food is the preferred place, tastes good, and enjoys the night view of the Chao Phraya River. The price is about 800 Taizhu!!
