Clean and tidy rooms. Great location on the river. The maids were quite noisy several times right outside our room at 7am (as in unnecessarily loud conversations). Doesn't common sense tell you most travelers would be sleeping at this hour? The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location on the river, with the free shuttle boat you can quickly reach the Skytrain and other means of transport.
The house itself is beautifully designed and has a pool with jungle flair and invites you to linger. Staff always friendly, rooms clean. We would come again and can recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable amenities. The service is wonderful! Hotel pool was very relaxing, and the gardens around the pool are beautiful. The breakfast in the morning is really top rate. So much food, so many options, and all of it delicious.

Good conference room for meetings and brainstorm activities ... unfortunately quality of lunch buffet and restaurant service, which were so excellent, are quite lacking this time around.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The room cleaning could've been better but overall was a great start and I would definitely go back. Amazing view from our suite. Staff in the executive lounge were fabulous.

Good city hotel, is centrally located. The staff very accommodating. The guests almost only Chinese, who stand out by their loud behavior very negative. At breakfast, the Chinese people are very loud, boorish and unmanly.

Ideal location on the riverside with boat and road transport, proximity to Asiatique, value for money and local street food. Excellent service. Friendly Staff. I must mention Ms. May for her handling our check-in, Ms. Kelly for her local tour guidance, Ms. Nahathai for handling my booking efficiently. Experience to remember. Going back again :)

The hotel I stayed in during my 2nd visit to Bangkok. It offers the opportunity to watch the view as it is on the edge of the Chao Phraya river. The rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast is satisfactory. Public buses, taxis and tuk-tuks are available right in front of the hotel. There is a food court and an open shopping center very close to the hotel. It is a nice hotel.

For a 5 star hotel not worth the money. More like a 3 star hotel maximum. Buffet is a joke, not fresh, has stomach problems after. Overall avoid because of alot of I'll mannered Chinese tourist tour groups.

I came to the restaurant "Ayi Abalone" on the third floor of this restaurant to eat Hong Kong-style dim sum. It is very authentic, and there is currently a 50% discount, which is quite cost-effective. In addition, this is a historical hotel, but it has been refurbished, and there are public facilities such as swimming pools in the lobby. It is also comfortable and has no customs.

This is NOT a five star hotel; if you adjust your expectations to a three or maybe four star hotel it is okay.

They could not find me in the system at check-in and I had to provide my own proof of confirmation. Some of the other guests and I had to ask multiple times for issues to be resolved. For example: it took several calls and about two hours for one of the other guests to get their luggage (and to get access back to their medication).

The staff has poor attention to detail. I asked for an iron and ironing board and I was given a broken ironing board I had to assemble myself. The shower head was positioned by the cleaning staff to blast water everywhere in the bathroom when first turned on; a five star hotel staff would take the additional moment to turn the shower head appropriately so the guest doesn't have the experience of shooting water everywhere. It took 5 hours for my room to get made up after clicking the button on the control box to request that my room be made up.

The hotel (built in 1986) is showing its age a bit. The handle of the toilet needed to be held down to get anything to flush, and I had to call to get the toilet fixed because it simply stopped flushing. The television picture quality is very poor; most of the channels have a lot of picture distortion (and this was not limited to my room or floor). Most guests complained about their rooms being either way too hot or way too cold, and the control box is not easy or straightforward to use. The layout of the standard room also doesn't make a lot of sense to me, in particular it bothered me that the sink was in the main area instead of the bathroom and there was no place to keep a trash bin near the sink.

The location on the river is nice. Most of the things we did in Bangkok were at least a 30 minute drive away, but the ASIATIQUE mall is about a 10 minute walk and they have a tuk-tuk shuttle there as well. The hotel has a decent central location.

If I had not gone in expecting five star service, this hotel would be okay. But, I had stayed in two other five star hotels during my trip in Thailand and got nothing like the level of service I expected at the Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside.

Supertolles Hotel.Alle staff very friendly. Shuttle boat into the city. On the return trip got you on the boat cold towels and water to drink enough. Great service! Hotel is very quiet and we had a very clean room and in the rest of the hotel nothing to complain about. Pool an oasis of silence. Gladly again

Good location, clean and nice rooms and very attentive staff. Great breakfast and lovely pool, which is open 'til late. Great shuttle boat service to Saphan Taksin for further transportation on Chao Praya or with BTS from there. Also great location for shopping, dining and entertainment in Asiatique, which is very close. Massage parlors, 7-eleven, laundry service by kg and local eateries around the corner.

We were here in June in a king suit. Plenty of space, clean room, comfy bed, and great view looking north to downtown Bangkok over the river. Good breakfast with many options.

Boat to Sathorn pier is great. 10min walk to asiatique, close to orange/yellow boat lines. Great location.

Great staff - very friendly. Hotel outdated but overall a nice place.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, the first time I liked our room better, the second time the interior was a bit dated. Nevertheless, we liked it very much, the location is perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired
