Honestly, the worst name of the list is Maria and Palakorn. Worst customer service ever!
I am a Diamond member but I was treated very badly.
I normally have an access to the executive lounge as a Diamond member. I always have a night toward my status. I didn t get any of those. They want to charge more for that. It is truly ridiculous!!!!
If these two persons still around, I don t really recommended!!!!
