Huge property but with very poor management and service.

Restaurant was good. Located at beach. Didn't stay at hotel. No idea about rooms. But property is huge and safe

5 stars rating for the 5 star service. I stayed here with my family for a short vacation and on the first day we got a flat tyre :( but Thanks to the hospitality of the duty manager, he was kind enough to arrange someone who fixed the tyre for us in no time.

The rooms were super clean and the service was excellent.

The private beach is a bliss compared to all the other popular and overcrowded beaches around Goa.

If you are looking for a calm and peaceful vacation with your family and if you don t want to roam around much, your search ends here.

The place was so crowded that people were waiting at breakfast tables for others to get up. There was a marriage and the whole place was hijacked by the marriage party; beach, pool everything.
It is understood that there was a rush but it wasn't that much and your infra is clearly lacking in handling it.

This place is absolutely brilliant
It's now been a year and I'm starting to miss this place. Hoping to visit again in the future

Pros: good and quite location in south Goa away from crowd. Verity of tasty and healthy food options. Good hospitality. Clean Private beach. Swiming pool with no time ristriction except night. Nice garden for golf playing.
Cons: if you book through mmt or any other agents you will loose benefits like choosing your prefered room like pool facing or sea facing or airport transfer etc.

Superb experience! Service is splendid. One of the best and reliable places to stay in at South Goa. Vast open spaces to relax in. Easy access to the well maintained beach. Majestic view of the beach and sea from within the 9 hole golf course. A well maintained pool that we could enjoy with family. Multiple restaurant options within the resort - this was sure a blessing. Great thin crust pizzas at Castaway; Lavish breakfast in the main restaurant , etc. If you don't like crowded places and would like to enjoy soaking in the sun or just lazing on the beach or enjoy playing with the waves, all this while enjoying great services, this is the place to be at, in Goa.

Place is big. Great lawns. Mini golf course. Direct beach access. Staff is courteous but service level isn't great. Food taste is average for Indian pallet. We were in a big group. Your personal milage may vary.

Very good resort to spend time and relax. Rooms are great, food is great and the golf course is really nice. The service is also good.

Not at all a 5 star.... Please ... Food is ok , we went in August ... As per the photo in sites there was no activity or beach restaurant... Staff is not courteous... I was not well so in the morn just had yes d a bread for breakfast and requested them to send some food in room ... They denied... We asked for ice bucket ... They charged ... Come on man ... We have stayed in so many hotels all 5 star rated ... Have never seen this ... Have to each for all small things .. Only answer we got is we give it on request... Come on guys ... Y do we need to request for such trivial stuffs.. Will never come here again... Nor will recommend it to anyone ... We are grateful that we are not charged for breathing ... Have been to Taj, raddisson, Vedic village and Hyatt ... Have never seen such stuff ... Guys please be honest while giving review coz seeing such review we booked this hotel d spoiled our vacation

Very beautiful place. All scenic beauty of perfect beach is available with peace of mind which is rare in any popular beach.

Reasonable to good hotel, with a private beach where there is a restaurant that is rented by the hotel where all tourists who go there to eat seafood and fish are stolen. A meal that they announced could cost 30 per person (around 2000 rupees) had a cost of 90 without any quality. The invoice was never presented, just a paper by hand where they charged what they wanted.
Watch out for the restaurant.
At the hotel we expressed our displeasure but there was no help in solving or helping.

What a place it was,good place to stay,with good food and service

We were at Caravella beach resort for 3days at Room no.279 from 12th to 15th August. We enjoyed a lot at caravella calm and clean beach with lash green surroundings and swiming pool. Hospitality also fair enough with a special mention of your staff Priti. Her plesing personality and helping attitude and assistance during breakfast was really heart touching and caring . Thanks Priti and thanks team Caravella.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of it. The best part was the island bar and white sand beach which is very pleasent. We would prefer to visit again.

The worst hotel I stayed they are here to make money totally waste

The stay was good here. Big property. Felt very less activities. May be when we went it was just pouring all the time. Need to pay a visit again. Staffs and others were cardial. Food was fine too, but not exquisite as such.

Definately an Awsm experience with a Resort which has lot to offer and a Great place to have weekend with family..!!

It is one of the most beautiful and well maintained resorts in south goa. I booked the resort for 3 nights and did not leave the resort even once. The grounds are so relaxing and clean with a beautiful golf course. The private beach is spotlessly clean and only the resort guests are allowed to visit it. There is a bar and restaurant by the beach that serves some amazing prawns and chicken. The cocktails are ok as well. We booked a room with a beach view and it was simply perfect. Comfy bed, a good couch to chill on and some chairs in the balcony where u can sit and watch the beach and admire the golf course. The main restaurant of the resort serves some great food as well. The breakfast buffet has south Indian, north indian, english, and american cuisines with a large variety of breads and cakes. The dinner buffet serves some amazing nonveg. Overall a great experience. Loved every minute of my stay at the resort. A resounding 5 star to them!

It's really good and the beach is extremely good ...

My friend booked this place for his wedding, they had to change the plan because of Covid lockdown. The most disappointing piece was the empty promises of hospitality and customer service this place makes. So much time, emotion and money had been invested by my friend and when they tried to contact the place for cancellation no one offered to help with the process the rep was disrespectful and as of today they still have no response from the staff.

Visited the second time in two weeks speaks for itself. Very able Mabel, Duty Manager was very helpful and very thoughtful of her to surprise us with a welcome back cake. The resort is anyways top class but its the staff who make it special and inviting. Special mention of Mr Dev in the lounge bar who was kept us engaged with stories and drinks Cheers! Food spread was yummy . Kids enjoyed most in the vast pool and Beach.

One of the best resorts in South Goa - it's a Ramada property. It has attached beach, huge pool and loads of games ranging from TT to mini golf.

Best you can get if you want isolation and peace. Its quite and fun at same time.

Very much liked the beach resort. Buffet was really good . Bar facility was good . Should provide umbrellas more. Should have Indian hose pipe in western clauset. Should be vary of snakes roaming inside the resort. Charged too much for the mini bar inside the room. Villas are very good. Food was really awesome . Small bittled water provided was very limited a big negative .

A very well maintained property with amazing facilities having a peaceful and clean beach. Breakfast is lavish with options for everyone. Hotel staff is polite and sincere. Car parking might be an issue during peak occupancy.

Really nice resort with plenty of space, great staff and good food. BUT : They really have an issue with the water quality in the pool especially the one for the smaller ones... management have to install a proper filtration station as there was plenty of strange particals in the water...

Peaceful,Relaxed vacation is south Goa. Resort is just superb with plenty for every one including kids.. good rooms and amenities, lovely swimming pool, private beach. Nice restaurants and bars inside resort. Good and helpful staff. Reduced one star for poor wifi in rooms and for following up quite a few times for booking confirmation..

The food is excellent. And dining area is quite amazing too. They'll always have a wonderful singer or a magician to help you through with the dinner.
The resort is build in a classic design but has everything....nice pool, decent beach, a small but fabulous discotheque, gym etc. The range of rooms is quite diversed, so your overall experience might depend on what kind of room you get to stay in. The villas are amazing. And a "sunset point" at the golf course is the best spot, particularly to sit at night and watch the waves hit the shore....
