Not at all a 5 star.... Please ... Food is ok , we went in August ... As per the photo in sites there was no activity or beach restaurant... Staff is not courteous... I was not well so in the morn just had yes d a bread for breakfast and requested them to send some food in room ... They denied... We asked for ice bucket ... They charged ... Come on man ... We have stayed in so many hotels all 5 star rated ... Have never seen this ... Have to each for all small things .. Only answer we got is we give it on request... Come on guys ... Y do we need to request for such trivial stuffs.. Will never come here again... Nor will recommend it to anyone ... We are grateful that we are not charged for breathing ... Have been to Taj, raddisson, Vedic village and Hyatt ... Have never seen such stuff ... Guys please be honest while giving review coz seeing such review we booked this hotel d spoiled our vacation
