I liked the stay. Their beach is very beautiful. Golf ground is also nice. Food is of quality. Ambience is what you're going to love in here. Rooms could've been better in structure. Housekeeping staff is polite. Front office people are always busy. Overall liked the resort.

Please install bum washers, it's really annoying without one!
The food was just about average like any other 5 star multi-cuisine restaurant. Include a combination of desserts. Not always desserts are about gulab jamuns and apple crumble pie much less an apple pie!

Location, ambience, service, hospitality everything is excellent

I was a returning visitor to the resort. First tiem family. Its a good hotel. A huge one. The property is old but it is maitained prettu well. Evsrything was perfect rught feom food to the beach, to the services offered. The only rhing thst was kind if not on par qas thw feont desk lady who talked nicely but gave a blocked view room specially when our only request to stay was a room with an open view and not a blocked. The moment i requested this, she gave a us a totally blocked view room which when i complained later was changed for us buy the fuest services manager. The new room we got was 100 time better than the previous one. Oh by the way the first room (139) didnt even have the jet installed in the toilet and whne we complained the house keeping came with a bucket to be used in place of jet. Wasnt expecting this frona. 5 star. I mean i praised this hotel yo my family before arrival that it didnt reach the expectation for them. Apart from them, everything was good. The food is good. The lawana nd beach are good. The hospitality is also good. Just ksesp in mind. They are very keen to check you out at 11 am and when u request late checkout. They will tell you thst its very busy for them and thst we cna checkout hy 12 to 12:30. Ghere are no 2 pm chexkouta as other hotel provide. They will show you thst their hotel is very buzy. But in reality, they have lots of rooms empty.

Piece of advice, if you don't like what you are given, pkease fes6l free to ask for it. You wont be given it automatically u would have to ask for it.

But having wrotten it all, this ia really good hotel to relax and unwind in natural beuty.

Had an amazing stay at the Caravels Beach Resort... It was a great experience with the hotel staff, activities and facilities... And I would definitely love to go here again...

Nice and luxurious property. Very good breakfast. Not so great for lunch/dinner if u are vegetarian. Varca beach is indeed beautiful. Tedious check in checkout procedure. At times looked understaffed. Overall good experience.

Very systematic, well behaviour and friendly, trained and skilled staffs, cimbination of natural beauty. Specially childrens program to keep them busy is a good thought. It's a good place for family visit. I liked it very much. Hope to come again. Many many thanks to the honours and staffs of the Caravela Beach Resort.

No conditions for 5 *. The friendly and attentive staff. Excellent beach water (at Caribbean level) has little shade. The beach bar hardly works. In food, they strive to have anything European ...

Management apporch is more commercial than to have satisfaction oriented...
When i asked about a small cup of milk...for my little kid..they asked me to order it through...room service...

Even at pool they refused to gave balls. N asked us pay for that..

Its our 1st day .. dinning experience n quality of the food is also not upto 5 star category resort... Dinning staff is cooperative n humble...

Bathroom is ok... That doesn't have shower panel with glass partition...only same old bathtub is there...

We have heared good reviews abt the resort n booked 5 rooms for 3 days but On the 1st day..our experience wasn't that good...let c how next 2 days goes...

Best place to rejuvenate yourself...lovely climate beautiful beach..rooms were very nice..Breakfast spread was good.Nice greenery around the resort.

Great place . Good food . Very friendly and helpful staff. Private beach, acres of greenery with lots of birds, activity for children, swimming pool for all age groups, ayurvedic centre, spa and many more enjoyable activities. It was fun spending 4 days in the resort with family. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, better food than Leela Goa, the Villa was very spacious and well maintained. Very kid friendly, staff is very courteous and attentive. Pool is awesome. Beach is close by and has volleyball court near the beach. Definitely recommend Thai place in South Goa

Amazing property, well maintained despite the sheer size. Missed out on using the pool since it was closed due to COVID. Loved the beach shack restaurant. The proximity to the beach makes it an ideal property.

Nice place. Jeep/car hiring service providers are not close by so moving around may be problematic.

Menu is bit pricy if you don't get your food included in your package. Nice ambeince and setting. Was able to find scooter very nearby. I wanted a get-away place happened to work out for me

The food was Great But in the evening lots of bugs The evening dinner was a challenge

Beaware of this place , CHEATERS They collect a huge amount by saying caution deposit & won't provide any recpit or invoice for it . Cheating in every aspects.
1. They don't even have a valet parking , Check in takes more than 2 hrs even you reach after their said check in time & thes thevies call them self as 5 star property .
2. Rooms are very small hardly 8/10 size . I have booked a room called superior room but they don't have any such catogery all their rooms are the same size , but they cheat & charge you more .
3.Service is a joke for them you need to call the reception atleast 10 times if we want any thing .
4. Very unprofessional staff , most of their staff will be drunken rougs, can't understand English & they will be begging for tips .
5. Any Road side hotel in any small place will do a better service.
6. PEOPLE WHO ARE TRAVELING WITH FAMAILY & CHILDREN , DO NOT THINK OF VISITING THIS PLACE

I attended my best friend's wedding at Caravela Beach Resort !!! Frankly speaking words are not enough to describe the awesomeness of this place ... What a memorable stay we've had here !! The beach is so clean and scenic ... The buffet spread for all meals is just fantastic ... A couple of friends and I were lucky enough to get a suite and trust me it was magnificent !! This resort is a must visit when you're in South Goa

Resort was really nice. Housekeeping staff was very good. Food was ok. We had dinner at beach cafe but it was bad experience. Food quantity was less and bit expensive.overall nice stay

A place where you want to return again. Great service, cleanliness, cleaning twice a day and very tasty food. The only minus mafia of taxis that deserve the hotel, you need to be vigilant and discreet. Well, and a huge number of crows from which the nets save

A perfect place for a chill holiday.

I had stayed at Caravela Beach Resort during my last visit to Goa with my family. It's very well maintained property and is situated on a very clean and calm beach. They had upgraded my room to presidential villa room, it was closest to the beach... just 100 meters.
Their in house restaurant served wide variety of delicious food - starters, main course, desserts. Room service was excellent and receptionists were welcoming.
I loved my stay there and would visit the place again.

The place is really nice, very big property. But it was very crowded in May end which spoiled the mood for first day.
They do not have lift, a big let down for 5 star resort. Rooms are good and spacious.
Staff is courteous and helpful.
some things to be careful about when you travel to south Goa: taxi mafias will literary rip you off with their double rates. and you have no other option, hotel do not have their own vehicle.
so if you want to visit places nearby, bring your own vehicle.

Very beautiful resort with all the amenities,great staff and awesome food

We were very happy to spend a couple of days at Caravela during Diwali. It is a five star resort on a beautiful property with a golf course and a lovely clean private beach. Also the cleanliness and sanitisation was more than satisfactory. The staff is very helpful and polite.
Good food and entertainment was provided for the guests at night and breakfast had a good spread... although the meals were a little expensive.
Rest all was good and we had a wonderful time.

We had to wait for an hour at the reception for check in.

Water is Crystal clear here . It's awesome and cool to take a swim . Road to it doesn't seem like it will take you to a beach but just ask someone for directions

very good place for a relaxing holiday. Really friendly staff. We feel welcome and treated as true guests. Staff knows how to make your holiday a special one. Nice swimming pool and good buffet.

reservation team is never available... i tried getting in touch with them for good 2 days - they were never available

Very huge property and right on the beach. Rooms were clean. Food was delicious and lots of options in terms of restaurants on the property to choose from. Overall a memorable stay

Worst 5 star room ever.
You can get better room in treebo or oyo for that matter these days .

For such a big property they do not even have convenient transport options, for one golf buggy or cart we had to tell the staff at list 5 to 6 times and after that also it arrived 20 mins later .

Please don t choose this property for your good occasions or holiday there are much nicerand value for money properties around .

Place was good and nicely built. Staff was very friendly. But very limited options for food and to roam around. Another thing that i did not like was the arrangement at beach during the evening or dinner time - it was poorly managed. Initially they were not taking reservations for table but in the evening they had all tables reserved.

I booked through make my trip and reached the place after a really long ride from airport. There was a slight confusion over my booking details but was sorted after a few minutes. We had 2 rooms. The TV in one room did not work properly. After many complaints, they came over to look at it, told us some issue with signal, should get better. No luck for another day, they offered us a different room for our last day of stay. There was also confusion over our dinner. They tried their best to help us but I felt they were overwhelmed due to too many travelers.
Pros:
Great private beach, shacks, breakfast, facilities, nice staff etc.
Cons:
Too far from attractions, costs arms and legs to get a taxi to go even to a nearby place,

If you want a relaxing holiday just staying at a hotel, this is a great place. If you plan on going to tourist attractions, I will not recommend. It is just too one far.

It's a very nice resort with super clean beach. There are enough activities to do in the resort so no need to even step out in case you are looking for a relaxing stay in goa

Incredible Resort in South Goa with an expansive and pristine private beach, exotic grounds, private golf course and beautiful pool. 5 Star service in every way, gourmet food and very memorable views. The rooms are very modern and spacious yet unique and cozy with private balconies overlooking the grounds. Did not see another resort anywhere in GOA that could rival this property.

Lovely resort, warm and friendly staff. If they can get some phone signal anywhere within the resort or get their wifi working so that guests can stay connected to the outside world, it would be even better.

We booked an ocean view room...and the view is amazing..loved our stay.

This place is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It is a very large property having golf course with so much greenery and a private beach(Varca Beach) of the resort. At the time of Check-in you are given a welcome drink and a wet rolled towel for refreshing hands and face. The staff here are friendly, polite and helpful. The resort is well maintained and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is really good and has lot of options to choose from. They have a pool with seperate kids section. Bar at the beach and in the pool was so cool!!
It is a must visit place and words are less to describe this place..

Room size is too small... Not even enough to place two big size suitcases... Pool wasn't open, though other properties are offering pool service now.... Disappointed paying much more rent than the other places.... Food menu is too limited and the prices of liquor is very high... ONE STAR ONLY . STAFF IS NOT COURTEOUS.... House keeping was extremely rude... We are cutting our stay short and shifting properties now

It's an excellent property with lots of greenery, wonderful aesthetics enhancing the feel of a great resort. I had been to their beach restaurant and food was delicious. Sumptuous tandoori prawns, wonderful Alfredo sauce pasta, delicious sizzling steak and a yummy chicken tikka pizza. All packed with wonderful service by Ketan and Siddharth!!
