Very relaxing beach getaway. Reasonably priced. Excellent service. And the food is good too.Well located.Three days were too short in this place. You need a week to really enjoy everything that this place has to offer
Would definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a good, relaxed time. Has private beach, very clean and soft sand. Water is clean.
Hotel staff is very polite and courteous. Food is good. The only spoiler are the local taxi unions which will take double the amount which you have paid while coming to the resort
From the beginning - Room wasn't ready when we reached. Lot of confusions. Having a big resort, no handicapped access. My mom having knee pain, found it extremely difficult without elevator. They told the resort people will help us in wheel chair. They came only once. Remaining time, we stopped calling them as there was no proper response. Rooms not that clean we have to insist them to clean it more. Breakfast buffet lot of choices, but taste was ok. The dinner food was pricey and not that good. Today went to swimming pool . I was in my swimm attire in my vest and shorts. The management people stopped me entering the swimming pool and told me to remove my vest. I told them it is my personal preference to have my vest and they told it's their policy. I don't understand a policy where they don't allow proper swimming attire, but can allow people with normal cotton briefs. Funny and totally insane. Today I realized I did a biggest mistake choosing this awful place. Will never return here or recommend anyone.
An awesome place for a staycation.. loved the private beach, pool, lawn and most importantly the food. The chef was really cooperative to serve us Jain food. Loved it !!

This is one of the beautifully set resorts of siuth Goa, with a private beach.
We had a batch get together here with 150+ persons.
All families enjoyed to the hilt and went back happy as apples.

The property location is good but the staff is extremely rude , especially had a horrible experience at the entrance gate. Was surprised with such a behaviour in the hospitality business.
Beautiful, large resort with golf course, right in front of the sea. Used to be by Ramada. Expansive arched windows make it look great. Has a huge pool with a pool bar (yes you sit on the seats inside the water and order!) Staff is exceptional and very helpful. They helped whenever we got stuck. Food is ok. Only drawback - the property is not wheelchair friendly, and has no lift. So if you're taking a pram/ stroller, you'll have to lift it multiple times over stairs. Also note : the bike and car rentals are far away, so have your own transportation or get from hotel (bit expensive)

A huge resort with lot of amenities and activities and an amazing beach. If you are looking for a personalized experience, this is not the place as this property is so huge that they just cannot give personal attention. I felt the rooms could have better sound proofing.

Beautiful clean tidy big rooms. We stayed in the garden room partially facing the occean.The staff at caravela was courteous and very helpful always.

The resort and private beach are well maintained. It had a beautiful lawn and a swimming pool.
Food and services were ok.
We had very bad experience in Caravella resort goa today . We landed at 4:00pm and we find no proper reception in luggage collection and then at reception we were made to wait for more than 45 min for room keys. Check out time was indicated to us at 11 am and there was very poor response and front office lacks hospitality . I had to call up duty manager Ritesh and then he could get keys after some time and could chase up and accompanied us to our room . Had asked for sales manager for discussing wedding plans but after waiting for more than 1.5 hrs we got call from Srikant that he would show us property Tommrow at 9:15 am.
Earlier I.e two days before also we contacted caravella sales manager Iqbal but there was no proper response .
Really a very bad experience with caravella beach resort . Need to improve a lot and should learn from other 3 star or 4 star resorts who makes guest very comfortable .

One of the finest Resorts for family outing perfect beach and beautiful greenery it was a place where we got what we wanted : completely relax. Activity centre for kids where we did the painting as below. my 2 year old son had a lot of fun in the pool and at the beach. Less crowded and clean beach. The resort reaches above expectations in being a child friendly Resort they do not charge for milk or food items for the kids so I did not have to worry at all . Khichdi milk fruits breads cakes everything available on demand for kids the only negative I would say would be the food menu option for adults. I think problem was that we went on off season that's why 2 of the restaurants were closed including the beach shack.

The biggest win win for me during my visit in this covid situation was the utmost precautions taken by the staff. They really do sanitise everything. Secondly the staff is very polite and helpful. The resort itself is so beautiful, we enjoyed all the evenings at caravela s beach. Food is great (both veg & non-veg), wide variety for breakfast options and anyone can enjoy food at their beach restaurant.
They helped us celebrate our special day with a surprise.
The only problem I faced was lack of network, their wifi is also not very strong.
Overall I loved the place and would definitely recommend anyone and everyone!
Excellent resort for people who want to get away from the crowded dirty beaches and want to enjoy a quiet holiday. Located near th beach with private access. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Large swimming pools for kids and adults. Great place to fom back from with beautiful photos.

The place was so crowded that people were waiting at breakfast tables for others to get up. There was a marriage and the whole place was hijacked by the marriage party; beach, pool everything.
It is understood that there was a rush but it wasn't that much and your infra is clearly lacking in handling it.

Decent hotel. A little expensive, but the price pays off the attention of the staff, including from the managerial staff.
So, from pleasant moments I would like to note that in case of an early excursion the staff, if you wish, can prepare a breakfast box.
The fact is that during the excursion they pick up at 6-7, and breakfast starts at 8:30.
And the same breakfast was provided to us upon departure, although we did not ask for it.

The beach is very clean, help to arrange the beds, towels clean on the beach change every day.
At dinner, a girl from the staff came up and asked about the food, offered the child and us separate dishes from the cook without pepper.
What really surprised so much is the free passage for the child to the Hawaiian party. Not trivial.

In addition, in the hotel every day at the reception a wonderful girl from Russem Assel, who tells everything, will help, explain.
They have private beach which is the first reason. And the staff and all other activities r best too

A gem in the pristine South Goa. This Hotel has been taken over by Ramada hotels.
The hotel has a very nice and clean private beach.
Has a good bar set up near the beach. One can relax by the beach with your favourite drink during the evening. The sunset view is not to be missed.

Very beautiful property. Love their breakfast but nit so much of the dinner. Very clean beach. Only problem they have is that no local taxi s are allowed near the resort due to unions unity there. So disappointing on that side. But apart from that it was a great experience there.

The property is very good but their service is below average, specially their in house kitchen service, we stayed their for 2 days and both the days they have messed up with the food twice, either they sent you the wrong food or incomplete food items and hence will make your stay average. We stayed in an ocean view room which offered a scenic view, but again their room service was too slow, and will again make your experience am average one. If you are okay with an average service this is a good property to stay at.
I stayed in this hotel during Feb first week 2020. One word to describe the stay: AMAZING. I couldn't find single negative about this hotel. Every detail of your stay here is well taken care of. From the moment you enter the lobby, check in process to the time you check out you will be amazed with the experience. My kid wouldn't want to leave this place during the check out.

I liked the stay. Their beach is very beautiful. Golf ground is also nice. Food is of quality. Ambience is what you're going to love in here. Rooms could've been better in structure. Housekeeping staff is polite. Front office people are always busy. Overall liked the resort.
I only went for the restaurant. I was there during the offseason. The beer selection wasn't too great (common issue), and the pitcher size was about 36oz and not much of a deal. The food and prices were ok, but not special in my opinion. The real benefit is that it's pretty much the only restaurant open during off-season times this far south in Goa.
