My friend booked this place for his wedding, they had to change the plan because of Covid lockdown. The most disappointing piece was the empty promises of hospitality and customer service this place makes. So much time, emotion and money had been invested by my friend and when they tried to contact the place for cancellation no one offered to help with the process the rep was disrespectful and as of today they still have no response from the staff.
