Great service, I would recommend to anyone. the service representative was knowledgeable and very polite. I m very satisfied.

At first the service was good, and so was my rating. But not to long ago I took my car to get service and this dealership returned it damaged and with out properly replacing the screws that were removed back. Assuming everything was fine I went home and didn't check. 3 weeks later my fiance was Cleaning the and looked under the hood and noticed the engine cover was cracked and screws were missing. I went back and the manager refused any accommodations. So to anyone who go to this location make sure u check your car yourself before you leave. Unfortunately you can't trust even the ones who are "professionals".

Couldn't of asked for a better experience at Rallye BMW. Everyone from start to finish was super kind & friendly & everyone made sure they went over every detail with me. True professionals. The 2 hour drive was worth it. Not only did they have the specific vehicle I wanted, Jose Rivas, my salesperson, was one of the nicest guys I've ever met.

The team at Rallye is top notch! Darren Thomsen made my leasing experience pleasant and easy. He handled everything from start to finish. I recently visited for my first service and a loaner car was arranged for me upon arrival. The team kept me informed during the day and made picking up my X3 super simple. There is no doubt I will continue to return here as they are truly the best in the business. I highly recommend Rallye BMW, and appreciate the professionalism and care they have for their clients!

The only dealer I trust to work on my M2. Brandon T the service writer is great. Gave me updates through the day and had my car ready to go the following morning!

This is the second time I brought my car for service and waited 45 minutes for a loaner car and for them to finally inform me there were no more loaner cars available. Service Advisor Anthony was unapologetic. I spoke to manager Chris Blanco, who rebuffed me. I sent messages and called twice after the appointment and no one reached out to me like they said they would.
Not professional. No transparency. Expectations were not managed. Thank you for wasting my time.

I ve been a BMW owner for 12 years and can state from personal experience that Rallye BMW has the best service department around.

I ve owned other makes, including Mercedes, Lexus and Land Rover, and I ve visited other BMW dealers, but I always return to Rallye BMW.

Chris Blanco s leadership as Service Manager is second-to-none. Chris conveys extraordinary expertise and it s apparent that he requires same from his team.

That said, my Service Advisor, Bret Hines is knowledgeable, straight-forward and beyond accommodating in every circumstance, during my every visit.

Pasquale, the shop foreman, is a hero as well, as he works his magic to save the day time and time again. No other shop foreman is as patient or truly cares to do what s needed to get down to the bottom of and resolve any concern, big or small.

Chris, Bret and Pasquale are all courteous and efficient in working with me and they re always instrumental in coordinating and facilitating positive outcomes with my warranty company, getting me covered and back on the road again.

In all, these people are true professionals and assets to Rallye BMW, and because of them, I will continue to recommend Rallye BMW to my friends and family.
