We have recently added copious amounts of new technology that will shoot us far beyond where we ever thought we could go. The executive team cares for the employees and their well-being. Just wondering what your policy is on being high or drunk during work? Because I know for a fact one of your employees does nothing but smoke and drink during work. Sounds really unprofessional to me but hey not my business.

I keep getting paperwork from this company. It indicates that I still have an account there, from when I worked for a previous company. I have provided them with my account number, name and address (which they obviously have, since they send me mail), phone number and social security number. They still will not give me access to the account. I have been trying to find out how much, if any funds of mine they night have control over. I have called them numerous times, and keep getting the run-a-round. I am getting ready to contact the Texas Attorney General's office.
