Terrible company to do business with. They used to have account representatives that actually cared. Now they use "teams" that have no idea what is going on and do not seem to care. Each time I call in I am on hold for an hour. I have tried communicating via email only to be told that they cannot process requests that way even though all pertinent information is there in black and white. I have asked to have ANYONE reach out that can address issues but no one has ever called. We spend A LOT of money with this company and certainly get the heat from our customers while they do nothing to fix the issue. Ridiculous!!

I am a dealer using ready logistics to transport my vehicle this is 5th vehicle purchased since 9/25 only one vehicle has arrived. Sent numerous request for someone to contact me and tell me where my vehicles no one responds and I have no idea where my cars are. I will never use them again

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY AS AN OPTION!! Worst service I could have ever asked for! I was told on 2 different occasions that my car would be picked up and come to find out on both delivery dates they didn t even touch it yet! ITS BEEN 16 days and the next day they are supposed to pick up my car is tomorrow and then it will take another 4 days on top of that. They are the absolute worst service I have come across. They ve had me on hold for over 30 minutes as of now and I m still on hold. I would never recommend this company to anybody. And I will do what ever I can to ensure they don t get much from here on out until they make things right or go out of business.

Worst shipping company ever! Do not use them. They're liars and try to blame dealerships for damage. Be aware!!!!!

Be careful they don't have enough trucks and drivers to deliver. Expect long delays. They like to take your money and then make you wait for days, or even weeks. I will never do business with them.

Horrible company will complain to Mannheim about your sorriness. Don't trust anything and if some one of importance gets this try calling your own number and see if you can get through

How this place can even justify themselves as a business is beyond me. The most useless service I have ever attempted to use. They are literally unfit to operate as they do not have the ability to ship vehicles, expect to wait months yes MONTHS for your vehicle. The phone operation people are about as useless as their ability to function as a busines. DO NOT USE THEM. I would give negative stars if I could.

I have and currently waiting 13 days now for my vehicle to be delivered to my dealership. When I ask questions they are so nonchalant and really do not care. I will never use y all for my business ever again. I literally have $5200 in limbo.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS EVERY!!!!!!

I had them set up a car for delivery after a week and no updates I called them to see what was going on. They could not give me answer at all of when it might be picked up. I then canceled the pickup and had someone else pick it up. I was told I would be getting my refund that was near 800 dollar sent back in 48 hours. Many many calls later and going on 2 weeks I still Have not seen my refund. You call and one department has no clue what the other department is doing. Do not use them go the central distpatch and save yourself the head.
