Lied to multiple times, have proof of funds owed but never sent, completely untruthful with their affiliates to pocket their financial contributions. Inability to speak with anyone on the phone. They're going down fast.

After massive escalation, this situation was resolved. Glad it eventually was taken care of.
I have switched over to recharge recurring from bold almost a week ago and requested help to migrate. They do not offer phone support and the email help is extremely lackluster. It has been a week of back and forth and I have lost thousands of dollars. A true nightmare!
