Had a great day with my family. A day i will remember forever!! The last time i went was with my brother and sister when we were kids and this time we went with their children!! The rides were great and for a theme park the queues weren't too long.. needless to say we are buying a season pass for the summer.

We had free tickets from AA so we took the chance to go. The place is mostly for children, you will hardly see adult couples without kids. As in the map, the grown-up entertainments are the BIG 5 (in orange)which I would judge as average. If you come from Europe or America I m sure you have experienced better than this.

Rainbowsend itself is a fun place for kids to have fun, however my niece was insulted by another parent (father) on Friday 4th of January 2019 she was SWORN at and called FATSH*T at the kids kingdom area and no staff intervene nor did they do anything about it. As kids she found a young boy strolling around alone she thought he was lost and escorted the kid around for help but when his parents saw my niece doing this from afar they immediately assumed she was pushing the kid around his father then went up to my niece JUMPING TO CONCLUSION CURSING,SWEARING and calling her names leaving my niece (5 years old) terrified for the rest of the time she was at the theme park, this was her first time to rainbowsend coming from australia, i was not there present when this happened (i was supervising another child on another ride) but her older sister witnessed everything she was shaken up by what this parent had said they wanted to leave i let one of the staff know bt nothing was done. I hope this does not happen to your children at the kids kingdom area no child should be treated this way it maybe okay for them to speak this way to their children but it is not acceptable for any child esp mines. Take care

Charged full price when 3 of the main rides were shut for maintenance and others down because of drizzle. Paid an exorbitant amount just to have access to 5 rides and an overpriced games department.

I recently attended the opening of your new ride, the" stratosfear".The weather gods were not too favorable and sort of dampened the occasion. On a positive, I was extremely impressed with the rapport and interaction your operators on the ride had with the public. To be a spectator watching the ride is easy, To get on the ride is a totally different story.Standing in the extreme ride line, your confidence and bravado is overflowing. As you move forward, the adrenaline starts pumping and you ask yourself " What am I doing ??? " You push on ahead. You will probably never get on this ride again. You get closer to the front and you see an Asian worker waving his arms around and yelling. You focus and realize he is doing his safety checks with the patrons.Visual and kind of comedic, he calmed me down. There was also another worker that I thought was Indian ( woman ) ,who, along with the Asian man, went around after everyone was seated, making sure that no one was carrying articles in pockets that could fall out and potentially hit someone. People did carry things on. Specifically cameras, in the hope of capturing that one moment of pure ecstasy or never ending fear. Cameras confiscated, the woman did however take photos of patrons while they were seated. THANKS ON BEHALF OF THE MANY.
In conclusion, I would like to thank your staff for their professionalism and integrity which they displayed, from the entrance, the rides, food areas and even the exit/ entrance ! BIG UPS TO YOU ALL!!! WOOHOO!

I DID THE STRATOSFEAR. I DID IT!

We spent the day with 5 year old twins at KidzKingdom. They loved it. We went early which was right thing to do as we got on rides easily but by lunchtime there were queues. Twins also went on the splash log fume and AA Driver's Town, they got their 'driver's license' and enjoyed showing them off when they got back to school.

Awesome place but better info is needed online and over the telephone, relating to ticket options and what is covered and not. I talked to an agent on the phone who didnt clearly explain that my 3 year old would have options outside the kids kingdom too. Had we known, we would have opted for different tickets than we had committed to.

It's only gotten more expensive over the years, but the experience is as great as ever, at least on the first visit. Being practically the only theme park in New Zealand, it just kinda has to do. It's not fantastic at anything, especially compared to overseas, but it's still a fun place for the kids.

I enjoyed this place, its not huge but its pretty great, the games are fine, fun and entertaining, the food is good, but we spend the most of the time in the kids area, my baby had a great time, plenty of games and areas to play, friendly staff, clean.
I liked.

Although it is expensive, it is reasonably priced compared to other activities in Auckland. Lots of different activities for kids and adults, a park which has been around and maintained for a number of years. Recommend taking your own food.....

Hadn't been to Rainbows end in over 20 yrs. Our visit last week totally exceeded my expectations. I went with 4 under 8yr olds along with 3 other adults. We all had a blast. All the staff we interacted with were really friendly and helpful. Live entertainment was great especially JGEEKS. Food was reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Wait times weren't too bad, but recommend going early. 2 thumbs up !!!

Awesome day out! Theres rides for everyone - fun on demand as they say. And the Chicken & Cranberry pizza we had was amayyyyzing.
VR was fun but definitely needed a seat to wait on as it was the end of the day and there were a few groups. My feet were killing me.
7D theatre experience was EPIC.
Not sure how you could take kids here though i was exhausted just taking myself and my partner.
