I love this place and I always have since I first visited as a kid. Favourite rides have always been the Log Flume and the Rollercoaster. It's nowhere near the level of the likes of the Six Flags amusement mega-parks, but it's the best that NZ has to offer. It is rather expensive, but as a treat once in a while it is well worth it.

Great times at night rides! Staff were so friendly and looked like they were enjoying themselves which is always nice to see! Lines weren't too long, the food places did close about half an hour before the park did which made it a bit tricky as we weren't aware, but other than that a good night all round

Went today and was very disappointed to find some of the big 5 rides not in operation on a fine sunny day. They should have told us upon entry that of those rides were not in operation before charging us the full price, at least we don't get any surprises.
My teenage children does not enjoy the kids Kingdom rides anymore than they used to.

Great for the kids, small and big, there is a smaller area that had many smaller rides for the little kids, the there were not long queues like at Disneyland, longer we probably waited for any ride was around 20 minutes.

It was really fun and a great place for a day out, I really loved the fear fall. However, a couple of the seats on the rollercoaster needs to get a bit of an update because I got slammed back and forward (yes I was the right height and everything) and I ended up hurting my back for a few weeks. Other than that a really fun and great place!

The theme here is nothing works. Went to experience nz's so called theme park and got a whole other experience. Service was good none the less staff were fine also. In terms of the amusements well they were amusing to say the least. Lined up for the roller coaster, stopped working burshed that aside, bad luck, went for the next ride broken down, ah just our luck moved on to the next and the next where there was one thing in common nothing worked.

Went back and complained. The staff were pretty good gave a refund no questions asked. Everyone who lined up got their refunds which was commendable. But the fault here with the whole experience lies with the management and owners for the apalling experience everyone that day had to go through.

Would i go again would i personally give them another shot no. For those out there wanting to establish themselves as a theme park well the door is wide open as the bar is set low or in this case is probably broken as well due to bad or no maintenance
