Great day out with the kid's. Something for everyone. Everyone we came across was very helpful and happy. Nothing to special about the food but it's a theme park. Will be back

Over priced, it cost 260 for 2 adults and3 children, there is no real order to the line ups as we had consistent teens pushing in line. Not Value for money.
A great amusement park. Has lots of rides to try. Food good be better. The eatery places needs a change. Something like pita pit or subway would be great to have compared to the usual fried food.
Had the bestest time with kiddies here. The atmosphere is amazing from the rides to the entertainment. Definitely a great place for the family.
Somebody please donate millions of dollars to this place so we can upgrade the entire park and make it world class.
Wow the staff and facilities are amazing here. Always look forward to going back here all the time. Couldn't recommend another place with high regards. My children absolutely love it.
Great day out. You can even take all your own food and drink to save money. The food options are actually really reasonable to buy onsite and good quality. Go early to beat the queues but the most we waited was about 15 mins on any ride.
Went to the night rides - lines were short. Longest wait was no more than 10 minutes.
The rides are great if you've never done them before, but for the prices and queues it definitely isn't worth returning for another go
Was ok but disappointing that the log flume, motion master and free fall were all closed.
Review on Kids Kingdom only. The kids loved the playground and all the rides but if you are going with littlies under 120cm you need one adult per little one for most of the rides apart from 2 which are designed for little people.
Great place for the whole family, don't worry about getting there early as the queue is more likely to be there when they open. Spent 6 and a half hours there., although my body paid for all the g force rides.
Was very impressed with what they have done I haven't been for years. Should open the parking at the medical centre when it is closed at the weekend
Definitely recommend, some rides not for the faint hearted.
Too much crowded... it was nightmare to wait for your turn for a ride. If anyone planning to go please book full day for this place. 10 to 5 still you will not be able to do full rides . To be specific this is weekend review.. may be weekdays are better.
Still a good place for the kids, with plenty to keep the kids entertained. Not so sure I felt so great after the extreme Stratosfear
Its ok because some of the activities are closed that day and they haven't notified us,no information on website for that day and some of the activities are awesome we did twice.
Nice place of leisure for families, good spot for celebrating birthdays too. Kids' rides are stimulating enough for adults accompanying children and safe for children.
Amazing, but maybe you should ... Oh you can't do anything to the place, no one can top rainbows end!! oh , but you could get a Ferris wheel
Very disappointed in the service I recieved today, we left after only going on 4 rides because of the way the staff dealt with us. I was refused to go on a ride because I was too short, fair enough. But a staff member that was clearly a good 5cm shorter than me is allowed to go on that ride, isn't that questioning health and safety if I was refused and the staff member wasn't?? the staff that refused to let me go on was very rude and incredibly embarrassing. Not a great look for a theme park that I loved in my childhood. And it was definitely a waste of $62 after that. Ruined my day and didn't feel it was worth staying there after being treating like that.
Think we picked a good day as lines weren't too long. Enjoyed most of the rides and had fun with the family
A lot of fun but... don't expect like the other contries .
Due to the fact I work here, there is nothing more satisfying than listening and watching the kids having so much fun. I also love my job especially when guest show their appreciation.
It was a day well spent with many fun rides when I visited Rainbow's End with my friends. It took us almost 3-4 hours to get on to most rides and enjoy the thrilling stratosphere, fear fall and roller coaster. Most rides were fun and we got the tickets for just $79 (for two people). Surely recommended if you like to go on rides. The plus is, it is near the airport, so good to plan a visit before leaving Auckland.
Always have fun here, great price and awesome for the kids.
Bit overpriced but my kids love coming here. Bonus you can bring your own food.
Great place. Something for all ages. Kids loved the old pirate ship and the log flume.
Fabulous small theme park. I hadn t been in years but was very impressed with the customer service, rides and facilities.
A great day out for the whole family. Both adults and kids even toddler. Well organized. It's s full day, but rides close 5pm. (That's a shame) parking challenging ,
Friendly, helpful staff. Rides for a range of ages and abilities
A great place for family fun. just make sure to check on their website. not all rides running everyday.
Very excited and fun in the beginning but not at the end
Auckland's theme park.
Not bad.
Thunderstorms aside, bloody good day.
Food average, but as expected.
Not very impressive once you've had the privilege of visiting Gold Reef City in SA. It's tiny in comparison & entrance fee is way to expensive to make it affordable for the average size family.
Safe and enjoyed fun ride with nice relaxing place
Awesome place! Clean, tidy and great staff. My most memorable ride was the 'stratosfear' definitely go on that it's very thrilling and is available in either 45 degrees or 360 degrees if you want a challenge
Arrive early as the queues are not so long. Bring a picnic as the food is very expensive and of very poor quality.
A wonderful place ....enjoyed the rides.....good for the whole family...
Kids kingdom needed a staff member watching the play are, had big kids pushing little kids over to get up the steps and the same kids walking up the slide while kids were trying to come down, ended up having to tell kids off myself after they bowled my baby over
Loads of fun but so pricey. Almost max out my credit card taking my 4 kids and myself for the day. But worth it as a one off.
Bit expensive, waiting lines weren't too bad, toilets were a bit grubby, most staff were friendly though...
The most slow and poor service in the theme park I've ever seen.
The park is half empty, yet it rakes at least an hour to get to the ride. The weather is changing once in an hour and closing and opening rides takes extra time.
Making 2 cups of coffee in bistro took half an hour despite the fact there were only two persons before me in the line.
Navigation is poor, no "you ate here mark", no brochures with shows timing, staff starts cleaning half an hour before closing time. It feels like we were not really welcome here.
$211.00 for a family pass? Are you Fn kidding me? For a 'theme park' that closes its rides for maintenance during the day? Lame.
Great place just little to expensive for the tickets
Would recommend that you only do visit on a week day and dont even think about going to rainbowsend on a weekend, will be very crowded and you won't get to enjoy. Children live it and will defently visit again on weekday only of course.
The amusement project has been quite a lot in New Zealand, that is, the price is slightly lower, and there are a wide variety of tickets.
Not the best place to visit in the week or off season. Don't enjoy the limited schedule of rides.
Parking abysmal. Attendant put orange cones near entrance to let vehicles out. Didn't police it & people moved cones & parked in entrance. Talked to management. Wouldn't do anything. Manager very aggressive, said if we wanted to arrange tow truck we would have to pay for it & any damage was our responsibility. They wouldn't do anything so we had to wait an extra 2 hours before the cars moved so we could get out. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY NON EXISTENT & RUDE.
The spectator+logfume ticket is great! But the log Flume stamp they put on your arm wears off with water.
Quiet and small but that means more turns for our kids.
It's worth it for half price at kids Kingdom but I defo wouldn't be paying full price. Not enough for the kids to go on. Staff are also only located at certain rides at certain times so you have to wait for rides to open. But frustrating.
Very expensive for what it is - $200 for two adults and two kids - and if your young ones are under 120cm tall there isn't a huge selection of rides they can go on
If you you've been to theme parks anywhere else you mind find this a bit of a disappointment
New Zealand's largest playground, kids paper is very happy
Loved every moment. Bit expensive, long wait in between rides ended up not being able to go in all the rides.
Bad experience at rainbows end yesterday. All the rides closed at 5pm however the doors were all locked at 5pm too. Tried to leave but the staff told us there was a no exit policy and the gates were locked until 6pm and we were told we had to wait. Around 200 people waiting by the gates. Finally one of the food vendors in the kids kingdom ran the duty manager and the gates were opened at 5.40pm. Terrible experience!!
