Awesome, awesome theme park...only wish that it was bigger!!!

While the biggest theme park in NZ, it's rather small compared to theme parks in other countries. However, we really enjoyed the rides, we've been on. Employees are friendly and helpful. We loved that it had a separate part of the park with rides and attractions for younger children. As we went on a slow day, only a part of the rides was running at a specific moment, and rides opened and closed at seemingly random times, which was a bit annoying. A bit of information about the opening or closing of rides (speaker, timetable, whatever) would have been helpful. Food is ok.

Fun filled for the kids, hours of thrills. Take your own food.

Spent more time in queues than I did on rides.. good fun once on but just boring and slow queues

Probably the best bang for your buck in Auckland at the moment always smiling laughing screeching kids running around(and some adults too )awesome day out for the family ,something for all shapes,sizes,and ages price for admission has gone up abit but cheaper to get family deal,make sure to pack a lunch and drinks as you can't bring in takeouts only homemade food or just buy there,thank's Rainbows End for awesome day out

Hi way robbery pay high price to get in grand mother pays for spectators fee no rides kids can't go on most rides because not tall enough 4yr old can't go on most rides unless with an adult 12yr old can't supervise to short height measured at all rides no information about heights or measurement sheets at front entry so consumers can decide if they would like to spend that amount of money to walk around an amusent park and get very little out of the money spent on getting in

Not really worth it on boxing day. Too few staff and many closed rides. No discount for that either.

It's a great place to spend time with your kids, or with your partner. If you're going with your partner, try to avoid school holidays so that you don't have to stand in long queues. There're a variety of rides, even if you're afraid of heights. There's a separate section with things like VR and arcade games. You can buy things like pizza, hotdogs and burgers inside the park, and also has a cafe.

Fabulous place, my granddaughter and I loved our visit to Rainbows End. There is so much to do for the kids.. Highly recommended, we will be back and thank you to all the wonderful and very patient staff who work there every day. Keep up your awesomeness.

Great themepark, great service. I think some things need repainting and refurbishing though, other than that it's in great shape.

Lots to occupy a children of most ages. Mire More healthy food options would be helpful, particularly vegetarian.

Kids are tall enough to go on most rides now and they love it! The only let down is the prices on food, drinks, and games. So expensive.

Was good but rollercoaster was closed for maintanence on day.

It was abit boring i feel they need to do alot of upgrading and changing and the food is so expensive youre better off packing your own lunch

Great value for kids birthday parties at Kids Kingdom, can spend a whole day here without them ever complaining about being bored

Well it New Zealand's theme park. Might keep you busy for an afternoon but not in the same league as parks overseas. There is fun to be had especially for kids but temper your expectations.

Great day with the family. All the rides were operating and the staff were great. Loved it.

Great place to bring the kids. We went on the weekend. If you want to avoid long qait times on the favourite rides then the weekends isnt the way to go.

I think its ridiculous paying $18 for a speculator, and some of the rides you can't see standing on the other side of the bush. The staff insist that I can't stand around the exit area. If I pay for that money, at least let me see my kid and husband were having fun.

Who doesn t love rainbows end? kids had a fantastic time, food was good value for money. Plenty to do rain or shine.

My son enjoyed kids kingdom & AA drive school. Was loads of fun. Staff were very nice & accomodating. However poor girl at the games area over by the gold rush was on her own manning 3 games. She did well, but should have at least 2 staff there. Food in the cafe at kids kingdom was a bit bleh. At $12 for a kids tender chicken meal you could atleast use a good brand of chicken. The tenders were the real cheap stuff.

We had my sons 5th birthday party here. Was really good, the party room was spacious for around 9 kids plus adlults. Lots of choices for the kids lunches and nice choices for adlut platters too. The kids kingdom rides were great. We had kids aged about 2 to 10 years. Also liked that you got a free adlut entry for each child. Quite affordable for a going out party. My son's also loved the free log flume ride he got as an extra treat :).

A great place for the kids. As long as they're happy. Food abit expensive though for what you get.

The staff looked like they were over there jobs.the shows were as live as the facials on the crayon..none.

Pricey but so worth the money the only negative was that my kids cried like I was hitting them when it was home time

Had an awesome day today took 3 little league teams up and had a blast. Even at 57 yes old you can still enjoy the fun, just at a price.

We went on a Friday and didn't realise the magician show wouldn't be on and half the usual staff so half the rides had no operator, we were able to ask and wait until one ride was shut for another to open.

OK for younger children, orders ones may get bored. Expensive for what rides there are.

Great day out, unfortunately it was a windy day so some of the more extreme rides were closed. Roller coaster was awesome!

Great spot to spend a day with kids. Very clean and well kept

$$$ But worth it. Make a day of it. Not a classy joint (The food places need some tlc) but heaps of fun.

Great place for families and friends, kids kingdom is cool for babies

So so so much fun, me and my partner loved the chance to feel like children again knowing you wouldnt be judged for it in such a place of fun

Can be very expensive wouldn't go here to often and I don't think spectators should have to pay as they are usually just keeping an eye on their children. The kids did complain about the long waits in line but happy once on the ride. A must do when in Auckland.

It's overpriced for what you really get! Not much of an experience for the little ones I won't be going any time soon or at least till my son can enjoy a few more of the amusements, if you want my advice go to chipmunks adults don't have to pay to watch their children!

Really over priced and the people's that make the food in the kids kingdom cafe don't know how to cook ! How do you go wrong with a pre cooked patty! Won't go there again.

Great amusement park near Auckland. You can easily spend all day with children here. The best from my point of view: even on Sundays in good weather there were hardly any waiting times for the rides!

Great family day out here. Staff all friendly and helpful. Eating here is way too expensive and better off bringing a packed lunch.

Shame my moko couldn't go on everything. But when he gets bigger we are Soo there

Best theme park in nz but doesn't compare to overseas ones

Happy to recommend Rainbows End. Been many times as a kid, and teenager so seeing the family kids enjoy it just as much as we did makes it all worth it. Prices may seem a little steep, but considering the limitless rides the kids went on, it's worth it. Staff were great. J Geeks and rainbows end characters were great entertainment. Plenty of allocated areas with shade and shelter, accessible clean toilets and plenty of rides to keep everyone entertained all day.

Very impressed with the standard of tidiness of Rainbows End today. I haven't been there since I was a young boy but I definitely think we'll be taking our son here again soon. He loved all the rides in the Kidz Kingdom. Next time might go for the full park pass. The only negative was the staff didn't seem very happy. They were friendly enough and helpful would have just made a big difference if they had a smile on their faces.

Nothing compared to the ones across the ditch, but the kids love this place. Especially with the kids play area.

Rainbow's End is sooo much fun... my only complaint is a small bottle of water for $4.00??? Sooo expensive they would benefit putting in water fountains for the children to help themselves as it gets very hot walking around.

Great child to adults out door entertainment. One of the main attractions of Manukau City
