One of the unbelievably underrated places in NYC. This bar is literally right next to the Rockefeller center observation deck, but here you don't have to pay to go up, it is a nirmal bar, but it has the wonderful view of the city at the 65th floor. The catch is, no children are allowed, and you have to have a reservation if you want to dine there, oh and you have to be wearing at least a business casual attire, and no sandals, shorts, or flip flops are allowed. Otherwise, go up and enjoy the view and the great drinks.

The sensational views. I recommend watching the sunset there. High cocktail prices, they accept reservation, they suggest elegant dress with "collar shirt". They accept reservation but it is not mandatory.

Very nice view of New York. The welcome made us go up to the restaurant then and when we arrive at the restaurant we are told that there are no seats and that we can eat standing up.
Too much people.

The service really wasn't great-especially given the price. The downstairs hostess wanted us both to check our purses-which were not oversized. She finally agreed to allow us to take one in. We saw others there with larger bags-felt like someone had a little too much power and it went to their head.
I had much better service a couple of weeks ago when I took a colleague. We brought our computer bags up and had a attentive waiter. I had expected the same experience this trip. I guess it's hit or miss.

Loved this place because you can enter for free and have almost the same views you would have from the top of the rock observatory. The drinks are kind of expensive but it is cheaper than to buy a ticket to enter the observatory. The only bad thing is that there are no chairs so you have to stand all night. If you want to seat and eat you should reserve a table that are around and close to the windows so you get a better view. Not sure if you have to pay for reservation though.

Great experience.

Great experience.
Save the admission fee for 'the top of the rock' and buy yourself a free cocktails in the iconic rainbow Room bar 65.
The drinks are amazing and the view is incredible.
The staff have about as much personality as a piece of dry toast, but don't let that distract you from what is otherwise an incredible night out.

A first level bar and despite that where the bartenders were friendlier, expensive, very expensive but the views and the atmosphere are worth it but be prepared to pay for drinks from 50 to 100 dlls on average, there are up to 850 dollars but once again it is a top notch bar. You may well pay for a few drinks instead of access to the viewpoints in buildings

This is the best way to experience Rockefeller Center. Instead of going to the top of the rock, waiting in line, and being subjected to hoardes of people...simply order a drink in the bar at the Rainbow Room and enjoy the same view from 2 floors down--you'll probably even save money. They also offer reserved tables on the terrace for an especially quiet vantage point. Be warned there is a minimum spend of $65 per person at the reserved tables--but a drink or two and an appetizer hits the minimum pretty quick.

The most magical dinning experience I've ever had. It is absolutely extraordinary to be in a historic, IMPORTANT, place with memories dripping from the walls.... Surrounded by the most luxurious and tasteful interiors, but then knowing you are IN THE SKY. Looking out over the city and Central Park. Brings tears to my eyes! I came here the day after my wedding and was more moved by the restaurant than I was my ceremony! (Just kidding hubs!)

Obviously can't beat the views. A drink will set you back around $20 but if you compare that to going top of the rock it's worth it. Arrive at 430pm to walk in, bit reservation is better if you plan to eat.

It was a pleasure curating a custom wedding ceremony for Alyssa + Andy, sticking to their wedding rehearsal schedule and providing a spectacular custom ceremony on their wedding day. 620 Loft & Garden is an absolutely beautiful space that has so much to offer. The staff is very professional and helpful. This is THE place to get married in New York City. I adore officiating weddings in their space. I had the honor of connecting my bride and groom to a casting director of a wedding tv show that features the process of picking the ideal wedding venue and I was pleased that they were chosen right away! I am almost certain this wedding will be featured in a top wedding publication. This is what it means to be MARRIED by REV ROXY ;)

WOW what an amazing space - the views are superb and the food was really really nice. The staff are very tentative and helpful and it had a nice vibe (We went on a Sunday (late afternoon / early evening meal). It can however get very loud as you are sitting in quite close proximity to the table next to you, so take note. Its a must to book in advance as tables get booked up very quickly.

Top-notch restaurant bathed in opulence and gleaming like a jewel atop it's crown on the 65th floor of Rockefeller Center.

We enjoyed a first-class birthday brunch for my wife. From the delectable offerings available fom the buffet, fresh oysters, crab legs, blinis and smoked salmon, pancakes, crackling bacon, fresh fruit juices. The abundance and variety is impressive.

We both enjoyed our richly, flavorful eggs Benedict and desserts.

This is a special restaurants that pulls out the stops and will both entertain and delight you with it's beautiful surroundings, immaculate presentation and delicious food.

Great rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Central Park, the Empirestate Building and much more. The ceiling decoration and the evening mood before the sun goes down are special. The prices for drinks and food are acceptable for New York standards. There is a standing area for drinks and a seating area for dining.

Father's day brunch was mediocre at best. Cannot compare to the Sunday brunches this place used to have when it was open weekly. Significantly cut down on stations. No live music. Unfortunately we don't see ourselves coming back anytime soon.

Best insider tip of NYC, skip the top of the rock tour and spend the money instead o n drinks at the rainbow room which is only five flights below and has the same views! The drinks are expensive , but the view is worth it- take her on a special occasion ;)

The view from the bar was so beautiful , BUT people need to be aware that in winter time when temperature is below 50 F then they don t open the outdoor section and just you pay high price drink and stand , staff also just ok
If they informed earlier at the reception then that would be great!!
