The view from the bar was so beautiful , BUT people need to be aware that in winter time when temperature is below 50 F then they don t open the outdoor section and just you pay high price drink and stand , staff also just ok
If they informed earlier at the reception then that would be great!!
Me & my husband little disappointed, couldn t capture the the beautiful view of nyc which we went to see
