Brunch at The Rainbow Room was everything I imagined it would be. It is elegant dining with a spectacular view of New York City. The food is exquisite with a variety of delicious cheeses from all around the world, meats marinated to perfection, fresh fruits and deserts, honey on the honeycomb, exotic juice blends, and of course delightful choices from the menu and bar. The food in and of itself is worth the price, and dining at such a distinctive beautiful place is an ethereal experience. The chairs and table cloths are silver, crystals shine in long windows, the jazz band was exceptional, and the servers clearly like their work and take great pride in their profession. I felt like royalty while dining here and would recommend this extraordinary restaurant for a special occasion or to simply have an unforgettable dining experience. It is easy to see why this glamorous place is so renowned.

A magical experience! I was impressed with the service we received at the bar and during our dining experience. However, the Bar SixtyFive staff who made arrangements for my party, and particularly Bibi's professionalism and ability to make the night even more special and memorable, exceeded my expectations.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with the Rainbow Room establishment for years to come.

Booked table to celebrate wife s 40th birthday. The view is breathtaking and the setting is plush. The cocktails were varied and tasty. The whole experience was let down by really poor standard of food, which was grossly overpriced. The More

Incredible view, like the top of the rock for the price of a conso. We did not book and so we were given a 20min slot when we arrived to take pictures outside. It was a Wednesday night and the bouncer was not looking too much at our outfits.

The food was good but the eating experience around it wasn't great. It felt rushed, would definitely go back for drinks though.

Saw people in there without collared shirts but probably best to wear one to be on the safe side.

There's a 1 drink minimum if you're going up.

Book ahead for a table and you bypass the queue, or at least we did.

Amazing views all round.

This is the most beautiful dining room I've ever seen! It isn't often that I find places worth the hype, but walking out of the elevator on the 65th floor and entering through the french doors of a bright white room with round tables and crisp linens, observing men in white coats polishing crystal stemware made me feel like Anastasia... or Annie! Lol. It was a sensory overload in the best possible way. I arrived during breakfast and neo classical jazz was playing in the background, and it happened to be raining, so the chandeliers seemed to glisten even brighter in contrast to the melancholy blue grey skyline blurred behind raindrops on the panoramic windows. Every texture seems lush. Every detail considered... I can't wait to return for cocktails after 5pm when the bar opens!

I spent the weekend in New York doing fancy things. This was the best of all. Food was amazing, service was spot on, live band was playing jazzy swing tunes and it was a wonderful ambience. Highly recommended!

Great open spaced bar/dining area at the Top of the Rock. I definitely would recommend going here instead of the observation deck as the price for a drink here is usually less than the ticket price, with the same views. We went in for a drink, however a waiter seated us at a dining table, so we wouldn t have to stand. We were feeling celebratory so had a bottle of champagne which didn t disappoint. This is the perfect place to enjoy champagne, if you can t there, then where? Bathrooms were nicely decorated and clean. It did get very busy as it got later, so I would definitely recommend getting there for opening time or as close to it as possible. We also got to see the sunset by coming around this time.

The view was amazing! The staff was great. We came here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We made a reservation and arrived early. From the moment we walked in the door everyone treated us as royalty up until we were seated and our server took over. My husband and I do not drink so we ordered water, she seemed to lose interest with us quickly. We waited 15 minutes and she never returned but visited the table next to us several times. We ended up leaving without eating. Or getting our water. Disappointed at the end, but it turned out for the best. We ended up with amazing pictures from their balcony and had an amazing dinner somewhere else.

Ideal place to photograph the New York sky line from the 65th floor of Rockefeller Center either during the day or especially at night, you can have a drink (the prices are not exorbitant, a beer $ 12), the site is refined and has a great atmosphere.

Located literally one floor below the Top of the Rock, the view is similar to that of his upstairs neighbours. Note that you are going to end up paying the same price - cocktails and food with a view have their prices.

The rainbow room was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were treated like royalty. The service was amazing I can't say enough about this place. White Glove service with dinner. food that is out of this world amazing if you're a foodie. Put this on your bucket list for when you go to New York you won't regret it!

Magic to see Manhattan light up.
Cheaper than the Top of the Rock but only 5 floors down.

Booked here for my 40th birthday meal , what a lovely place from the entrance to the actual restaurant. Everybody was so pleasant and helpful . We got a lovey seat in the corner where both of us could see outside . Amazing views of the city . We both had the cheese burger it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Waiters constantly kept your glass filled with water . Even tho the place was busy everything was timed to perfection. I ordered the New York cheesecake it was delicious and very quirky.

Had drinks here one evening before dinner. The drinks are pricey, but you pay for the unbelievable view of Manhattan looking south from midtown and the feeling like you are living the NYC dream, if only for one drink.

I love G&Ts, so I got the rainbow room classic G&T. It was an great cocktail, almost worth the $21. When you're able, step outside onto the observation deck and enjoy the skyline, especially at sunset. It's a real treat for this to be public in such a world class city.

Excellent! Visited for our anniversary. Fantastic views of Manhattan from the 65th floor. Good food and staff were friendly with just the right level of attention. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wow, food here was weak at best and service was lousy. Ordered risotto, no grated cheese to go with it. Cheese finally comes and none for my partner. Didn't even offer us drinks! Dessert should have been interesting, but just tasted weird. (Called a banana split I believe). Of course the place is member only, so as a business you have access, but you really don't want to bring clients here.

Enjoyed the presidential estate or suite, I think its called anyway I was right by the band one of the most posh seats or tables in the whole place, it was a classic memory for an 18-19 yr old!
