Good food, able to feed all 57 of us reasonably quickly

The place is realy old, smells weird, but the service is nice and the food is great!

This NY Hard Rock is always very crowded. The place is great.

Superb experience. Very friendly welcome and server. Varied music that appeals to parents and children alike. The rock atmosphere at the meeting. But beware of the note, it is salty.

Best Hard Rock I have known, countless pieces of world music attractions, such as "The Beatles" complete outfit ... very cold beer and spicy snacks .... the best !!!

We were here several times this week to eat and drink. The bar is cool in terms of ambience, with several TVs where not only music videos are shown but also baseball, football etc., the music was always top. The food can be recommended was delicious. The prices are good for New York. A beer costs about $ 8.

Really fun place. Despite the times square tourist trap, we got in really quick. I think if you are okay with sitting in the bar area, that will get you in quicker. The nacho appetizer was delicious.

Huge waiting time to sit even though we had a booking, poor service, long delay to get the food served.. I don't recommend

Your standard Hard Rock Cafe, yet this one seems to have the Times Square requirement of being ridiculously packed. Waiting times exceed an hour, ALWAYS.

Good place, with good atmosphere. It is not cheap, but it is worth it. To give you an idea, some nachos, two hamburgers and a beer (water is served for free) $ 65.

Staff extremely available (leaves their tip!), Abundant food (can also ask for a box to take away leftovers) all made from the magical atmosphere of all hard rock cafe

Wow! It's the HR of the HR! The food is delicious and the rock are a fantastic formula.

Great but very expensive food with a great selection of cocktails, and the cocktail glass with a great cocktail as a souvenir to take away is also included in the price. An absolute must !!! Very nice atmosphere :)

Great cafe in the heart of times square. Usually I see tourist go here to eat. It worth a visit to see the decor and memorabilia on there wall. Good food and yummy, staffs are nice and friendly. Overall worth the trip to see this place and eat in it. Burger was pretty good.

So here's the deal. This place is great. But, don't come here. If you're visiting NYC, you should be trying local specialities, otherwise, you might as well be anywhere else in the states. If you don't care about enjoying your time in NYC, then this place is a great option, nice decor and decent food.

Unfortunately no Rock at all for about 40 minutes. Only Hip Hop, Latino and Reggea. A no go in a ROCK Cafe. Big Minus!!! Then Black Sabbat picked it up a bit.

Just for decoration, the visit is worth it! Food a little oily .. but hey, we're at the U.S of A .. that's normal!

Let me start by saying amazing a delicious spot,Its been a while since I been trying to eat at this place till this day,we came we ate and we conquer, hard to choose,many good options, I'm not a big fan of hotdogs but believe me this place change my mind,me and my daughter we had a Hard Rock Cafe ,and original dod,and some filthy fries so delicious for sure to be back For the rest of the menu..soon

Cool venue but breakfast was way overpriced for basically a decent hotel quality breakfast with not much selection

I love this place. If you like rock and roll, this place is like heaven. Great guitars, great music, great hamburgers and great beer. One of my favorites places in the world.

Great food and nicest NYC waiter. Both my husband and I had a burger with all the trimmings. I chose the incredible burger (first time) and it was wonderful! We didn't have the best experiences with wait staff during our visit to NY but our waiter here was the best! Epic fail on my part for not recalling his name. Keeping in mind this was the only chain restaurant we went to so I believe that was the reason the staff was somewhat kinder. I typically list price for the meal so two burger meals, my meal had a one dollar upgrade and my husband and I had 2 cocktails each = $50ish. Actually a bargain for NY.

Great venue! Best hard rock I've visited (so far). We had an amazing server who kept us entertained throughout the night and the whole place has a very nice vibe. Good music choice and lots to do besides eat!

Love this place. Everything's OK with it. But, you have to be patient, is always full of people waiting for a table.

Was good food but atmosphere didn't feel like a hard rock cafe compared to some that we've been to

Food was not good, service was incredibly lousy and our bill was $200 for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults) save your money and time and go somewhere else!
