The pit boss that night of December 10th 2015 was VERY PROFESSIONAL tried to diffuse a difficult situation and even got me lunch which was appreciated. He deserves a raise along with many dealers.

The CM Jason, is a nice guy comp'd me a free buffet dinner just after regulating my players card membership promotion information. Every week they're holding drawings for a giveaway. The grand prize is a 1968 Mustang convertible (original chassis engine and body)!

It is good but make sure they know what kind of room you want because sometime they are not accommodating

Yum, Food is Awesome, the Western burger and wings, seriously, they are huge and perfection. The service is Top notch.

They are very nice there and I usually win.im not a member but they also give out the best and the most free prizes of all the casinos I've frequently visited. The employees are very nice and never overwhelming like some place I've been to. Love it.

Alright place to gamble, bartenders tend to be bland on personality. Service is OK, unless it's busy then it's pretty bad.

It's been upgraded. Looks clean they even got live music. Great place to loose your money. But never came around for drinks

I go there for the breakfast. It used to get a discount with you players care.but now they want you to get some other care too

Dirty. Unsafe. Sketchy. Bad food and trashy atmosphere and low end staff beyond unprofessional they harass me. I didn t even use the casino I went for a meal. Skip it. Compared to other casinos in the area I had good luck at the nugget professional staff good food. Friendly people.

The price is cheap but i think that, for about 2 dollars more you could get more variety and more tasty food for your money for a simple reason the food in this Restaurant needs more salt and other seasoners.

Very difficult to do anything without security guards being very open with their rude comments and stereotypical judgemental behavior. I watched them harrassed two couples from the time they walked through the entrance door and was verbally assaulted by the staff. Be careful when entering Rail City

OMG how much more horrible could the 10.99 buffet be? The tacos were so nasty that I spit them back on my plate. The cooked zucchini was horrid. On a positive note the salad was decent only because I made it to my liking. Save your money or flush it down the toilet, the choice is yours.

It would have been a lot better if they still have their ribs used to be every day of the week and now it's on Thursday and Friday

It's a alright place to go and watch sports and they have a ok selection of machines and a couple of restaurants and a buffet.

We stopped for the buffet & although I got slightly duped on the players card rule for buffet pricing I am very satisfied. My server Carmen was quite possibly the sweetest person I've met in a while. She made eye contact & smiled & was courteous prompt & professional & offered me a coffee on the house & suggested the lemonade which came with my meal. Even though I didn't get the gambler card price advertised, the chef kitchen & super friendly staff really made this a nice pit stop on I80.

After realizing the ale house was closed we went to the buffet and they did not have much to choose from and what they did have was not great.

Buffet is just ok and drawings are rigged si unless you are the top players don't expect to win

I am writing this review as I eat my half melted ice cream, which was fresh from the dispenser, and watching two full plates of food being hauled away by the waitress. Asking myself "why". Why would anyone pay to eat this food? Why would anyone serve this food. Dry chicken, watery hard macaroni, flavorless baked beans and cold hard bread. Its ironic the chefs dress like they're at a 5 star restaurant but the food is so effortlessly prepared. I would rather eat fresh dog meat than the food here.
